Disseny d'una transmissió per un monoplaça de Formula Student amb tracció a les quatre rodes

El següent treball de final de grau tracta del pre-disseny d’una transmissió planetària per a l’equip de Fórmula Student de l’ETSEIB Motorsport. Els seus objectius són per tant assentar les bases per fer aquest disseny. S’analitzaran diversos aspectes i limitacions que sorgeixen alhora de realitzar aquest mecanisme i es faran estudis d’alternatives per a les diferents solucions que es proposin.Primerament es farà una introducció al concepte de cotxe que correrà la temporada 2018/2019i s’analitzaran totes les alternatives a la transmissió que es vol realitzar. Posteriorment es calcularà la relació de transmissió necessària per tal que el cotxe tingui les màximes prestacions, adequades a la competició. Un cop es tingui la relació de transmissió òptima es valoraran les opcions comercials que el mercat ofereix i es realitzarà també el pre-disseny d’unreductor planetaripropi, sempre tenint en ment les limitacions d’espai.Haventrealitzat el disseny preliminar s’analitzaranels esforçosde contacte dels engranatges i es determinarà si el disseny concebut superaaquestes sol·licitacions.S’han pogut extreure diverses conclusions del treball. S’ha pogut proposar una configuració d’engranatges que aguanta les sol·licitacions que es tindran durant la competició, objectiu que es va fixar a l’inici. Aquest treball s’ha de concebre com un pas intermedi per tal de poder dur a terme la fabricació del reductor planetari, en el qual s’ha calculat la relació de transmissió més adient i s’ha proposat una configuraciód’engranatges. També s’ha fet un pre-disseny del conjunt reductor planetari però sense dur a terme càlculs resistius. Tot i que aquest disseny no sigui ni molt menys definitiu es creu que ha estat beneficiós per tal d’entendre millor el seu funcionament idonar un precedent en aquest aspecte a l’equip.Aquest projecte també pot servir com a text complementari per tal de desenvolupar més transmissions ja que s’hi recull el càlcul d’engranatges de manera resumid

Hi pot circular tothom? Creació d’una guia per als docents per promoure la inclusió de l’alumnat amb TEA en ambients de lliure circulació

En el context català, una de les propostes innovadores que cada cop està agafant més força són els ambients de lliure circulació, entenent-los com aquells espais creats i preparats pels docents, amb materials i propostes suggerents on l’alumnat autoregula el seu propi aprenentatge. La inclusió dels alumnes amb Trastorn de l’Espectre Autista (TEA) en aquestes propostes ha esdevingut un repte per al professorat, atès que les seves característiques xoquen amb les concepcions dels ambients de lliure circulació. El present treball, doncs, proposa una guia per als docents amb l’objectiu de contribuir a la inclusió exitosa de l’alumnat amb TEA dins aquestes propostes. Partint de l’anàlisi del context elaborat amb la contribució de tres escoles que duen a terme propostes d’aquest tipus, una escola d’educació especial especialitzada en autisme i la col·laboració amb el CRETDIC, s’han recollit un seguit d’estratègies i indicacions per fer front a aquest repte educatiu. Aquestes indicacions han quedat compilades en una guia per al professorat, que esdevé la primera eina d’aquest tipus a escala estatal centrada en la inclusió de l’alumnat amb autisme dins els ambients de lliure circulació.[eng] In the current educational situation of innovation and inclusion, there are many authors who point out the importance of these concepts going hand in hand. In the Catalan context, one of the innovative proposals that is gaining more importance are free flow learning environments, understood as those spaces created and prepared by teachers, with suggestive proposals and different materials where students self-regulate their own learning. The inclusion of students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in these proposals has become a challenge for teachers, given that their characteristics conflict with the conceptions of free flow learning environments. This paper proposes a guide for teachers with the aim of contributing to the successful inclusion of students with ASD in these proposals. Starting from the analysis of the context, elaborated with the contribution of three schools that are involved in proposals of this kind, a special education school specialised in autism and CRETDIC’s collaboration, a series of strategies and indications have been collected to face this educational challenge. These indications have been compiled in a guide for teachers, which becomes the first tool of this kind at state level focused on the inclusion of students with autism in free flow learning environments.[spa] En la situación educativa actual de innovación e inclusión, cada vez hay más autores que señalan la importancia de que estas dos vayan cogidas de la mano. En el contexto catalán, una de las propuestas innovadoras que cada vez está cogiendo más fuerza son los ambientes de libre circulación, entendiéndose como aquellos espacios creados y preparados por los docentes, con materiales y propuestas sugerentes donde el alumnado autorregula su propio aprendizaje. La inclusión de los alumnos con Trastorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) en estas propuestas se ha convertido en reto para el profesorado, dado que sus características chocan con las concepciones de los ambientes de libre circulación. El presente trabajo propone una guía para el profesorado con el objetivo de contribuir a la inclusión exitosa del alumnado con TEA dentro de estas propuestas. Partiendo del análisis del contexto elaborado con la contribución de tres escuelas que llevan a cabo propuestas de este tipo, una escuela de educación especial especializada en autismo y la colaboración con el CRETDIC, se han recogido una serie de estrategias e indicaciones para hacer frente a este reto educativo. On the Relation between Tax Rates and Evasion in a Multi-period Economy

We extend the basic tax evasion model to a multi-period economy exhibiting sustained growth. When individuals conceal part of their true income from the tax authority, they face the risk of being audited and hence of paying the corresponding fine. Both taxes and fines determine individual saving and the rate of capital accumulation. In this context we show that the sign of the relation between the level of the tax rate and the amount of evaded income is the same as that obtained in static setups. Moreover, high tax rates on income are typically associated with low growth rates as occurs in standard growth models that disregard the tax evasion phenomenon.Tax Evasion, Growth

The best Open Access policies put researchers in charge, and recent EU Horizon 2020 and COST policies support this.

COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) – an intergovernmental framework supporting cooperation among scientists and researchers across Europe – recently supported an independent Strategic Initiative to better understand issues pertaining to open access publishing across a range of disciplines. Here COST Domain Committee members Marc Caball, Soulla Louca and Roland Pochet, Policy Officer for Open Access at the European Commission, Daniel Spichtinger, and Chair of the COST Strategic Initiative on Open Access, Barbara Prainsack emphasise here that the best pathways to the goal of open access vary across disciplines and across countries and institutions. The individuals best placed to decide what is right for them are the researchers themselves. The European Commission also encourages this position through the adoption of the Horizon 2020 open access regulation which will present researchers with a range of OA options, rather than prescribing one narrow format

Income Taxation with Habit Formation and Consumption Externalities

We analyze the dynamic behavior and the welfare properties of the equilibrium path of a growth model where both habits and consumption externalities affect the utility of consumers. We discuss the effects of flat rate income taxes and characterize the optimal income taxation policy. We show that, when consumption externalities and habit adjusted consumption are not perfect substitutes, a counter-cyclical income tax rate allows the competitive equilibrium to replicate the efficient path. Our analysis highlights the crucial role played by complementarities between externalities and habits in order to generate an inefficient dynamic equilibrium.Habit Formation, Consumption Externalities, Optimal Taxation.
