Potřebné výpočty jsou provedeny v programovém systému ANSYS.Master thesis deals with the analysis of wind effect on high slender engineering structures. There are explained important knowledge of the flow theory and compared each turbulent models according to relation of Reynolds and Strouhal number. The point of separation i salso defined. All necessary calculations are made in the ANSYS systém.

Multitopic supramolecular guests with finely tuned affinities toward widely explored cucurbit[n]urils (CBs) and cyclodextrins (CDs) have been recently designed and tested as functional components of advanced supramolecular systems. We employed various spacers between the adamantane cage and a cationic moiety as a tool for tuning the binding strength toward CB7 to prepare a set of model guests with K-CB7 and K beta-CD values of (0.6-5.0) x 10(10) M-1 and (0.6-2.6) x 10(6) M-1, respectively. These accessible adamantylphenyl-based binding motifs open a way toward supramolecular components with an outstanding affinity toward beta-cyclodextrin. H-1 NMR experiments performed in 30% CaCl2 /D2O at 273 K along with molecular dynamics simulations allowed us to identify two arrangements of the guest@beta-CD complexes. The approach, joining experimental and theoretical methods, provided a better understanding of the structure of cyclodextrin complexes and related molecular recognition, which is highly important for the rational design of drug delivery systems, molecular sensors and switches.Internal Funding Agency of the Tomas Bata University in Zlin [IGA/FT/2020/001]; Czech Science FoundationGrant Agency of the Czech Republic [18-05421S]; Ministry of Education, Youths and Sports of the Czech Republic (MEYS CR) [LQ1601]; CIISB, Instruct-CZ Center of Instruct-ERIC EU consortium - MEYS CR infrastructure project [LM2018127]; MEYS CR from the Large Infrastructures for Research, Experimental Development and Innovations [CZLM2018140]Ministerstvo Školství, Mládeže a Tělovýchovy, MŠMT: CZ-LM2018140, LM2018127; Grantová Agentura České Republiky, GA ČR: 18-05421S, LQ1601; Univerzita Tomáše Bati ve Zlíně: IGA/FT/2020/001; Masarykova Univerzita, M

The effect of various fillers on the cure behavior of an epoxy system

    No full text
An effect of filler on the reaction kinetics of epoxy system cured with diethylenetriamine has been studied using differential scanning calorimetry. Various kinetic models, including homogeneous reaction, diffusion reaction, surface and autocatalytic reactions, have been tested. Kinetic analysis using integral and derivative procedures from the data indicates that the curing reaction can be well described with the autocatalytical and first-order homogeneous reactions model

Stabilita suspenzí calcium pyrofosfátu byla studována pomocí elektroforézy a lektroakustických měření. Byl měřen zeta potenciál suspenzí, vliv změn ph adsorpce vybraných tantzidů a přídavků elektrolytu KCl.The stability of suspensions of calcium pyrophosphate was investigated using the techniques of electrophoresis and electroacoustics to measure the zeta potential of the suspensions. The effect of pH changes, adsorption of SDS and Triton-X and the addition of KCl were investigated using electrophoresis. The stability of the suspensions were also calculated from the theoretical kappa delta(theta) values. Finally, the effect of plasma treatment of the powder was investigated using the relatively new technique of electroacoustics to study more concentrated aqueous suspensions of the powders. From the resulting data it was possible to identify the optimum processing conditions of these powders

Vliv binárních elektrolytů, různých tenzidů na povrchové napětí roztoků derivátů celulozy při teplotě 25 deg C byly studovány vzhledem k možnosti depozice tenkých vrstev těchto polymerů na tuhé povrchy. The influence of binary electrolytes (sodium floride, potassium bromide, lithium iodide), and different tenzides (sodium lautylsulphate, cetylpyridiumbromide) on the surface tension of cellulose solutions at constant temperature 25 degrees C has been studied and the suitability of the systems for thin layer deposition on solid polymer surface with specific respect to utilization of these compounds as a part of handling means of final arrangement has been testified. The cellulose ethers studied were two types of hydroxyethylcellulose, carboxymethyl cellulose and methylcellulose. The surface tension was determined by Wilhelm's tensometric method for solutions. It has been found that generally a small addition of binary electrolytes slightly increases the surface tension, whereas the same amount of tensides remarkably decreases the same property of examined cellulose derivatives. Some self-organizing ability of the studied cellulose derivatives has been recognized to form specific structures in the liquid surface connected with gaseous surroundings
