Identifying the Core Driver for the Islamic Banking Capital Adequacy Regulation
Introduction: COVID-19 pandemic raised the stability challenges for the modern banking systems. As a remedy, the regulators and investors turned their eyes to the Islamic Banking. Many people view it as a full substitute to the dominant conventional banking establishments. We hypothesized that the benefits of the Islamic Banking can be fully enjoyed if and only if it is accompanied with the robust regulatory framework. Such a framework could offer room for the national discretion to define βalphaβ parameter within the capital adequacy ratio. The novelty of our paper is the largest collected to date set of alpha value embedded in the Islamic Banking jurisdictions.
Purpose: This research paper aims to able to identify the core driver to locally determine the value of alpha. The credit-to-GDP ratio was shown to be such a driver. We demonstrated that the earlier academic research had offered the Vasicek-based theoretical models for the Islamic Banking that had implied right the opposite values of alpha.
Methodology: We have eight independent determinants with presenting the alpha values for 11 countries registered in 2007 and in 2016.Those are the four macroeconomic variables. we have collected the input data for the regression model.
Findings: The credit-to-GDP ratio was shown to be such a driver. We demonstrated that the earlier academic research had offered the Vasicek-based theoretical models for the Islamic Banking that had implied right the opposite values of alpha. Thus, the usage of the determinant revealed by us could be of help to the central bankers when shaping the framework for Islamic Banking capital adequacy.

INFORMATION SECURITY MANAGEMENT IN THE DISTRIBUTED INFORMATION AND TELECOMMUNICATION SYSTEM OF THE ENTERPRISE
The analysis of the sequence of decision-making in the information security management of information and telecommunications system (ITS) was made on the basis of the PDCA. Selection criteria and constraints affecting the decision-making were chosen according to ISO/IEC 27001 Β«Information technology. Methods of protection. Information security management systemΒ» recommendations and the requirements of current legislation of Ukraine.Β The procedure of analyzing the impact of threats on the properties of the information to be protected and manageability of the ITS system protection was proposed. In the core of the procedure one could find the analysis of vulnerability of Internet protocols interaction used in information and telecommunications system from the different types of attacking effects. In accordance with the principle the cost of protection should not exceed the value of the information being protected. The technique of making managerial decisions concerning the selection of means of protection allows each specific unit of the organizationβs local information network to contact the external telecommunications system to pick up the software and (or) software and hardware protection with security features implemented, which are adequate to the threats

The paper brings forward results of the empirical study of the phenomenon of marriage satisfaction in bi-ethnic and mono-ethnic officially married couples. The authors distinguish the following main characteristics of marriage satisfaction: personal, mutual, average for a married couple, characteristics according to spheres of marriage (household, sexual-erotic, leisure, psychotherapeutic, birth and upbringing of children, unanimity of views and judgments of relatives and friends), features of conflicts in bi-ethnic and mono-ethnic marriages. Methods of the study included (a) the analysis of the literature on the problem, (b) psycho-diagnostic method, (c) comparisons of respondent groups, and (d) methods of qualitative and quantitative and statistical analysis of the results. Methodological tools included the βMarriage Satisfactionβ test by O. O. Eremichevaand L. Ia. Gozman (in the adaptation of A. I. Tashcheva) and A. I. Tashchevaβs questionnaire for studying basic socio-demographic, socio-economic and other 19 characteristics of married couples.Partners of 30 officially married couples at the age from 25 to 35 (Russians, Armenians, Ossetians, Ukrainians, Belarusians, Georgians) took part in the empirical study. From the results obtained in the present investigation the following conclusions were made. First, if to compare with bi-ethnic couples, mono-ethnic couples hadreliably higher marital satisfaction in whole. Second, mono-ethnic couples had reliably higher scores in characteristics according to spheres of marriage (household, sexual-erotic, leisure, psychotherapeutic, birth and upbringing of children, unanimityof views and judgments of relatives and friends).
The findings are of direct practical relevance and can be useful in psychological centers when working with marrying and divorcing couples with a different ethnic composition for the initial diagnostics of the quality of relationship in marriage, prevention and psychological correction of destructive marital conflicts to optimize the quality of marital relationship as a basic means of productive positive implementation of the state population policy. This paper presents a part of a broader study entitled βMarital conflicts in bi- etnic couples at the age of early maturityβ [7].Π ΡΡΠ°ΡΡΠ΅ ΠΎΠΏΠΈΡΡΠ²Π°Π΅ΡΡΡ ΡΠΌΠΏΠΈΡΠΈΡΠ΅ΡΠΊΠΈ Π²ΡΡΠ²Π»Π΅Π½Π½ΠΎΠ΅ ΡΠ²ΠΎΠ΅ΠΎΠ±ΡΠ°Π·ΠΈΠ΅ ΡΠ΅Π½ΠΎΠΌΠ΅Π½Π° ΡΠ΄ΠΎΠ²Π»Π΅ΡΠ²ΠΎΡΠ΅Π½Π½ΠΎΡΡΠΈ ΡΡΠΏΡΡΠΆΠ΅ΡΡΠ²ΠΎΠΌ Π² Π±ΠΈΠ½Π°ΡΠΈΠΎΠ½Π°Π»ΡΠ½ΡΡ

Digitalisation of the Economy of Social and Labour Relations in Modern Conditions
The authors represent data on the state of the process of digitalisation of the Russian economy and draw a conclusion about the high level of the information infrastructure development along with that they note a great gap in the digitalisation level between regions. When assessing the impact of the development of Internet technologies on employment, two main consequences have been identified: the reduction of the impact of the geographical factor on the supply and demand in the labour market and the involvement of previously unoccupied social groups in the production process. The rapid development of the digital economy, the accelerated industrialisation of digital technologies such as the Internet, big data and cloud computing, have led to further improvements in computing power, a significant reduction in computing costs, and a significant leap in data analysis and processing capabilities. The purpose of the study is to analyse and evaluate the effects of economy digitalisation on employment. Within the framework of the research conducted, both general scientific and specific scientific methods were used: formal and logical research methods (the method of induction, deduction, analogy, synthesis, comparison, observation, description, systematisation), formal and legal, historical and legal, comparative and legal, institutional, system analysis. The paper analyses the current global economic and technological trends that affect the transformation and formation of new socioeconomic relations in the context of the digital economy formation. This article examines the impact of the development of digital information technologies on the labour market and employment. The authors represent data on the state of the process of digitalisation of the Russian economy and draw a conclusion about the high level of the information infrastructure development along with that they note a great gap in the digitalisation level between regions. The results of the study can be used in the work of public authorities at all levels to develop and adjust programmes for the further labour market development and to prevent unemployment
About mathematical modeling of aerodynamic characteristics in devices with a leakage of the impact systems of plane-parallel streams on the heat exchange surface
The article is devoted to the development of the general aerodynamic theory in case of a leakage by the systems of plane-parallel impact jets on the plane heat exchange surface [1-2]. An analytical generalization of data on aerodynamic resistance with the blowout of flat surface by the system of the plane-parallel impact jets was implemented. These data were obtained as a result of the application of mathematical theory of planning an experiment. The equations of regression are the mathematical model of process. Functional dependences between the constructive factors and the regime parameters of these first obtained experimental dependences on aerodynamic resistance in the jet heat exchangers with the leakage of air in the form of the system of plane-parallel jets were established. Results of work can be used in developing of different methods of calculation for various new designs of highly effective heat exchangers or their optimization for various branches

Russian Adaptation of the PhoPhiKat Questionnaire of Gelotophobia, Gelotophilia and Katagelasticism in Adolescents
The article describes results of Russian adaptation of the PhoPhiKat, a questionnaire to measure gelotophobia, gelotophilia, and katagelasticism, on 392 Russian adolescents. The results confirm three-factor structure of the questionnaire and demonstrate reliability and construct validity of the scales. Most of the items have loadings to the intended factors, but a number of items have worse psychometrical properties. Therefore, the reduced version of the method, Phophikat, adapted earlier on adults, is recommended for practical usage. The article also presents the analysis of gelotophobia, gelotophilia and katagelasticism expression, their correlations with age, sex and humour styles in adolescents from Russia, compared to Denmark and Switzerland, and Russian adults
