Senjata api merupakan alat penting untuk mendukung berbagai operasi militer. Namun, suara keras dan residu kotor yang dihasilkan senjata api tradisional dapat menghambat efektivitas personel militer. Senjata modern alternatif, coilgun, salah satu solusi terhadap kelemahan ini. Senjata inovatif ini menggunakan energi listrik dan elektromagnet untuk mendorong proyektil tanpa mengeluarkan suara. Keunggulannya dalam hal pengurangan suara, efektivitas biaya, dan kebersihan menjadikannya ideal untuk operasi tempur perkotaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan simulasi Ansys Maxwell dan eksperimen. Penelitian menunjukkan medan magnet kumparan ditemukan berpusat pada titik tengah induktor kumparan, dengan efektivitas 5-20%.. Selain itu, kapasitas kapasitor berpengaruh langsung terhadap gaya kinetik yang dihasilkan oleh coilgun. Panjang induktor yang lebih pendek dengan belitan yang lebih banyak juga menghasilkan energi kinetik yang jauh lebih besar untuk coilgun. Hal ini menjanjikan kemajuan menarik dalam pengembangan teknologi militer inovatif

Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Law Office Priska Siregar dan Partners di Kabupaten Bekasi

ABSTRAKLaw Office Priska Siregar & Partners merupakan kantor hukum yang bergerak di bidang jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di kantor tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 36 responden yang merupakan karyawan Law Office Priska Siregar & Partners. Model penelitian di uji menggunakan software SPSS versi 29. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator dan variabel dalam penelitian ini valid dan reliabel. Uji asumsi klasik mengindikasikan bahwa data memenuhi asumsi normalitas, tidak terdapat multikolinearitas, serta tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas. Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Uji F menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan demikian motivasi kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci: Motivasi Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Dan Kinerja Karyawan ABSTRACTLaw Office Priska Siregar & Partners is a law office engaged in services. This study aims to examine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance in the office. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis. The variables studied include work motivation, work environment, and employee performance. Data was collected through distributing questionnaires to 36 respondents who are employees of Priska Siregar & Partners Law Office. The results of the validity and reliability tests show that all indicators and variables in this study are valid and reliable. The classical assumption test indicates that the data meets the assumptions of normality, no multicollinearity, and no heteroscedasticity. The results of hypothesis testing show that work motivation affects employee performance, the work environment affects employee performance. The F test shows that both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, thus work motivation and work environment affect employee performance.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, and Employee Performanc

Desain Dan Analisis Kekuatan Chasssis Pada Rancang Bangun Prototipe Mobil Listrik BLDC 1000 Watt Dengan Konsep Shuttle Golf Menggunakan Software Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018

Chassis merupakan salah satu bagian penting pada mobil yang harus mempunyai kontruksi kuat untuk menahan atau memikul beban kendaraan. Semua beban dalam kendaraan baik itu penumpang, mesin, sistem kemudi, dan segala peralatan kenyamanan semuanya diletakan di atas rangka. Merancang sebuah chassis juga perlu dilakukan analisis untuk mengetahui kekuatan pada desain chassis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan desain chassis, mengetahuibhasil analisis kekuatan, dan mengetahui keamanan ladder frame chassis dalam menopang beban pada kendaraan Prototype Mobil Listrik BLDC 1000 Watt dengan Konsep Shuttle Golf menggunakan software Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018. Metode yang digunakan adalah simulasi menggunakan software Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018. Mendesain chassis dimulai dari studi literatur, melakukan permodelan rangka dan penyesuaian dimensi. Desain chassis dianalisis dengan memberikan pembebanan statis yang dilakukan dengan langkah penentuan jenis material, constraints, contacts, beban, mesh, dan melakukan run untuk mengetahui hasil stress analysis, kemudian dilakukan validasi apakah chassis dinyatakan aman. Pada penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan software Autodesk Inventor Professional 2018 menunjukkan bahwa desain chassis yang dibuat berjenis ladder frame yang dinilai kuat serta dapat digunakan untuk kendaraan umum di area kampus. Chassis menggunakan material baja ISO 10799. Nilai von Mises stress pada material baja steel mild ISO 10799 adalah sebesar 29,48 MPa pada default mesh. Nilai displacement pada material baja steel mild ISO 10799 adalah sebesar 0,03224 mm pada default mesh. Nilai safety factor pada material baja steel mild ISO Chassis 10799 adalah sebesar 7,02 pada default mesh. Desain chassis yang dibuat aman dengan pertimbangan bahwa material baja baja ISO 10799 mudah dicari di pasaran serta memiliki bobot yang ringan tetapi kuat. dinyatakan aman karena erorr dari hitungan safety factor antara software dan perhitungan manual tidak berselisih lebih dari 5%

Pentingnya Vitamin D untuk Mencegah Beberapa Penyakit

Vitamin D plays a crucial role in calcium and phosphorus metabolism, bone health, and immune system function. Deficiency of vitamin D in adolescents increases the risk of impaired bone growth and various chronic diseases. This community service activity aimed to enhance the understanding of 11th-grade students at SMK N 31 Jakarta regarding the importance of vitamin D in disease prevention. The method involved an interactive educational session using PowerPoint presentations, accompanied by pre-test and post-test assessments to evaluate knowledge improvement. The results showed an increase in the average post-test score to 88.07%, compared to 86.16% in the pre-test, indicating a positive improvement in students' understanding. The program effectively raised students’ awareness of the importance of vitamin D intake through sun exposure and a nutritious diet. It also demonstrated the effectiveness of interactive health education in increasing adolescents health knowledge

IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN INFRASTRUKTUR PENANGGULANGAN BANJIR DI JALAN SIMO HILIR KECAMATAN SUKOMANUNGGAL

Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi kebijakan infrastruktur penanggulangan banjir di Jalan Simo Hilir, Surabaya, yang sering dilanda luapan air akibat curah hujan tinggi dan kegagalan fungsi bozem. Permasalahan ini secara signifikan menghambat mobilitas dan aktivitas ekonomi masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan kebijakan tersebut serta mengidentifikasi kendala dan strategi peningkatannya. Dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan pendekatan teori implementasi George C. Edward III (komunikasi, sumber daya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi), data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan terkait. Hasil menunjukkan implementasi kebijakan secara umum berjalan efektif, didukung oleh koordinasi yang solid, kesiapsiagaan sumber daya manusia, dan komitmen pimpinan. Namun, terdapat beberapa faktor penghambat, yaitu rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam membuang sampah, kurangnya ketelitian perhitungan teknis konstruksi, dan respons sosial yang kurang bijak pasca-banjir. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan upaya berkelanjutan yang tidak hanya berfokus pada evaluasi pemerintah, tetapi juga pada peningkatan kesadaran publik dan presisi perencanaan teknis untuk mengoptimalkan mitigasi banjir di masa mendatang

Moderasi Sustainable Governance atas Pengaruh Governance Risk Management and Compliance, Enterprise Resource Planning, Growth Opportunity Terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan

Enterprise Resource Planning Business opportunities in the modern era are rapidly evolving, with significant growth in Indonesia’s business sector. In this context, strong company performance is a crucial consideration. Sustainable Governance represents the continuity of corporate objectives, aiming to meet the expectations of both investors and stakeholders. This study aims to examine and analyze the moderating role of Sustainable Governance in the relationship between Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Growth Opportunity on Company Performance (a study of financial sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019–2024). This research is quantitative in nature. Samples were selected using purposive sampling based on predefined criteria. The methods used include descriptive statistical analysis, Chow test, Hausman test, and multiple Lagrange multiplier tests to determine the appropriate model. Further analyses involved classical assumption testing, panel data regression, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The study utilized 110 secondary data entries and was conducted using E-Views 12 software. The results indicate that the selected model is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Simultaneous hypothesis testing shows that Sustainable Governance, GRC, ERP, and Growth Opportunity collectively influence company performance. The t-test results reveal that GRC does not have a significant effect on company performance, while ERP has a significant positive effect. In contrast, Growth Opportunity does not significantly affect company performance. Moderation test results show that Sustainable Governance strengthens the relationship between GRC and company performance, while it weakens the relationship between ERP and company value

Penelitian ini membahas penerapan unsur tindak pidana judi online pada Selebgram yang mempromosikan situs judi online di media sosial Instagram dalam hukum pidana di Indonesia dan dampak dari putusan Pengadilan Negeri pada kasus Selebgram yang mempromosikan judi online (Studi Kasus Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Nomor 56/Pid.Sus/2023/PN. Bkt). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan (statute approach). Data yang digunakan terdiri dari bahan hukum primer berupa peraturan perundang-undangan, putusan pengadilan, dan dokumen resmi, serta bahan hukum sekunder seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan pendapat ahli. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi kepustakaan dan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa promosi judi online oleh Selebgram termasuk dalam tindak pidana sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 45 ayat (2) jo Pasal 27 ayat (2) Undang-Undang Nomor 19 Tahun 2016 tentang Informasi dan Transaksi Elektronik. Dalam kasus Mega Shinta Lukman, Selebgram terbukti secara sah dan meyakinkan melakukan promosi situs judi online ROBOSLOT melalui akun Instagram, dengan imbalan finansial yang diterimanya. Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Bukittinggi Nomor 56/Pid.Sus/2023/PN. Bkt menjatuhkan pidana penjara selama 10 bulan dan denda Rp 100.000.000,00. Strategi Pengawasan Bawaslu Dalam Pemilu 2024

Elections have become the biggest event every 5 years and are a manifestation of the implementation of the 4th precepts of the Pancasila and the 1945 Constitution, whereby every citizen has the right to vote in the democratic arena every 5 years and implementing organizations are required to oversee these activities. According to (Christian, 2020) organizational strategy refers to the goals to be achieved, a conducive work environment, and actions to deal with existing problems. Bawaslu as a supervisory organization must oversee the course of the upcoming election, in the previous election there was still fraud that occurred in several polling stations in Indonesia such as; ballot papers that have been punched and voted for by minors, so there needs to be an effort or action from the election supervisors to overcome this and in its implementation it is expected to involve the participation of the community in election supervision. Bawaslu conducts outreach to the public, especially inviting the public to actively participate as participatory supervisors, the participatory task is to properly monitor the 2024 election, if there is fraud, report it immediately to the officer. It can be concluded that the synergy between Bawaslu employees in the formulation and socialization of the 2024 election strategy is proceeding as it should. Bawaslu will take firm action against prospective leaders who are found to have committed election fraud or bribed the public to vote for themselves in accordance with statutory procedures and regulations. run for re-election in the next election
