    Cara belajar aktif merupakan ciri khas Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan dengan penerapan cara belajar aktif ini dapat memicu siswa untuk berinisiatif, menemukan pokok materi, pemecahan masalah, dan pengaplikasiannya ke permasalahan konkret. Upaya peningkatan hasil belajar yang dapat diterapkan adalah dengan melakukan pengembangan pembelajaran tipe kooperatif Team Games Tournament (TGT). Metode pembelajaran ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan media Wondershare Quiz Creator. Adapun tujuan Penelitian ini adalah seperti berikut. (1) mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas control; (2) mengetahui hasil belajar peserta didik pada kelas eksperimen; dan (3) mengetahui perbedaan hasil belajar peserta didik antara kelas kontrol dengan eksperimen. Metode yang dilaksanakan adalah Experimental Quotient dengan rancangan post-test only design with non-equivalent group. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMKN 2 Bangkalan dengan sasaran kelas X Program Keahlian Desain Pemodelan dan Informasi Bangunan tahun ajaran 2021/2022. Sampel yang terlibat adalah siswa kelas X DPIB A berjumlah 18 siswa dan X DPIB B berjumlah 17 siswa. Hasil pada penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut. (1) metode pembelajaran TGT dapat memberikan hasil belajar yang lebih baik daripada model pembelajaran konvensional; (2) Kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran TGT menunjukkan rata-rata hasil belajar 90,83 sedangkan kelas kontrol sebesar 85,27; (3) Uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,008 dimana nilai tersebut dibawah 0,05. Hasil tersebut menandakan Ha diterima atau terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang sangat signifikan antara pembelajaran dengan model TGT dan konvensional

    ABSTRAK Peran Guru Agama Islam sangat penting dan baik buruknya pendidikan juga tergantung bagaimana seorang Guru Agama Islam Memanifestasikan dan mengaplikasikan sumbangsihnya kedalam lembaga formal maupun lembaga non formal. Ujung tombak dari segala aktivitas pendidikan adalah kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dilakukan oleh guru, karena guru lebih memiliki wewenang dan tanggung jawab lebih dalam pendidikan, memegang andil besar dalam membentuk karakter siswa, mengembangkan potensi atau kemampuan koknitif, afektif, dan psikomotorik siswa. Lebih-lebih guru agama Islam lebih banyak tuntutan sebagai figur yang paripurna. Pada intinya beberapa kualifikasi Guru Agama Islam harus dibarengi dari segi religius; personal- religius, professional- religius, sosial- religius. Berangkat dari latar belakang itulah penulis kemudian ingin membahasnya dalam skripsi dengan obyek penelitian di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Pasuruan sehingga mengambil judul Peran Karakteristik Kepribadian Guru Agama Islam dalam Meningkatkan Proses Belajar Mengajar di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Pasuruan. Berdasarkan judul diatas maka fokus kajian skripsi ini adalah sebagaimana rumusan masalah adalah sebagai berikut; Bagaimana Karakter Guru Agama Islam dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Pasuruan, Bagaimana peran karakteristik kepribadian Guru Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Pasuruan. Berdasarkan pada rumusan masalah tersebut, maka tujuan skripsi ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan karakteristik kepribadian Guru Agama Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Pasuruan, peran karakteristik kepribadian Guru Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui interview, observasi dan dokumentasi, dengan informannya adalah tiga Guru Agama Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Pasuruan. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif, yaitu mendeskripsikan dan menginterprestasikan data-data yang telah didapat sehingga akan menggambarkan realitas yang sebenarnya sesuai dengan fenomena yang ada. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa karakteristik kepribadian guru dalam meningkatkan proses belajar mengajar bisa dikatakan baik dilihat dari kepribadian Guru Agama Islam itu sendiri, ekspresinya ketika mengajar (hasil observasi), dan juga dari hasil wawancara. Peran karakteristik kepribadian Guru Agama Islam di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Pasuruan sudah bisa memberikan teladan dalam mengaplikasikan ajaran agama. Terbukti dalam menciptakan lingkungan yang positif dan kondusif serta dalam mengurangi kesalahpahaman siswa terhadap ajaran agama Islam sudah baik. Hal ini karena banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi baik dari guru agama Islam sendiri, dari lingkungan pergaulan siswa, dan dari keluarga siswa. Dari pemaparan yang ada di atas, dapat diketahui bahwa peran karakterisik kepribadian Guru Agama Islam merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan keberhasilan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Kepribadian Guru Agama Islam akan dijadikan contoh atau teladan yang baik bagi siswa. Sesuai hasil penelitian Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri Kota Pasuruan berdiri pada tanggal 1 januari 1960 dan mempunyai visi yaitu ingin mewujudkan manusia yang beriman dan bertaqwa kepada Allah SWT, berbudi pekerti luhur, cerdas dan terciptanya siswa berprestasi berwawasan IMTAQ dan IPTEK

    Prevalence and Determinants of Anemia in Pregnancy, Sana’a, Yemen

    Anemia is a global public health problem in both developing and developed countries, especially among pregnant women. The aim of the study was to estimate the prevalence of anemia among pregnant women in Sana'a governorate, Yemen, and to identify the determinants contributing to it, and to assess knowledge regarding it. The study was conducted using a cross-sectional approach. It included 360 pregnant women attending the maternity clinics of maternity hospitals. A predesigned structured interviewing questionnaire was used to collect data from the pregnant women. Laboratory investigations were done. The prevalence of anemia was found to be 40.3%, and was higher among females aged 35 to less than 45 years, those with poor income and poor nutritional level. The risk of anemia increased with the gestational age, gravidity, decreased birth spacing, drinking tea and coffee after meals, decreased intake of proteins and low level of knowledge and income. The binary logistic regression model indicated a significant impact of the education and occupation on the level of knowledge of pregnant women. Anemia was found out to be a severe public health problem among pregnant women in Yemen. Identified risk factors should be considered for its prevention and control

    Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are the most studied group of pathogen recognition receptor categories that detects infectious agents in vertebrates. Fish TLRs exhibit clear, distinct features, structure and a larger diversity than in other vertebrates. This study focused on identifying and detecting the structure of Oreochromis niloticus (Nile tilapia) Toll- like receptor-1 (TLR1|) as a model in freshwater bony fish. The full-length cDNA sequence of Oreochromis niloticus TLR1 mRNA was cloned. Cloning and sequence analysis revealed that the complete cDNA sequence of Oreochromis niloticus TLR1 consists of 2355 base pairs and encodes a polypeptide of 785 amino acids. The molecular analysis of the amino acid sequence indicated that Oreochromis niloticus TLR1 has the standard structural features and major components of amino acids of TLR family members, and is considered an orthologue to the vertebrate TLR1, not a paralogue. The translated amino acid analysis showed 96%, 88%, 85%, and 85% degrees of identity with Zebra Mbuna, Sea bass, Damsel fish, and Clownfish, respectively; and showed 66% identity t with electric eels and 61% with starlets. Phylogenetic analysis revealed that the Nile tilapia TLR1 is closely related to Larimichthys crocea, Epinephelus coioides, and Takifugu rubripes TLR1. Oreochromis niloticus TLR1 was expressed in the kidneys, brain, spleen, intestines, muscle, liver, gills, heart and skin. Quantitative RT-PCR showed differences in the expression levels between the tested tissues. In conclusion, this study is the first report (according to our knowledge) and provides a complete molecular and functional characterization of Oreochromis niloticus toll-like receptor 1, which is considered to be functionally orthologous to TLR1 in other species models.Toll-like receptori (TLR) najviše su istraživana skupina receptora za prepoznavanje uzročnika bolesti u kralježnjaka. TLR u riba pokazuju jasna razlikovna svojstva, strukturu i veliku raznolikost u odnosu na druge kralježnjake. Ovo je istraživanje usredotočeno na identifikaciju i otkrivanje Toll-like receptora 1 (TLR1) u nilske tilapije (Oreochromis niloticus) kao predstavnika slatkovodnih riba. Klonirana je puna sekvencija cDNA TLR1 mRNA. Utvrđeno je da se kompletna sekvencija cDNA TLR1 nilske tilapije sastoji od 2355 baznih parova i kodira polipeptid od 785 aminokiselina. Molekularna analiza sekvencija aminokiselina upućuje na to da TLR1 nilske tilapije ima standardna strukturna svojstva i glavne komponente porodice TLR receptora i smatra se ortologom, ne paralogom TLR1 kralježnjaka. Analiza prevedenih aminokiselina pokazala je stupanj identičnost od 96 % s mbuna zebrom, 88 % s lubinom, 85 % s damsel ribom i 85 % s ribom klaun, dok je stupanj identičnosti s električnom jeguljom bio 66 %, a s ribom starlet 61 %. Filogenetska analiza pokazala je da je TLR1 nilske tilapije usko povezan s TLR1 vrsta Larimichthys crocea, Epinephelus coioides i Takifugu rubripes. TLR1 nilske tilapije bio je izražen u bubrezima, mozgu, slezeni, crijevima, mišiću, jetri, škrgama, srcu i na koži. Kvantitativni RT-PCR pokazao je razlike u razini ekspresije među testiranim tkivima. Prema našim podacima ovo je istraživanje prvo koje donosi kompletnu molekularnu i funkcionalnu karakterizaciju Toll-like receptora 1 nilske tilapije, te se smatra funkcionalnim ortologom TLR1 u drugih vrsta

    Search for new phenomena in final states with an energetic jet and large missing transverse momentum in pp collisions at √ s = 8 TeV with the ATLAS detector

    Results of a search for new phenomena in final states with an energetic jet and large missing transverse momentum are reported. The search uses 20.3 fb−1 of √ s = 8 TeV data collected in 2012 with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Events are required to have at least one jet with pT > 120 GeV and no leptons. Nine signal regions are considered with increasing missing transverse momentum requirements between Emiss T > 150 GeV and Emiss T > 700 GeV. Good agreement is observed between the number of events in data and Standard Model expectations. The results are translated into exclusion limits on models with either large extra spatial dimensions, pair production of weakly interacting dark matter candidates, or production of very light gravitinos in a gauge-mediated supersymmetric model.     A search for the direct production of the supersymmetric partners ofτ-leptons (staus) in final stateswith two hadronically decayingτ-leptons is presented. The analysis uses a dataset of pp collisions corresponding to an integrated luminosity of139fb−1, recorded with the ATLAS detector at the LargeHadron Collider at a center-of-mass energy of 13 TeV. No significant deviation from the expected StandardModel background is observed. Limits are derived in scenarios of direct production of stau pairs with eachstau decaying into the stable lightest neutralino and oneτ-lepton in simplified models where the two staumass eigenstates are degenerate. Stau masses from 120 GeV to 390 GeV are excluded at 95% confidencelevel for a massless lightest neutralino

    Search for chargino-neutralino production with mass splittings near the electroweak scale in three-lepton final states in √s=13 TeV pp collisions with the ATLAS detector

    A search for supersymmetry through the pair production of electroweakinos with mass splittings near the electroweak scale and decaying via on-shell W and Z bosons is presented for a three-lepton final state. The analyzed proton-proton collision data taken at a center-of-mass energy of √s=13  TeV were collected between 2015 and 2018 by the ATLAS experiment at the Large Hadron Collider, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 139  fb−1. A search, emulating the recursive jigsaw reconstruction technique with easily reproducible laboratory-frame variables, is performed. The two excesses observed in the 2015–2016 data recursive jigsaw analysis in the low-mass three-lepton phase space are reproduced. Results with the full data set are in agreement with the Standard Model expectations. They are interpreted to set exclusion limits at the 95% confidence level on simplified models of chargino-neutralino pair production for masses up to 345 GeV

    Measurement and interpretation of same-sign W boson pair production in association with two jets in pp collisions at s = 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector

    This paper presents the measurement of fducial and diferential cross sections for both the inclusive and electroweak production of a same-sign W-boson pair in association with two jets (W±W±jj) using 139 fb−1 of proton-proton collision data recorded at a centre-of-mass energy of √s = 13 TeV by the ATLAS detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The analysis is performed by selecting two same-charge leptons, electron or muon, and at least two jets with large invariant mass and a large rapidity diference. The measured fducial cross sections for electroweak and inclusive W±W±jj production are 2.92 ± 0.22 (stat.) ± 0.19 (syst.)fb and 3.38±0.22 (stat.)±0.19 (syst.)fb, respectively, in agreement with Standard Model predictions. The measurements are used to constrain anomalous quartic gauge couplings by extracting 95% confdence level intervals on dimension-8 operators. A search for doubly charged Higgs bosons H±± that are produced in vector-boson fusion processes and decay into a same-sign W boson pair is performed. The largest deviation from the Standard Model occurs for an H±± mass near 450 GeV, with a global signifcance of 2.5 standard deviations

    Search for pair production of squarks or gluinos decaying via sleptons or weak bosons in final states with two same-sign or three leptons with the ATLAS detector

    A search for pair production of squarks or gluinos decaying via sleptons or weak bosons is reported. The search targets a final state with exactly two leptons with same-sign electric charge or at least three leptons without any charge requirement. The analysed data set corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 139 fb−1 of proton-proton collisions collected at a centre-of-mass energy of 13 TeV with the ATLAS detector at the LHC. Multiple signal regions are defined, targeting several SUSY simplified models yielding the desired final states. A single control region is used to constrain the normalisation of the WZ + jets background. No significant excess of events over the Standard Model expectation is observed. The results are interpreted in the context of several supersymmetric models featuring R-parity conservation or R-parity violation, yielding exclusion limits surpassing those from previous searches. In models considering gluino (squark) pair production, gluino (squark) masses up to 2.2 (1.7) TeV are excluded at 95% confidence level

    Muon reconstruction and identification efficiency in ATLAS using the full Run 2 pp collision data set at \sqrt{s}=13 TeV

    This article documents the muon reconstruction and identification efficiency obtained by the ATLAS experiment for 139 \hbox {fb}^{-1} of pp collision data at \sqrt{s}=13 TeV collected between 2015 and 2018 during Run 2 of the LHC. The increased instantaneous luminosity delivered by the LHC over this period required a reoptimisation of the criteria for the identification of prompt muons. Improved and newly developed algorithms were deployed to preserve high muon identification efficiency with a low misidentification rate and good momentum resolution. The availability of large samples of Z\rightarrow \mu \mu and J/\psi \rightarrow \mu \mu decays, and the minimisation of systematic uncertainties, allows the efficiencies of criteria for muon identification, primary vertex association, and isolation to be measured with an accuracy at the per-mille level in the bulk of the phase space, and up to the percent level in complex kinematic configurations. Excellent performance is achieved over a range of transverse momenta from 3 GeV to several hundred GeV, and across the full muon detector acceptance of |\eta |<2.7
