    How to develop professionally important soft-skills for IT-professionals by means of physical education?

    Information on features necessary for productive professional work is interesting for both scientists and employers. Single systematized contradictory data don’t allow to improve training programs, make effective training programs for IT-specialists for productive professional work. Goal – identify critical important, important and desirable professional qualities for IT-specialists, according to the data of literature determine the most important means of their effective development. Methods, participants, and organization. The study participants were 142 students who study at the university in the 3rd year and have experience in the specialty "information technology" for at least 2 years. Students evaluated soft-skills (on a 4-point system) by the degree of importance for the successful work of IT-professionals. The results were calculated in%, and the reliability of the discrepancies between neighbouring groups of indicators was determined using the χ2 criterion. Results. It has been determined that emotional intelligence is a crucial quality for IT professionals, as well as leading and desired skills. Whereas the leading skills are studying ability and strive for self-education and self-improvement; independent decision making and problem solving; establishing communication and team-working; creativity, attention to details, and adaptiveness. An adequate level of physical conditions and leadership are regarded as desirable. The level of importance of psychophysical parameters for IT professional’s work efficiency has been determined. It has been determined, that means of physical activities as mental fitness (hatha yoga, Bodyflex and Pilates), sports games (and other measures for promote agility) have worked well in the development of cognitive qualities of students. To form professionally important skills, IT-specialists have been recommended to use aids to promote agility and mental fitness, to reinforce the workload on physical education sessions, increase the number of academic classes on physical education up to 3 per week, or supplement academic activities with sports. In professional literature, there has been found no datum on the type of motor activity that encourages forming a number of leading professionally important qualities

    Military-applied sports are effective means of physical, moral and psychological training of servicemen for combat activities. A single universal program for training cadets by means of military pentathlon is not described in the special literature. The goal is to summarize the experience of building the training process in military all-around in military universities. 40 coaches of national teams in military pentathlon of 7 universities of Ukraine were surveyed. Results. Physical training of cadets by means of military pentathlon contributes to the formation of their professionalism - it improves applied skills, physical and functional readiness for combat operations. Sports result in military pentathlon to the greatest extent depends on the level of development of athletes' aerobic and speed-power endurance, as well as speed-power qualities. Most often, an obstacle course and throwing are combined in one workout. Regardless of the training period, most of the time is devoted to cross training. Conclusions. The opinions of the coaches on the key issues of building the training process differ significantly, which means that there is no single training methodology for military pentathletes in the universities of Ukraine. Research on the establishment of a scientifically grounded ratio of training volumes of military pentathletes is urgent.

    THE IMPACT OF SPORTS ACTIVITIES ON THE PSYCHO-EMOTIONAL STATE OF CADETS IN HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS DURING WARTIME

    Military personnel with developed psychophysical qualities have a higher likelihood of success in their profession. The development of psychophysical preparedness can help maintain efficiency and health in extreme conditions. Today, there is a need to improve the psychophysical training of security and defense sector personnel in Ukraine. Engaging in sports can be one of the possible ways to enhance the psychophysical preparedness of the personnel in the security and defense sector of Ukraine. However, differences in psychophysical indicators between cadet-athletes and cadets without sports experience in the conditions of full-scale war have not been determined. This complicates the process of forming recommendations for developing physical training programs for cadets. Research methods used include theoretical analysis and summarization of scientific-methodical literature and internet data, sociological surveys (questionnaires), and methods of mathematical statistics. Results have confirmed that sports activities have a positive impact on the psycho-emotional state of cadets: they shape a higher level of life satisfaction, personal stress resistance (without affecting situational anxiety); they increase the ability to control anger without affecting the ability to control emotions of depression and anxiety. Similar tendencies were observed for other psychophysical state indicators, which, however, did not statistically confirm, possibly explained by their heterogeneity. It can be recommended to engage in sports for the correction of the psychophysical state of cadets in higher education institutions during wartime conflicts

    THE INFLUENCE OF AGILITY INDICATORS ON FORMATION OF VOCATIONAL READINESS IN LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICERS

    The experience of warfare in Ukraine proves the importance of increasing the degree of psychophysical readiness in law enforcement officers. The aim - to determine the significance of the main components of physical readiness of law enforcement officers for productive work performing. Material and methods: Servicemen (n=368) of the National Guard of Ukraine were interviewed. Spearman's rank correlation analysis of indicators` interrelation was carried out. The opinions of experts and beginners reliably differed on a number of indicators. Coordination of movements was significantly correlated with relatively the largest number of indicators of physical readiness, as well as psychological performance of servicemen. It has been established that agility is related to concentration, endurance, span and switching of attention. Conclusions: For the successful professional growth of the students of educational institutions of the National Guard of Ukraine, it is necessary to develop their agility, and especially coordination of movements. It is associated with improving the speed and strength of the officers of the National Guard of Ukraine, as well as attention and logical thinking.

    Актуальність. Розвиток професійно необхідних морально-психологічних якостей особистості офіцерів Національної гвардії України (НГУ) є на часі. Мета дослідження – визначити інформативну значущість морально-психологічних якостей особистості військовослужбовців правоохоронців й основних компонентів фізичної підготовленості їх формування для ефективної підготовки фахівців у закладах вищої освіти Національної гвардії України до продуктивної роботи за фахом. Методи дослідження. Опитали військово­службовців (n=168) Національної гвардії України. Провели кореляційний аналіз Спірмена взаємозв’язків між показниками. Обчислили достовірність розбіжностей середніх значень двох вибірок залежно від строку служби. Результати дослідження. Для успішного виконання професійних обов’язків офіцерів НГУ найбільше зна­чен­ня має вмотивованість; також значущими вважають самоконтроль і здатність засвоювати нові знання й уміння. Думки курсантів НГУ про значущість морально-психологічних якостей особистості для успішного виконання ними професійних обов’язків достовірно відрізняються від думок представників старшого офіцерського складу за більшістю показників. П’ять морально-психологічних якостей особистості (здатність переносити тривалі різнопланові фізичні навантаження, спроможність засвоювати нові знання й уміння, уміння працювати в групі, уміння приймати необхідні рішення, самоконтроль) виказали п’ять і більше коефіцієнтів помірної й щільної кореляції з фізичними якостями. Найбільшу кількість коефіцієнтів щільної та помірної кореляції морально-психологічних якостей особистості спостерігали з показниками спритності – координованістю рухів, статичною й динамічною рівновагою. Висновки. Серед морально-психологічних якостей особистості молодші офіцери НГУ недооцінюють важливості розвитку в них низки показників. Насамперед піддаються формуванню засо­бами фізичної підготовки такі морально-психологічні якості особистості, як уміння працювати в групі, уміння приймати необхідні рішення, здатність переносити тривалі різнопланові фізичні навантаження, а також самоконтроль і здатність засвоювати нові знання й уміння. Підтвердили важливість високого рівня розвитку спритності (особливо координованості рухів, статичної та динамічної рівноваги) для успішного виконання офіцерами НГУ дій за призначенням

    Surface versus Bulk Currents and Ionic Space-Charge Effects in CsPbBr3 Single Crystals

    CsPbBr3 single crystals have potential for application in ionizing-radiation detection devices due to their optimal optoelectronic properties. Yet, their mixed ionic–electronic conductivity produces instability and hysteretic artifacts hindering the long-term device operation. Herein, we report an electrical characterization of CsPbBr3 single crystals operating up to the time scale of hours. Our fast time-of-flight measurements reveal bulk mobilities of 13–26 cm2 V–1 s–1 with a negative voltage bias dependency. By means of a guard ring (GR) configuration, we separate bulk and surface mobilities showing significant qualitative and quantitative transport differences. Our experiments of current transients and impedance spectroscopy indicate the formation of several regimes of space-charge-limited current (SCLC) associated with mechanisms similar to the Poole–Frenkel ionized-trap-assisted transport. We show that the ionic-SCLC seems to be an operational mode in this lead halide perovskite, despite the fact that experiments can be designed where the contribution of mobile ions to transport is negligible.Funding for open access charge: CRUE-Universitat Jaume

    Joint Observation of the Galactic Center with MAGIC and CTA-LST-1

    MAGIC is a system of two Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescopes (IACTs), designed to detect very-high-energy gamma rays, and is operating in stereoscopic mode since 2009 at the Observatorio del Roque de Los Muchachos in La Palma, Spain. In 2018, the prototype IACT of the Large-Sized Telescope (LST-1) for the Cherenkov Telescope Array, a next-generation ground-based gamma-ray observatory, was inaugurated at the same site, at a distance of approximately 100 meters from the MAGIC telescopes. Using joint observations between MAGIC and LST-1, we developed a dedicated analysis pipeline and established the threefold telescope system via software, achieving the highest sensitivity in the northern hemisphere. Based on this enhanced performance, MAGIC and LST-1 have been jointly and regularly observing the Galactic Center, a region of paramount importance and complexity for IACTs. In particular, the gamma-ray emission from the dynamical center of the Milky Way is under debate. Although previous measurements suggested that a supermassive black hole Sagittarius A* plays a primary role, its radiation mechanism remains unclear, mainly due to limited angular resolution and sensitivity. The enhanced sensitivity in our novel approach is thus expected to provide new insights into the question.     Risk portfolio on modern finance has become increasingly technical, requiring the use of sophisticated mathematical tools in both research and practice. Since companies cannot insure themselves completely against risk, as human incompetence in predicting the future precisely that written in Al-Quran surah Luqman verse 34, they have to manage it to yield an optimal portfolio. The objective here is to minimize the variance among all portfolios, or alternatively, to maximize expected return among all portfolios that has at least a certain expected return. Furthermore, this study focuses on optimizing risk portfolio so called Markowitz MVO (Mean-Variance Optimization). Some theoretical frameworks for analysis are arithmetic mean, geometric mean, variance, covariance, linear programming, and quadratic programming. Moreover, finding a minimum variance portfolio produces a convex quadratic programming, that is minimizing the objective function ðð¥with constraintsð ð 𥠥 ðandð´ð¥ = ð. The outcome of this research is the solution of optimal risk portofolio in some investments that could be finished smoothly using MATLAB R2007b software together with its graphic analysis

    Search for heavy resonances decaying to two Higgs bosons in final states containing four b quarks

    A search is presented for narrow heavy resonances X decaying into pairs of Higgs bosons (H) in proton-proton collisions collected by the CMS experiment at the LHC at root s = 8 TeV. The data correspond to an integrated luminosity of 19.7 fb(-1). The search considers HH resonances with masses between 1 and 3 TeV, having final states of two b quark pairs. Each Higgs boson is produced with large momentum, and the hadronization products of the pair of b quarks can usually be reconstructed as single large jets. The background from multijet and t (t) over bar events is significantly reduced by applying requirements related to the flavor of the jet, its mass, and its substructure. The signal would be identified as a peak on top of the dijet invariant mass spectrum of the remaining background events. No evidence is observed for such a signal. Upper limits obtained at 95 confidence level for the product of the production cross section and branching fraction sigma(gg -> X) B(X -> HH -> b (b) over barb (b) over bar) range from 10 to 1.5 fb for the mass of X from 1.15 to 2.0 TeV, significantly extending previous searches. For a warped extra dimension theory with amass scale Lambda(R) = 1 TeV, the data exclude radion scalar masses between 1.15 and 1.55 TeV
