KafĂąâah Contextualization in an Effort to Form Harmonious Family in the Modern Era: An Analysis Of Fazlur Rahman's Double Movement
KafÄâah is a marriage law that has relatively little attention from Islamic jurists. This is because kafÄâah is less adaptable to changes in people's lives. Because kafÄâah is identical with the Arab cultural heritage before Islam. But factually this kafÄâah is still a legacy in the books of the fuqaha'. This research is focused on revealing the relevance of the concept of the kafÄâah of the fuqaha' with the changing times of the modern era. As well as how to contextualize the concept of kafÄâah in this modern era so that it truly becomes a path to family harmony. In uncovering the problem, the double movement theory or Fadzlurrahman dual interpretation is used, in which this interpretation becomes the knife of analysis by revealing how the current condition of the kafÄâah is then drawn to the kafÄâah of the past and how the response of the Qur'an and the Sunnah. Then the moral values of the Qur'an and the Sunnah are taken using reasoning ratios so that conclusions can be drawn in accordance with current needs. The conclusion of this research is that the concept of kafÄâah in the book of fiqh is not relevant to the needs of this modern era, where kafÄâah in the modern era is more interpreted in terms of equality and ability (competence) to get married, which is different from the kafÄâah of the past which is more nuanced feudalistic
Penentuan Marker untuk Mempermudah Motion Tracking dalam Video
In the motion tracking is required a marker that will be easier to process this motion tracking, marker certainly has a shape, size and position that will help facilitate the process of this motion tracking. In this research will be done shooting a scene with an experiment with 3 types of marker form and each marker has 5 different sizes, then the results of the taking will be analyzed. From the results of the analysis will get the results of numbers that will show the highest number for what markers with what size can help the process of motion tracking, as well as position marker where the most frequently appear on the results of the marker position analysis later. This can be seen from the results of software analysis that will be used later.

Early Versus Late Intramedullary Nailing for Traumatic Femur Fracture Management: Meta-Analysis
INTRODUCTION: There is no consensus yet on the impact of timing of femur fracture (FF) internal fixation on the patient outcomes. This meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate the contemporary data in patients with traumatic FF undergoing intramedullary nail fixation (IMN). METHODS: English language literature was searched with publication limits set from 1994 to 2016 using PubMed, Scopus, MEDLINE (OVID), EMBASE (OVID), Web of Science, and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL). Studies included randomized controlled trials (RCTs), prospective observational or retrospective cohort studies, and case-control studies comparing early versus late femoral shaft fractures IMN fixation. Variable times were used across studies to distinguish between early and late IMN, but 24 h was the most frequently used cutoff. The quality assessment of the reviewed studies was performed with two instruments. Observational studies were assessed with the Newcastle-Ottawa Quality Assessment Scale. RCTs were assessed with the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool. RESULTS: We have searched 1151 references. Screening of titles and abstracts eliminated 1098 references. We retrieved 53 articles for full-text screening, 15 of which met study eligibility criteria. CONCLUSIONS: This meta-analysis addresses the utility of IMN in patients with FF based on the current evidence; however, the modality and timing to intervene remain controversial. While we find large pooled effects in favor of early IMN, for reasons discussed, we have little confidence in the effect estimate. Moreover, the available data do not fill all the gaps in this regard; therefore, a tailored algorithm for management of FF would be of value especially in polytrauma patients
Radio telemetry devices to monitor breathing in non-sedated animals
Radio telemetry equipment has significantly improved over the last 10-15 years and is increasingly being used in research for monitoring a variety of physiological parameters in non-sedated animals. The aim of this review is to provide an update on the current state of development of radio telemetry for recording respiration. Our literature review found only rare reports of respiratory studies via radio telemetry. Much of this article will hence report our experience with our custom-built radio telemetry devices designed for recording respiratory signals, together with numerous other physiological signals in lambs. Our current radio telemetry system allows to record 24 simultaneous signals 24h/day for several days. To our knowledge, this is the highest number of physiological signals, which can be recorded wirelessly. Our devices have been invaluable for studying respiration in our ovine models of preterm birth, reflux laryngitis, postnatal exposure to cigarette smoke, respiratory syncytial virus infection and nasal ventilation, all of which are relevant to neonatal respiratory problems
Localized holes and delocalized electrons in photoexcited inorganic perovskites: Watching each atomic actor by picosecond X-ray absorption spectroscopy
We report on an element-selective study of the fate of charge carriers in
photoexcited inorganic CsPbBr3 and CsPb(ClBr)3 perovskite nanocrystals (NCs) in
toluene solutions using time-resolved X-ray absorption spectroscopy with 80 ps
time resolution. Probing the Br K-edge, the Pb L3-edge and the Cs L2-edge, we
find that holes in the valence band are localized at Br atoms, forming small
polarons, while electrons appear as delocalized in the conduction band. No
signature of either electronic or structural changes are observed at the Cs
L2-edge. The results at the Br and Pb edges suggest the existence of a weakly
localized exciton, while the absence of signatures at the Cs edge indicates
that the Cs+ cation plays no role in the charge transport, at least beyond 80
ps. These results can explain the rather modest charge carrier mobilities in
these materials.Comment: 19 pages, 3 figure
Invariant indices of polarimetric purity. Generalized indices of purity for nxn covariance matrices
A proper set of indices characterizing the polarimetric purity of light and
material media is defined from the eigenvalues of the corresponding coherency
matrix. A simple and generalizable relation of these indices with the current
parameters characterizing the global purity is obtained. A general definition
for systems characterized by nxn positive semidefinite Hermitian matrices is
introduced in terms of the corresponding eigenvalues and diagonal Gell-Mann
matrices. The set of n-1 indices of purity has a nested structure and provide
complete information about the statistical purity of the system.Comment: 19 pages, 2 figure
