La Administración: El talento humano en relación a la formación científico tecnológica
ABSTRACT
The essay is about the relationship between human talent and technological scientific formation. It´s consider that psychological processes are important for learning, experience and observation. These three elements contribute to the development of skills for the scientific formation. It’s feedback the human talent. All the elements are considers the Human Capital concept for the administration science. The Human Capital is valorized intangible asset. In the second part of the article the human capital is valued in the enterprise management system. It´s analyzed the technological for the increase the human capital. At the end of the written, It´s considered that it isn´t enough relation between human talent and technological scientific formation that the new technology requires in Administrative Sciences Faculty of the Central University. El escrito científico fundamenta la relación entre el talento humano y la formación científica tecnológica. Considera que los procesos psicológicos son el motor para el aprendizaje, la experiencia y la observación. Estos tres elementos contribuyen al desarrollo de las competencias que tributan a la formación científica. A su vez la formación científica retroalimenta el talento humano y los procesos descritos para conformar un ente. Para el caso de las ciencias administrativas suele considerarse ese ente como capital humano de valor intangible. En la segunda parte del artículo se valora el capital humano dentro del sistema empresarial y su gestión a partir de las tecnologías. Al final del escrito se sustenta lo siguiente: El talento humano y la formación científico-tecnológica en la Universidad Central del Ecuador, especialidad de Contabilidad no están imbricados en la magnitud que exige el desarrollo tecnológico. Se valida el "statement" a través de sesenta entrevistas semi estructuradas sobre la temática y la experiencia de los autores.
On the commuting charges for the highest dimension SU(2) operators in planar SYM
We consider the highest anomalous dimension operator in the SU(2) sector of
planar SYM at all-loop, though neglecting wrapping contributions.
In any case, the latter enter the loop expansion only after a precise
length-depending order. In the thermodynamic limit we write both a linear
integral equation for the Bethe root density and a linear system obeyed by the
commuting charges. Consequently, we determine the leading strong coupling
contribution to the density and from this an approximation to the leading and
sub-leading terms of any charge : it scales as , which
generalises the Gubser-Klebanov-Polyakov energy law. In the end, we briefly
extend these considerations to finite lengths and 'excited' operators by using

Fumarate Hydratase Loss Causes Combined Respiratory Chain Defects.
Fumarate hydratase (FH) is an enzyme of the tricarboxylic acid (TCA) cycle mutated in hereditary and sporadic cancers. Despite recent advances in understanding its role in tumorigenesis, the effects of FH loss on mitochondrial metabolism are still unclear. Here, we used mouse and human cell lines to assess mitochondrial function of FH-deficient cells. We found that human and mouse FH-deficient cells exhibit decreased respiration, accompanied by a varying degree of dysfunction of respiratory chain (RC) complex I and II. Moreover, we show that fumarate induces succination of key components of the iron-sulfur cluster biogenesis family of proteins, leading to defects in the biogenesis of iron-sulfur clusters that affect complex I function. We also demonstrate that suppression of complex II activity is caused by product inhibition due to fumarate accumulation. Overall, our work provides evidence that the loss of a single TCA cycle enzyme is sufficient to cause combined RC activity dysfunction
Prototyping of petalets for the Phase-II Upgrade of the silicon strip tracking detector of the ATLAS Experiment
In the high luminosity era of the Large Hadron Collider, the HL-LHC, the
instantaneous luminosity is expected to reach unprecedented values, resulting
in about 200 proton-proton interactions in a typical bunch crossing. To cope
with the resultant increase in occupancy, bandwidth and radiation damage, the
ATLAS Inner Detector will be replaced by an all-silicon system, the Inner
Tracker (ITk). The ITk consists of a silicon pixel and a strip detector and
exploits the concept of modularity. Prototyping and testing of various strip
detector components has been carried out. This paper presents the developments
and results obtained with reduced-size structures equivalent to those foreseen
to be used in the forward region of the silicon strip detector. Referred to as
petalets, these structures are built around a composite sandwich with embedded
cooling pipes and electrical tapes for routing the signals and power. Detector
modules built using electronic flex boards and silicon strip sensors are glued
on both the front and back side surfaces of the carbon structure. Details are
given on the assembly, testing and evaluation of several petalets. Measurement
results of both mechanical and electrical quantities are shown. Moreover, an

Mesons in marginally deformed AdS/CFT
We study the embedding of spacetime filling D7-branes in beta-deformed
backgrounds which, according to the AdS/CFT dictionary, corresponds to
flavoring beta-deformed N=4 super Yang-Mills. We consider supersymmetric and
more general non-supersymmetric three parameter deformations. The equations of
motion for quadratic fluctuations of a probe D7-brane wrapped on a deformed
three-sphere exhibit a non-trivial coupling between scalar and vector modes
induced by the deformation. Nevertheless, we manage to solve them analytically
and find that the mesonic mass spectrum is discrete, with a mass gap and a
Zeeman-like splitting occurs. Finally we propose the action for the dual field
theory as obtained by star-product deformation of super Yang-Mills with

Spectrally and Radiometrically Stable, Wideband, Onboard Calibration Source
The Onboard Calibration (OBC) source incorporates a medical/scientific-grade halogen source with a precisely designed fiber coupling system, and a fiber-based intensity-monitoring feedback loop that results in radiometric and spectral stabilities to within less than 0.3 percent over a 15-hour period. The airborne imaging spectrometer systems developed at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory incorporate OBC sources to provide auxiliary in-use system calibration data. The use of the OBC source will provide a significant increase in the quantitative accuracy, reliability, and resulting utility of the spectral data collected from current and future imaging spectrometer instruments
Polygenic Parkinson's Disease Genetic Risk Score as Risk Modifier of Parkinsonism in Gaucher Disease
Background: Biallelic pathogenic variants in GBA1 are the cause of Gaucher disease (GD) type 1 (GD1), a lysosomal storage disorder resulting from deficient glucocerebrosidase. Heterozygous GBA1 variants are also a common genetic risk factor for Parkinson's disease (PD). GD manifests with considerable clinical heterogeneity and is also associated with an increased risk for PD. Objective: The objective of this study was to investigate the contribution of PD risk variants to risk for PD in patients with GD1. Methods: We studied 225 patients with GD1, including 199 without PD and 26 with PD. All cases were genotyped, and the genetic data were imputed using common pipelines. Results: On average, patients with GD1 with PD have a significantly higher PD genetic risk score than those without PD (P = 0.021). Conclusions: Our results indicate that variants included in the PD genetic risk score were more frequent in patients with GD1 who developed PD, suggesting that common risk variants may affect underlying biological pathways. © 2023 The Authors. Search for composite and exotic fermions at LEP 2
A search for unstable heavy fermions with the DELPHI detector at LEP is
reported. Sequential and non-canonical leptons, as well as excited leptons and
quarks, are considered. The data analysed correspond to an integrated
luminosity of about 48 pb^{-1} at an e^+e^- centre-of-mass energy of 183 GeV
and about 20 pb^{-1} equally shared between the centre-of-mass energies of 172
GeV and 161 GeV. The search for pair-produced new leptons establishes 95%
confidence level mass limits in the region between 70 GeV/c^2 and 90 GeV/c^2,
depending on the channel. The search for singly produced excited leptons and
quarks establishes upper limits on the ratio of the coupling of the excited
fermio
Charge separation relative to the reaction plane in Pb-Pb collisions at TeV
Measurements of charge dependent azimuthal correlations with the ALICE
detector at the LHC are reported for Pb-Pb collisions at TeV. Two- and three-particle charge-dependent azimuthal correlations in
the pseudo-rapidity range are presented as a function of the
collision centrality, particle separation in pseudo-rapidity, and transverse
momentum. A clear signal compatible with a charge-dependent separation relative
to the reaction plane is observed, which shows little or no collision energy
dependence when compared to measurements at RHIC energies. This provides a new
insight for understanding the nature of the charge dependent azimuthal

Search for charginos in e+e- interactions at sqrt(s) = 189 GeV
An update of the searches for charginos and gravitinos is presented, based on
a data sample corresponding to the 158 pb^{-1} recorded by the DELPHI detector
in 1998, at a centre-of-mass energy of 189 GeV. No evidence for a signal was
found. The lower mass limits are 4-5 GeV/c^2 higher than those obtained at a
centre-of-mass energy of 183 GeV. The (\mu,M_2) MSSM domain excluded by
combining the chargino searches with neutralino searches at the Z resonance
implies a limit on the mass of the lightest neutralino which, for a heavy
sneutrino, is constrained to be above 31.0 GeV/c^2 for tan(beta) \geq 1.Comment: 22 pages, 8 figure
