Prediction of breast lesion malignancy in high-risk oncogenetic patients with MRI BI- RADS 4 lesion using multiparametric MRI-based radiomic
International audienceIn this study a multiparametric MRI-based radiomic method to predict cancer in MRI BI-RADS 4 breast lesions, in high-risk oncogenetic patients is proposed. The results demonstrated that mpMRI-based radiomic can predict all malignant lesions among MRI BI-RADS 4 lesion and reduced the number of unnecessary biopsy by 86% in our population
The increasing number of pregnant teenagers, involuntary and precociously,
shows us the ignorance and the unpreparedness, in what
relates to choose and to use contraceptive methods. Thus, the sexual
transmissible diseases are a big problem of public health, and attain
many people among 13-18 years old. According to the Minister of
Health, (M.S, Brazil), one believes that 12 millions of new cases of sexual
transmissible diseases happen in Brazil, in a year; being 10% of
them among the adolescents. Adjudged the crescent index of Sexual
Transmissible Diseases (STD) and the pregnancy, in teenagers, we
developed a program, aiming to instruct the high school students,
of Cascavel (Brazil), about the risk attitudes that advantage the contamination
of STDs, and the correct use of contraceptive methods.
The ignorance or the acquisition of misinformation exposes the adolescents
to a risk attitude; thus, through of this project, we expect to
take the information for about 1100 teenagers.O crescente nĂşmero de adolescentes grávidas involuntária e precocemente indica falta de conhecimento e despreparo no uso e na escolha do mĂ©todo contraceptivo adequado.
