Giant cell tumor of a rib following denosumab treatment

Giant cell tumor (GCT) of the bone is an aggressive lytic lesion, commonly treated with surgery. Denosumab is a relatively recently introduced osteoclast activation inhibitor used for neoadjuvant therapy of GCT.
