The deflected mode algorithm of thin conical shell in the cases of one-way and two-way connection between the shell and elastic foundation is considered. Two-way or one-way connection between shell and the foundation there can be. This problem is solved by finite element method. Shell displacements are defined by serial approximations in case one-way connection. On the algorithm the program has been created. With its help many calculations have been made

A note on comonotonicity and positivity of the control components of decoupled quadratic FBSDE

    Get PDF
In this small note we are concerned with the solution of Forward-Backward Stochastic Differential Equations (FBSDE) with drivers that grow quadratically in the control component (quadratic growth FBSDE or qgFBSDE). The main theorem is a comparison result that allows comparing componentwise the signs of the control processes of two different qgFBSDE. As a byproduct one obtains conditions that allow establishing the positivity of the control process.Comment: accepted for publicatio

THE IMPACT OF POLITICAL NETWORKS ON THE PLACE AND ROLE OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL COURT IN THE SYSTEM OF STATE ADMINISTRATION

    Get PDF
The article examines the place and role of the constitutional Court of Ukraine in the system of authorities, examines a set of issues related to its activities, and highlights problematic issues that lead to a violation of the balance of power, including dangerous trends in the use of the constitutional court for political groups to solve their tasks and achieve political goals. The study of state reform in Ukraine showed the problematic issues of transformation of party and political structuring, highlighted the main causes of the political crisis and summarized the reasons why the democratic transformations that have begun in the country will not be able to achieve their main goal-the consolidation of democracy. It is noted that the lack of national consciousness, low level of political culture, excessive ambitions of leaders and their desire for power as a means of personal enrichment model conflicts of a destructive nature, threaten to change the system of democratic values, deconstruct the political system and destroy the national state

Photovaractor performance for optically controlled microwave circuits, Journal of Telecommunications and Information Technology, 2002, nr 1

    Get PDF
The photovaractor for optically controlled microwave circuits was designed and studied. The photovaractor module was fabricated as a planar p-i-n photodiode chip placed in a fibre optic matching receptacles. Study of C-V characteristics in the light illumination mode has shown that capacitance characteristics are strongly dependent on the light illumination power. These variations of the photovaractor diode capacitance are large enough to be used in optically controlled circuits such as oscillators, mixers and switchers

FLUORESCENCE CHARACTERISTICS OF RHODAMINE 6G AND RHODAMINE C IN WATER-MICELLAR SURFACTANT ENVIRONMENTS

The influence of cationic, anionic, nonionic surfactants and their mixtures on the fluorescence characteristics of rhodamine 6G and Rho-damine C solutions has been investigated. The fluorescence intensity of aqueous solutions of rhodamine 6G and in the presence of cetylpyridinium chloride and sodium dodecyl sulfate has almost unchanged throughout the pH range. The fluorescence intensity of aqueous and water-micellar rhodamine C solutions has been increased in the pH 1-4 range; the signal has been remained unchanged at high pH values. The studies have been carried out at pH 4 for rhodamine 6G and at pH 10 for rhodamine C. The fluorescence characteristics of water-micellar dye - surfactant - non-ionic surfactant systems have been performed at a concentration of Triton X-100 of 3.4·10‑2 mol/l. The interaction with cationic surfactants has shown differences character between the I=f(n) dependences for aqueous solutions of highly hydrophobic rhodamine 6G and more hydrophilic rhodamine C. The study of the effect of the hydrocarbon radical length on the intensity of the fluorescence of rhodamine 6G and rhodamine C has been carried out at two concentrations of cationic surfactants: under the condition of the formation of stoichiometric associates dye with cationic surfactant and in the region of the micellar concentrations of cationic surfactants. The character of the influence of the length of the hydrocarbon radical cationic surfactants on the fluorescence intensity of the dyes can be explained by the increasing role of hydrophobic interactions and the enhancement of solubilization in systems involving long-chain surfactants. The difference in the nature of the associates of rhodamine 6G and rhodamine C with hydrophobic and moderately hydrophobic cationic surfactants has been counterbalanced in the presence of Triton X-100. Reduction of fluorescence intensity of rhodamine 6G in domicile solutions of anionic sodium dodecyl sulfate has been established. The method of fluorescence detection of sodium dodecyl sulfate in reaction with rhodamine 6G has been proposed. The method has been tested in determining of anionic surfactants in the waters after washing clothes.</jats:p

Y chromosome effect on prenatal live weight growth of laboratory minipigs

    No full text
This paper describes the results of the influence of Y-chromosome gene complex on pre- and postnatal growth of piglets of laboratory mini-pigs ICG SB RAS. Breeding group includes four genealogical lines of boars united by a successive father-son relationship. Three lines: MS2853, MS2987, and VTN300 inherited their Y chromosomes from boars of Vietnamese-South Asian breed. The fourth line (LNDR07) received Y chromosome from the Landrace boar. This study revealed that all three lines of boars carrying Asian Y chromosome did not differ in weight of newborn offspring, while the weight and, correspondingly, prenatal growth of newborns of boars carrying European Y chromosome were statistically significantly less. Thus, at this stage of research, there is reason to believe that the selection group of mini-pigs ICG SB RAS contains polymorphism in the complex of Y-chromosome genes involved in the control of prenatal growth process. An assumption was considered that growth retardation during prenatal and early postnatal periods, as well as an increased proportion of culled offspring of boars carrying European Y chromosome can be caused by poor compatibility of its gene complex with the allele pool inherited from the mini pigs ICG SB RAS from Vietnamese breed.</jats:p
