Статья обобщает сведения об инфраструктуре, направлениях деятельности, принципах управления и финансирования зарубежных технопарков. Обсуждаются тенденции и проблемы их развития, а также возможности использования их опыта для создания технопарков на основе крупных российских университетов.The data about infrastructure, directions of activity, principles of management and financing of foreign science parks are generalized. The trends and problems of their development as well as the opportunities of using of accumulated experience for the creation science parks on basis of large Russian Universities are discussed
