    Strong Room-Temperature Photoluminescence of Si-rich and N-rich Silicon-Nitride Films

    Si-rich and N-rich silicon nitride films were deposited at low temperature 300 °C by using plasmaenhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD). The optical and structural properties of these films have been investigated by ellipsometry, Rutherford backscattering (RBS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Raman spectroscopy (RS) and photoluminescence (PL). The formation of silicon clusters in both Sirich and N-rich silicon nitride films after annealing at 900 °C and 1000 °C for hour in N2 ambient has been shown by TEM. Dependency of PL spectra on stoichiometry and post-annealing temperature was analyzed. The contribution of Si and N-related defects in emitting properties of Si-rich and N-rich SiNx has been discussed.     In this work we present Raman study of random copolymers of ethylene and propylene with a number of α-olefins, and investigation of the relationships between the spectral characteristics of the Raman lines and the copolymer structural properties. For both the copolymers we observed rapid decrease in the crystallinity and conformational order as the content of the incorporated monomer increases

    Charged-particle nuclear modification factors in PbPb and pPb collisions at √=sNN=5.02 TeV

    The spectra of charged particles produced within the pseudorapidity window |η| < 1 at √ sNN = 5.02 TeV are measured using 404 µb −1 of PbPb and 27.4 pb−1 of pp data collected by the CMS detector at the LHC in 2015. The spectra are presented over the transverse momentum ranges spanning 0.5 < pT < 400 GeV in pp and 0.7 < pT < 400 GeV in PbPb collisions. The corresponding nuclear modification factor, RAA, is measured in bins of collision centrality. The RAA in the 5% most central collisions shows a maximal suppression by a factor of 7–8 in the pT region of 6–9 GeV. This dip is followed by an increase, which continues up to the highest pT measured, and approaches unity in the vicinity of pT = 200 GeV. The RAA is compared to theoretical predictions and earlier experimental results at lower collision energies. The newly measured pp spectrum is combined with the pPb spectrum previously published by the CMS collaboration to construct the pPb nuclear modification factor, RpA, up to 120 GeV. For pT > 20 GeV, RpA exhibits weak momentum dependence and shows a moderate enhancement above unity

    According to data obtained at the pediatric toxicology department of Moscow during 2015–2016, 48 cases of poisoning with calcium channel blockers and 68 cases of poisoning with beta-adrenergic blockers were registered. The clinical picture of acute poisoning with antihypertensive drugs can have both cardiac (arterial hypotension, impaired conductivity in the heart, disturbances of systemic hemodynamics) and extracardiac symptoms (impairment of consciousness, impairment of vision, hypoglycemia, vomiting and nausea).In the work, we present a case history of a patient suffering from acute suicidal drug poisoning with verapamil and metaprolol.По данным детского токсикологического отделения г. Москвы в период 2015–2016 год было зарегистрировано 48 случаев отравлений блокаторами кальциевых каналов и 68 случаев отравлений β-адреноблокаторами. Вклинической картине острого отравления антигипертензивными препаратами могут наблюдаться как кардиальные (артериальная гипотензия, нарушения проводимости сердца, нарушения системной гемодинамики), так и экстракардиальные симптомы (нарушения сознания, нарушения зрения, гипогликемия, тошнота и рвота).В работе представлена история болезни пациентки с острым суицидальным медикаментозным отравлением верапамилом и метапрололом

The analysis of the li­terature data based on Scopus, Science Index, Google Scholar, PubMed databases accentuated primary immunodeficiencies associated with the joint damage. Arthritis in patients with primary immunodeficiencies can be septic or aseptic. Chronic autoimmune arthritis with the development of destructive changes in the joint in these patients is always a challenge for the physicians and causes difficulties in the diagnosis and treatment, requires a careful approach to treatment
