Web conference system used in the Ogasawara Greenfinch PHVA workshop

2020年12月19日にオガサワラカワラヒワ保全計画作りワークショップの本大会が開催された。また、事前の講演会および報告会も複数開催した。これらの開催期間は、コロナ禍であったため、感染防止対策として、全てWEB会議システムを使用した。本稿では、講演会や報告会を含め、ワークショップ時におけるWEB 会議システムとその運用方法についての記録を目的とした。WEB 会議システムとしてはZOOMを選択し、補助としてGoogle Jamboard、Googleフォームなどのソフトも併用し、会議運営の円滑化を図った。結果としては、進行に問題はなく、コロナ感染防止対策を行った状態でワークショップを開催することができた。The Ogasawara Greenfinch PHVA workshop was held in December 19th, 2020, and several lectures and debriefings were held before and after the workshop. Because the whole period of the workshop and other events was in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to conduct all events using a web conference system as the infection prevention measures. The purpose of this paper is to document the operations of web conferencing system. We chose ‘ZOOM’ as our web conferencing system, and used software such as ‘Google Jamboard’ and ‘Google Forms’ to assist the conference management. Efforts in the Ogasawara Islands for the conservation of the Ogasawara Greenfinch

オガサワラカワラヒワ保全計画作りワークショップを受けて、オガサワラカワラヒワの塗り絵を母島の保育園、小中学校で実施した。沖港船客待合所ではオガサワラカワラヒワに関するパネル展示を行った。また、小中学校では、子どもワークショップを実施した。それぞれのイベントを通して、島内外でのオガサワラカワラヒワの認知度や関心を高めることができた。Following the Ogasawara Greenfinch PHVA workshop, coloring pictures of the Ogasawara Greenfinch were distributed to nursery school, elementary school, and junior high school in Hahajima Island. Panel displays about Ogasawara Greenfinch were held at the Oki port passenger lounge. Workshops for children were also held at elementary and junior high school. Measurement of Tissue Stiffness with Virtual Touch Tissue Quantification in Two Cases of Spleen Tumor

We performed non-invasive measurement of tissue stiffness in the spleen for two patients using virtualtouch tissue quantification (VTTQ). Case 1 was an 82-year-old woman with Hodgkin lymphoma. Stiffnessmeasured using VTTQ was lower than normal spleen in tumor areas and higher than normal spleen in nontumorareas. Case 2 was a 66-year-old man with ascites and gastric cancer involving the entire spleen. Stiffnessof the spleen tumor as measured by VTTQ was higher than normal spleen. These cases demonstratedtwo new factors associated with elevated spleen stiffness:compression of healthy spleen tissue by tumorand cancer invasion

Statistics on Outpatients, Inpatients and Operations in the Department of Urology at the Sapporo Medical College in 1965.

Statistical observations were made on urological diseases of outpatients, inpatients and operative cases admitted at the Department of Urology, Sapporo Medical College during 1965. 1) The total number of outpatients was 2,143 with 1,129 males and 1,014 females. The ratio of male against female was 1.11 : 1. The breakdown of the main dseases were as follows : 166 urogenital tuberculosis, 454 nonspecific cystitis, 84 urolithiasis, 47 bladder tumor and 108 prostatic tumor cases. 2) The number of outpatients under 15 years of age was 248 with 20 cryptorchidism, 34 enuresis and 10 acute hemorrhagic cystitis cases. 3) The number of outpatients over 61 years was 251 with 80 prostatic tumor and 12 bladder tumor cases. 4) The total number of inpatients was 348 with 41 renal tuberculosis, 27 renal and ureteral stones, 10 renal tumor, 34 bladder tumor and 63 prostatic tumor cases. 5) The total number of operations was 338 and that of the transurethral manipulations was 222 with 34 nephrectomies, 18 prostatectomies, 4 total cystectomies, 12 urinary diversionsoperations, 20 TURP and 32 TUR-electrocoagulation of bladder tumors.departmental bulletin pape

Statistics on Outpatients, Inpatients and Operations in the Department of Urology at the Sapporo Medical College 1964.

Statistical observations were made on urological diseases of outpatients, inpatients and operations in the Department of Urology, Sasporo Medical College during 1964. 1) The total number of outpatients was 2,012. Among these 1,146 were male and 886 were female. The ratio of male against female was 1.32 : 1. The numbers of the main diseases were as follows : 183 urogenital tuberculosis, 462 nonspecific cystitis, 82 urolithiasis, 41 bladder tumor and 91 prostatic tumor cases. 2) The number of outpatients less than 15 years of age was 251 : 22 acute hemorrhagic cystities, 23 cryptorchidism and 30 enuresis cases. 3) Tne number of outpatients over 60 years of age was 216 : 15 bladder tumors, 74 prostatic tumor cases. 4) The total number of inpatients was 323 : 31 renal tuberculosis, 25 renal and ureteral stones, 25 bladder tumors and 38 prostatic tumor cases. 5) The total number of operations was 404 and that of the transurethral manipulations was 262 : 20 nephrectomies, 8 partial cystectomies, 8 prostatectomies and 13 TURP.departmental bulletin pape

平成28年度「卒業研究」実践報告

今年度の卒業研究は、本校のSGHの取り組みと連動する形への移行期として、これまでの卒業研究の取り糾みに修正を加えて実施した。また、国際バカロレア「課題論文」(EE) の指導方法を参考に評価基準を設定することで、生徒がその基準に照らし合わせながら、研究論文を執筆できるようにした。SGHの「国際的に活躍できるグローバルリーダーの育成」の視点と総合学科の「生徒のキャリア教育」の視点を一体化させることで、総合学科ならではのSGH課題研究を行うことができる可能性があるということが明らかとなった

69 歳,女性.2004 年に他院耳鼻科にてシェーグレン症候群と診断され治療中であった.2010 年5月に肝機能障害を指摘されたために当科を受診した.初診時に両側上眼瞼の腫脹と両側耳下腺の腫大(約1 cm)を認めた.血液生化学検査では胆道系酵素の上昇を認め,またIgG は2308 mg/dl,IgG4 は498 mg/dl と高値を呈した.造影CT では膵はびまん性に腫大していた.内視鏡的逆行性膵胆管造影で膵管に特徴的な狭細像を認めたため自己免疫性膵炎と診断した.本症例の眼瞼腫脹と顎下腺腫脹は現在の診断基準ではMikulicz 病と診断が可能である.Mikulicz 病と自己免疫性膵炎の合併は少なくないものの,本邦における文献報告例は本例で11 例目である.A 69-year-old woman presented with a chief complaintof liver dysfunction in May 2010. Search for dark matter produced in association with bottom or top quarks in √s = 13 TeV pp collisions with the ATLAS detector

A search for weakly interacting massive particle dark matter produced in association with bottom or top quarks is presented. Final states containing third-generation quarks and miss- ing transverse momentum are considered. The analysis uses 36.1 fb−1 of proton–proton collision data recorded by the ATLAS experiment at √s = 13 TeV in 2015 and 2016. No significant excess of events above the estimated backgrounds is observed. The results are in- terpreted in the framework of simplified models of spin-0 dark-matter mediators. For colour- neutral spin-0 mediators produced in association with top quarks and decaying into a pair of dark-matter particles, mediator masses below 50 GeV are excluded assuming a dark-matter candidate mass of 1 GeV and unitary couplings. For scalar and pseudoscalar mediators produced in association with bottom quarks, the search sets limits on the production cross- section of 300 times the predicted rate for mediators with masses between 10 and 50 GeV and assuming a dark-matter mass of 1 GeV and unitary coupling. Constraints on colour- charged scalar simplified models are also presented. Assuming a dark-matter particle mass of 35 GeV, mediator particles with mass below 1.1 TeV are excluded for couplings yielding a dark-matter relic density consistent with measurements
