Análise da Produção de Hortaliças sob a Ótica da Economia dos Custos de Transação, na cidade de Campo Grande - MS

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo caracterizar a oferta dos produtores de hortaliças nas micro-bacias Bandeira e Segredo na cidade de Campo Grande – MS. Para o desenvolvimento deste estudo foi adotado o método indutivo e utilizado dados secundários do IBGE, CEASA/MS, e primários obtidos com a pesquisa de campo junto aos produtores rurais. A partir destas informações procedeu-se uma análise dos atributos transacionais presentes nas negociações dos produtores. Constatou-se que estes têm carência de informações e dificuldade de união, o que dificulta o poder de barganha tanto para compra de insumos quanto para venda das hortaliças.-------------------This work aims to characterize the offer producers of vegetables in the micro-basins Bandeira and Segredo in the city of Campo Grande - MS. Característica de oferta de hortaliças sob a ótica do ambiente institucional: o caso das micro-bacias dos Córregos Bandeira e Segredo, em Campo Grande/MS

O objetivo deste estudo é analisar as características da oferta de hortaliças nas micro-bacias Bandeira e Segredo com base na NEI. Para tanto foi feita uma pesquisa junto a 12 propriedades rurais. Os resultados mostram que os proprietários da bacia do Córrego Bandeira são, em sua maioria, comodatários que não consegue incentivo governamental por falta de comprovação de renda. Porém, para os proprietários da bacia do Segredo, o direito de propriedade é adquirido, mas eles não têm financiamento por falta de conhecimento ou de informações sobre crédito. Constatou-se, então, que eles têm dificuldade em obter crédito rural suficiente para suas exigências produtivas, apesar de as normas os privilegiar com juros menores e prazos maiores. Os impactos da organização do ambiente institucional no desenvolvimento do arranjo produtivo local do município de Parintins na Amazonia

This research aims to discuss the organization and characterization of the institutional environment in the development of APL tour of Parintins in Amazonas. To develop the research, the methodology has a qualitative approach, and as a method of content analysis procedure. 10 questionnaires were applied with the managers of the leading institutions in the arrangement. Regionalization Project in Tourism, Parintins is inserted in the Southern Sateré / Tucandeira - Roadmap Boi Bumba festival. This demonstrates the high potential for tourism that has Parintins, depending on the linkage of the various players identified. Through research we can see that the institutional apparatus in the region is relatively developed, but still with little transfer of information between the agents and the lack of cooperative actions focused on developing the Local Productive Arrangement

O Ambiente Institucional na Viticultura do município de Jales-SP

The production process of table grape in the Northwest region of São Paulo began in the 60s and today presents itself as an activity of big importance, this activity is an alternative of work and income generation for small scale producers. The city of Jales is considered the largest producer of table grapes in the region. The objective of this study is to describe the institutional environment present in the production of table grapes from Jales-SP, based on studies of the New Institutional Economics. To meet the proposed objectives, primary and secondary data were used, as well as semi-structured interviews with the most important institutional actors in the region and with the producers of local viticulture. It was found the existence of a fragile institutional environment by not stimulating the continuity of culture, This could be done through policies directed specifically to the viticulture, such as, for example, a line of credit that responds to the producers demand. Other attitudes could motivate the continued and increased investment in culture, for example the institutional agent to coordinate the activities, promoting the product, generating confidence in institutional actors, through greater involvement and coordination among them.O processo produtivo da uva de mesa na região noroeste de São Paulo iniciou-se na década de 1960 e atualmente apresenta-se como atividade de grande importância, por ser uma alternativa de ocupação e geração de renda para o pequeno produtor rural. O Município de Jales é considerado o maior produtor de uvas de mesa da região. Este trabalho objetiva a descrição do ambiente institucional presente na produção de uva de mesa de Jales-SP, tendo como base os estudos da Nova Economia Institucional. Para cumprir os objetivos propostos, foram utilizados dados primários e secundários, bem como entrevista semiestruturada com os principais agentes institucionais presentes na região e com os produtores da viticultura local. Verificou-se a existência de um ambiente institucional fragilizado por não estimular a continuidade da cultura, o que poderia ser realizado através de políticas públicas direcionadas especificamente à viticultura, como presença de uma linha de crédito que atendesse à demanda dos produtores. Outras atitudes poderiam motivar a continuidade e maiores investimentos na cultura, como por exemplo, um agente institucional que coordenasse as atividades, promovendo o produto, gerando confiança nos demais agentes institucionais, através de maior articulação e envolvimento entre esses
