Marketing digital y su impacto en la fidelización del cliente de Rosatel del distrito de Trujillo 2017

La presente investigación ha tenido como propósito determinar si el uso de estrategias de marketing digital tuvo impacto en la fidelización del cliente de la empresa Rosatel en el año 2017. Se utilizó un diseño explicativo, empleando la técnica de la encuesta con sus respectivos instrumentos para la recolección de datos. La población total estuvo conformada por 2,500 clientes de Rosatel fieles registrados en la base de datos de la empresa, por lo cual la muestra seleccionada ascendió a 333 clientes. Mediante los resultados de la investigación, se logró contrastar la hipótesis y llego a la conclusión de que el marketing digital si tiene un impacto sobre la fidelización del cliente de Rosatel viéndose reflejado en las tablas y gráficos elaborados a partir de las opiniones y percepciones de los clientes. Entre los resultados más relevantes del estudio, estuvieron que las estrategias utilizadas de marketing digital utilizadas por Rosatel son la creación de una página web, la creación de redes sociales como Facebook que es la más utilizada y el correo electrónico para comunicarse con el cliente. Todos los medios son muy utilizados por la mayoría de los clientes, quienes los consideran útiles, oportunos y coherentes. Asimismo, se ha determinado que el nivel de fidelización alcanzado por la empresa Rosatel en el año 2017 es alto debido a que han logrado crear clientes satisfechos a través de la personalización y diferenciación de productos, así como el compromiso y cumplimiento de las expectativas del cliente.The purpose of this research was the use of digital marketing strategies, which had an impact on customer loyalty of the Rosatel Company in 2017. It is an explanatory design, using the survey technique with its own instruments instruments for the data collection. The total population was made up of 2,500 Rosatel customers. The information amounted to 333 customers. Global attitudes in the management of acute appendicitis during COVID-19 pandemic: ACIE Appy Study

Background: Surgical strategies are being adapted to face the COVID-19 pandemic. Recommendations on the management of acute appendicitis have been based on expert opinion, but very little evidence is available. This study addressed that dearth with a snapshot of worldwide approaches to appendicitis. Methods: The Association of Italian Surgeons in Europe designed an online survey to assess the current attitude of surgeons globally regarding the management of patients with acute appendicitis during the pandemic. Questions were divided into baseline information, hospital organization and screening, personal protective equipment, management and surgical approach, and patient presentation before versus during the pandemic. Results: Of 744 answers, 709 (from 66 countries) were complete and were included in the analysis. Most hospitals were treating both patients with and those without COVID. There was variation in screening indications and modality used, with chest X-ray plus molecular testing (PCR) being the commonest (19\ub78 per cent). Conservative management of complicated and uncomplicated appendicitis was used by 6\ub76 and 2\ub74 per cent respectively before, but 23\ub77 and 5\ub73 per cent, during the pandemic (both P < 0\ub7001). One-third changed their approach from laparoscopic to open surgery owing to the popular (but evidence-lacking) advice from expert groups during the initial phase of the pandemic. No agreement on how to filter surgical smoke plume during laparoscopy was identified. There was an overall reduction in the number of patients admitted with appendicitis and one-third felt that patients who did present had more severe appendicitis than they usually observe. Conclusion: Conservative management of mild appendicitis has been possible during the pandemic. The fact that some surgeons switched to open appendicectomy may reflect the poor guidelines that emanated in the early phase of SARS-CoV-2

Molecular imprinting science and technology : A survey of the literature for the years 2004 - 2011

Herein, we present a survey of the literature covering the development of molecular imprinting science and technology over the years 2004-2011. In total, 3779 references to the original papers, reviews, edited volumes and monographs from this period are included, along with recently identified uncited materials from prior to 2004, which were omitted in the first instalment of this series covering the years 1930-2003. In the presentation of the assembled references, a section presenting reviews and monographs covering the area is followed by sections describing fundamental aspects of molecular imprinting including the development of novel polymer formats. Thereafter, literature describing efforts to apply these polymeric materials to a range of application areas is presented. Current trends and areas of rapid development are discussed. Delayed colorectal cancer care during covid-19 pandemic (decor-19). Global perspective from an international survey

Background The widespread nature of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) has been unprecedented. We sought to analyze its global impact with a survey on colorectal cancer (CRC) care during the pandemic. Methods The impact of COVID-19 on preoperative assessment, elective surgery, and postoperative management of CRC patients was explored by a 35-item survey, which was distributed worldwide to members of surgical societies with an interest in CRC care. Respondents were divided into two comparator groups: 1) ‘delay’ group: CRC care affected by the pandemic; 2) ‘no delay’ group: unaltered CRC practice. Results A total of 1,051 respondents from 84 countries completed the survey. No substantial differences in demographics were found between the ‘delay’ (745, 70.9%) and ‘no delay’ (306, 29.1%) groups. Suspension of multidisciplinary team meetings, staff members quarantined or relocated to COVID-19 units, units fully dedicated to COVID-19 care, personal protective equipment not readily available were factors significantly associated to delays in endoscopy, radiology, surgery, histopathology and prolonged chemoradiation therapy-to-surgery intervals. In the ‘delay’ group, 48.9% of respondents reported a change in the initial surgical plan and 26.3% reported a shift from elective to urgent operations. Recovery of CRC care was associated with the status of the outbreak. Practicing in COVID-free units, no change in operative slots and staff members not relocated to COVID-19 units were statistically associated with unaltered CRC care in the ‘no delay’ group, while the geographical distribution was not. Conclusions Global changes in diagnostic and therapeutic CRC practices were evident. Changes were associated with differences in health-care delivery systems, hospital’s preparedness, resources availability, and local COVID-19 prevalence rather than geographical factors. Strategic planning is required to optimize CRC care
