    This study aims to ascertain the best way to implement character values, also known as the Application of Character Values, in Salih Nurul Jadid Children's PAUD through singing. This study employs a case study methodology with a qualitative approach. Techniques for gathering data include documentation, interviews, and observation. Methods for analyzing data have been applied methodically, beginning with data visualization, condensing, and conclusion-making. Three phases comprised the results of field research on the application of character qualities through singing: Saying sorry, please, and thank you; Memorizing Asmaul Husna with songs and movements; Praying in unison with rhythmic accompaniment. This application has been shown to support kids' behaviour with moral principles because early development is akin to copying one's surroundings

    This research aims to understand and analyze competitive advantage through the utilization of human resources to enhance competitiveness at MA Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. This study is based on the fact that madrasah (Islamic school) becomes the second alternative choice due to the incapacity of human resources or customers' doubts about the teachers' abilities in madrasah. Thus, this research focuses on how strategic human resource management nurtures competitive advantage in a pesantren-based madrasah. To reveal this, the researcher employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. In the process, data is collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the Miles and Huberman data analysis technique, which consists of data reduction, data display, and verification. This research generates findings that strategic human resource management in enhancing competitive advantage at MA Nurul Jadid is conducted in the form of; 1) formulation of HR policies and procedures; 2) development and training; 3) integrated performance management, and 4) periodic evaluation and adjustment

    The policy of centralization based on local wisdom has an important role in improving the quality of education in accordance with local cultures, especially in educational institutions and boarding schools so that quality can be further improved, the focus of this study is to examine the policy of centralization based on local wisdom as a medium to improve the quality of education in Nurul Jadid islamic boarding school. This research is a qualitative phenomenological research by taking observational data, sampling, in depth interviews and literature view. According to the theory of the quality of educational institutions juran is to make improvements in improving the quality of education. The results of the study explained that the centralization policy was caused by three factors of leadership in the running of the centralized system:  (1) authoritative, the regulatory dimensions are very strong in the decision making process, (2) democratic, equally contributing in making decisions, (3) laissez fraire, namely releasing in making decisions. So that the centralization policy applied greatly determines the level of success in improving the quality of education

    Konsep Sekolah Ramah Anak yang diterapkan di Taman Kanak-Kanak Az Zainiyah II Desa Karanganyar Kecamatan Paiton Kabupaten Probolinggomerupakan program untuk mewujudkan  kondisi aman, bersih, sehat, peduli, dan berbudaya lingkungan hidup, yang mampu menjamin pemenuhan hak dan perlindungan anak dari kekerasan, diskriminasi, dan perlakuan salah lainnya, selama anak berada di satuan pendidikan, serta mendukung partisipasi anak terutama dalam perencanaan, kebijakan, pembelajaran dan pengawasan. PKM ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan kurikulum sekolah ramah anak pada TK Az-Zainiyah II Paiton Probolinggo. Sekolah Ramah Anak bukanlah membangun sekolah baru, namun mengkondisikan sebuah sekolah menjadi nyaman bagi anak, serta memastikan sekolah memenuhi hak anak dan melindunginya, karena sekolah menjadi rumah kedua bagi anak, setelah rumahnya sendiri.     The Global Burden of Diseases, Injuries and Risk Factors 2017 includes a comprehensive assessment of incidence, prevalence, and years lived with disability (YLDs) for 354 causes in 195 countries and territories from 1990 to 2017. Previous GBD studies have shown how the decline of mortality rates from 1990 to 2016 has led to an increase in life expectancy, an ageing global population, and an expansion of the non-fatal burden of disease and injury. These studies have also shown how a substantial portion of the world's population experiences non-fatal health loss with considerable heterogeneity among different causes, locations, ages, and sexes. Ongoing objectives of the GBD study include increasing the level of estimation detail, improving analytical strategies, and increasing the amount of high-quality data. METHODS: We estimated incidence and prevalence for 354 diseases and injuries and 3484 sequelae. We used an updated and extensive body of literature studies, survey data, surveillance data, inpatient admission records, outpatient visit records, and health insurance claims, and additionally used results from cause of death models to inform estimates using a total of 68 781 data sources. Newly available clinical data from India, Iran, Japan, Jordan, Nepal, China, Brazil, Norway, and Italy were incorporated, as well as updated claims data from the USA and new claims data from Taiwan (province of China) and Singapore. We used DisMod-MR 2.1, a Bayesian meta-regression tool, as the main method of estimation, ensuring consistency between rates of incidence, prevalence, remission, and cause of death for each condition. YLDs were estimated as the product of a prevalence estimate and a disability weight for health states of each mutually exclusive sequela, adjusted for comorbidity. We updated the Socio-demographic Index (SDI), a summary development indicator of income per capita, years of schooling, and total fertility rate. Additionally, we calculated differences between male and female YLDs to identify divergent trends across sexes.
