    Odborný článek seznamuje čtenáře v kontextu komparativní speciální pedagogiky s moderním inkluzivním vzděláváním v Arménské republice. Vzdělávání vždy bylo a dodnes zůstává jedním z hlavních směrů rozvoje Arménie, země se staletou historií. Vzdělávání v její nelehké historii bylo vždy základem a garantem kulturní a politické identity, stimulem pro sociální pokrok. Arménie v dějinách zaznamenala období vzestupu i úpadku státního a kulturního života. Nacházela se po dlouhou dobu mezi nejsilnějšími světovými opozičními mocnostmi, přesto se arménskému národu podařilo udržet svou národní a kulturní identitu, do určité míry díky zvláštnímu přístupu k otázce vzdělávání a výchovy. V každé historické etapě bylo vzdělání důležitým faktorem při udržování nezávislosti země. Dosud je vzdělání v Arménii nejdůležitějším faktorem projevu národní nezávislosti.The article acquaints the reader with modern inclusive education in the Republic of Armenia within the context of comparative special pedagogy. Education has always been and still remains one of the main directions of development of Armenia, a country with rich and complicated history. Education has always been the basis and guarantor of cultural and political identity, a stimulus for social progress. It remembers periods of rise and fall state and cultural life. Armenia was one of the world‘s strongest opposition powers, and yet the Armenian nation has managed to keep its national and cultural identity; to some extent thanks to a special approach to education and upbringing.     Author's approach to consideration of mental development of the child in unity of early and preschool age with a delay of the expressional speech is presented in article. The positions of researchers, the main directions in studying of the matter defining structure of mental development, and then and model of the early complex medico-psychology and pedagogical help of this category of pupils are presented. The difficult structure of the deviating development is characterized only by deviations of those parties of mental activity which development is in direct dependence on initially affected function. Because of a system structure of mentality in some cases the delay of the expressional speech leads to affective and communicative violations that, in turn, is negatively reflected as in informative, and personal development. Without rendering the early help, a deviation in development become more expressed, affect all spheres of mentality, communication, social and psychological adaptation of the child in general
