Aplikasi Metode Analisis Swot Untuk Merumuskan Strategi Bersaing Pada PT Berkat Karya Lestari
Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam rangka merumuskan strategi bersaing pada PT Berkat Karya Lestari. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif serta pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Analisis situasi lingkungan internal menggunakan resource based view dan value chain analysis untuk menganalisis aktivitas primer Perusahaan. Analisis lingkungan eksternal menggunakan five forces Porter ditambah dengan dua aspek tambahan milik Daft. Setelah itu dilakukan analisis SWOT sebagai dasar merumuskan strategi bersaing pada PT Berkat Karya Lestari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang sesuai adalah strategi fokus dengan peningkatan pelayanan terutama kecepatan pelayanan kepada konsumen. PT Berkat Karya Lestari sebaiknya mengimplementasikan strategi fokus dengan memperbaiki kebijkan pembayaran kepada Perusahaan, sehingga Perusahaan dapat bersaing dengan baik di industry pendistribusian obat-obatan herbal
Abundance and Distribution of Enteric Bacteria and Viruses in Coastal and Estuarine Sediments—a Review
The long term survival of fecal indicator organisms (FIOs) and human pathogenic microorganisms in sediments is important from a water quality, human health and ecological perspective. Typically, both bacteria and viruses strongly associate with particulate matter present in freshwater, estuarine and marine environments. This association tends to be stronger in finer textured sediments and is strongly influenced by the type and quantity of clay minerals and organic matter present. Binding to particle surfaces promotes the persistence of bacteria in the environment by offering physical and chemical protection from biotic and abiotic stresses. How bacterial and viral viability and pathogenicity is influenced by surface attachment requires further study. Typically, long-term association with surfaces including sediments induces bacteria to enter a viable-but-non-culturable (VBNC) state. Inherent methodological challenges of quantifying VBNC bacteria may lead to the frequent under-reporting of their abundance in sediments. The implications of this in a quantitative risk assessment context remain unclear. Similarly, sediments can harbor significant amounts of enteric viruses, however, the factors regulating their persistence remains poorly understood. Quantification of viruses in sediment remains problematic due to our poor ability to recover intact viral particles from sediment surfaces (typically <10%), our inability to distinguish between infective and damaged (non-infective) viral particles, aggregation of viral particles, and inhibition during qPCR. This suggests that the true viral titre in sediments may be being vastly underestimated. In turn, this is limiting our ability to understand the fate and transport of viruses in sediments. Model systems (e.g., human cell culture) are also lacking for some key viruses, preventing our ability to evaluate the infectivity of viruses recovered from sediments (e.g., norovirus). The release of particle-bound bacteria and viruses into the water column during sediment resuspension also represents a risk to water quality. In conclusion, our poor process level understanding of viral/bacterial-sediment interactions combined with methodological challenges is limiting the accurate source apportionment and quantitative microbial risk assessment for pathogenic organisms associated with sediments in aquatic environments
PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP TURNOVER INTENTION DENGAN AFFECTIVE ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI DI PT XYZ
Leadership style is one of the most important things in managing a company's human resources. The right leadership style can affect affective organizational commitment which is one dimension of organizational commitment, employees who have high affective organizational commitment will reduce turnover intention. Therefore, the researcher feels it is important to examine the influence of leadership style on turnover intention with affective organizational commitment as a mediating variable, especially in the e-commerce industry in Indonesia.
This research was done in March 2018 to July 2018 with PT XYZ workers as people who responded. In this study, researchers used OLS regression Macro Process. Based on the calculations made by the researcher, there is an effect of transactional leadership style on affective organizational commitment, but transformational leadership style and laissez-faire doesn't affect on affective organizational commitment. All leadership styles don't have a direct influence and only transactional leadership style that has an significant indirect effect on turnover intention through mediating affective organizational commitment. Therefore, PT XYZ need to pay attention to use transactional leadership in order to build affective organizational commitment and reduce turnover intention in their company
The Influence of Service Quality and Price on User Satisfaction of Food Delivery Service Application In Palembang City
The purpose of this study is to see whether service quality and price affect customer satisfaction. The sampling method used non probability sampling, namely the purposive sampling method. the sample in this study were 110 respondents. Data was collected using an online questionnaire (google form) distributed via social media. Based on the findings of this study, service quality and price have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction of food delivery service applications in Palembang City.
 
Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Gaya Hidup Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Produk Fashion Pada Toko Online Shopee
ABSTRAK
Untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya hubungan antara gender dan gaya hidup terhadap pilihan membeli barang fashion di toko online shopee, maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hal tersebut. Baik data primer maupun data sekunder digunakan dalam proyek penelitian ini. Untuk keperluan penelitian ini, demografi minat terdiri dari individu-individu yang telah melakukan atau kemungkinan akan melakukan pembelian online dari pengecer online Shopee, yang secara khusus tertarik untuk membeli barang-barang fesyen. Untuk keperluan penyelidikan ini, total 107 sampel dikumpulkan. Berdasarkan temuan penelitian ini, merek tidak berperan dalam pilihan pembelian item fashion di toko online Shopee. Di sisi lain, variabel gaya hidup mempunyai peranan yang bermanfaat terhadap keputusan pembelian produk fashion di toko online Shopee.

ABSTRACT
To determine the extent to which customers' opinions of brands and their personal lifestyles impact their decisions to purchase apparel and accessories from Shopee, the goal of this study is to investigate the relationship between the two. For the purpose of this investigation, both primary and secondary sources of information were used. Customers who shop online, especially those who have an interest in fashion and who have either created their own shopee online businesses or shop there often, are the target audience for this study. 107 samples were used for the purpose of this inquiry. According to the results of this research, consumers' views of brands do not influence their decisions on whether or not to purchase fashion goods from Shopee's online stores. However, the elements that influence consumers' lifestyles do influence the fashion products that they choose to purchase.

The purpose of this study is to find out the influence of online customer reviews and online customer ratings on purchasing decisions. The target of this study is Indonesian people who have shopped using Tokopedia. The method to be used in this study is a survey method by distributing questionnaires online as a data collection tool. The sample to be used in this study is 100 respondents randomly selected from Indonesian people who have shopped at Tokopedia. The collected data will be analyzed using linear regression methods to test the hypotheses that have been formulated
UTILIZATION OF ALMOND PULP AS THE MAIN INGREDIENT FOR MAKING COOKIES
Tourism is an industry that has undergone several changes throughout its history. Tourism is considered an enduring industry due to its ability to adapt to many transformations. Cookies are a type of snack that people like, namely cakes. Cookies made from flour usually consist of wheat flour, powdered sugar, chicken eggs, vanilla, margarine, cornstarch, baking powder and instant milk powder. Like other pastries, the texture of these cookies are crunchy and do not crumble easily. The aim of the research is to find out whether almond pulp can be processed into cookies. This type of research is product development with organoleptic testing. Testing was carried out on 3 limited panelists and 51 consumer panelists. Things will be tested using the five human senses with criteria regarding the taste, aroma, color, texture and appearance of the product. The results showed that almond pulp was acceptable in terms of color, aroma, texture and appearance. The implication of this research is that it effectively explains the manufacture of cookies with all tests providing a positive impact on cookie products. It can be concluded that almond pulp is acceptable in terms of color, aroma, texture and appearance
PELATIHAN AMPAS ALMOND SEBAGAI BAHAN UTAMA PEMBUATAN COOKIES
Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan upaya yang dilakukan dengan tujuan membantu masyarakat dalam melakukan aktivitas atau kegiatan tertentu. Salah satu bentuk pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan adalah melalui penyelenggaraan lokakarya, seperti yang dilakukan dalam kasus ini di Desa Curug Wetan, yang mengajarkan masyarakat cara membuat kue dari ampas almond. Tujuan utama dari kegiatan ini adalah memberikan edukasi dan inovasi kepada masyarakat, serta membuka peluang masa depan yang lebih baik. Lokakarya ini diharapkan dapat memberikan ide dan motivasi bagi masyarakat setempat, serta mendorong pengembangan usaha melalui penerapan keterampilan yang dipelajari. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menunjukkan beberapa hal positif. Pertama, peserta merasakan bahwa proses pembuatan biskuit yang diajarkan dalam pelatihan mudah untuk dikuasai, menunjukkan penerimaan yang baik terhadap materi pelatihan. Kedua, peserta tertarik dengan fitur dan proses produksi menu, menunjukkan minat yang tinggi terhadap materi yang diajarkan. Ketiga, peserta menemukan hal-hal baru dalam pelatihan yang diterima, menunjukkan manfaat nyata dari proses pelatihan yang dilaksanakan oleh tim pelaksana. Keempat, materi yang diajarkan dianggap menarik dan mudah untuk dikreasikan oleh peserta, menunjukkan potensi penerapan keterampilan yang dipelajari dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Namun, untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di masa depan, beberapa saran dan rekomendasi perlu dipertimbangkan. Salah satunya adalah pentingnya koordinasi yang komprehensif dengan manajemen, agar kegiatan dapat berjalan dengan lebih lancar dan efisien. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dapat memberikan manfaat yang lebih besar bagi masyarakat yang dilayani
