    Dada la coyuntura actual del COVID-19, en el Perú se ha puesto en evidencia que la falta de un sistema de salud integrado e interoperable y ha repercutido en la gestión del manejo de esta pandemia. El sistema de salud, tanto público como privado se encuentra fraccionado y cada componente, como EsSalud, MINSA o privados; aislados de los demás. Así, hemos visto que el comando Covid, liderado por los ministros de salud, ha tenido que hacer esfuerzos para tratar de recopilar y consolidar la información de todos los centros médicos y de sus pacientes en todo el país. A la capacidad de los sistemas de poder intercambiar información entre sí se le denomina interoperabilidad; y cuando un sistema tiene características de interoperabilidad es más fácil su integración con otros sistemas de información. Es por esta razón que en el presente proyecto se presenta un sistema de salud hospitalario (HIS, por sus siglas en inglés), usando el protocolo estándar HL7 y desarrollado en una plataforma web. Este sistema, una vez desplegado en distintos centros de salud, permitirá el intercambio y recopilación de información entre todos los centros de la red de salud y también estará preparado para interoperar e integrarse más fácilmente con sistemas de salud de otras entidades. Usando este protocolo, pueden ser acoplados nuevos sistemas al paquete de manera que es completamente interoperable y escalable. El HIS tiene como objetivo gestionar la información administrativa de un centro de salud en lo que respecta a finanzas, recursos humanos (personal y pacientes), instalaciones, citas, recursos, activos y el proceso de hospitalización de un paciente. En conjunto con otros sistemas, como la Historia Clínica Electrónica, Sistema de Farmacia, Laboratorio, Radiología y otros, el HIS permite gestionar toda la información de salud y administrativa de un centro médico y sus pacientes. Para ello, nuestra tesis “Implementar un Sistema de Información Hospitalario (HIS) interoperable basado en estándares HL7 para un Centro Médico de categoría II-1 o superior” tiene por objetivos específicos diseñar la arquitectura de este sistema HIS, implementar los servicios web necesarios, desarrollar la aplicación web, diseñar e implementar el módulo de seguridad e identificar y evaluar sus principios de usabilidad. Por lo mencionado anteriormente, el presente trabajo adquiere suma relevancia debido a la coyuntura del COVID-19 y esperamos sea considerado para trabajos futuros que busquen mejorar el colapsado sistema sanitario del país mediante sistemas de información modernos e interoperables

    Elliptic flow of muons from heavy-flavour hadron decays at forward rapidity in Pb-Pb collisions at root s(NN)=2.76TeV

    The elliptic flow, v(2), of muons from heavy-flavour hadron decays at forward rapidity (2.5 <y <4) is measured in Pb-Pb collisions at root s(NN)= 2.76TeVwith the ALICE detector at the LHC. The scalar product, two- and four-particle Q cumulants and Lee-Yang zeros methods are used. The dependence of the v(2) of muons from heavy-flavour hadron decays on the collision centrality, in the range 0-40%, and on transverse momentum, p(T), is studied in the interval 3 <p(T)<10 GeV/c. A positive v(2) is observed with the scalar product and two-particle Q cumulants in semi-central collisions (10-20% and 20-40% centrality classes) for the p(T) interval from 3 to about 5GeV/c with a significance larger than 3 sigma, based on the combination of statistical and systematic uncertainties. The v(2) magnitude tends to decrease towards more central collisions and with increasing pT. It becomes compatible with zero in the interval 6 <p(T)<10 GeV/c. The results are compared to models describing the interaction of heavy quarks and open heavy-flavour hadrons with the high-density medium formed in high-energy heavy-ion collisions.     Measurement of charged jet production cross sections and nuclear modification in p-Pb collisions at root s(NN)=5.02 TeV

    Charged jet production cross sections in p-Pb collisions at root s(NN) = 5.02 TeV measured with the ALICE detector at the LHC are presented. Using the anti-k(T) algorithm, jets have been reconstructed in the central rapidity region from charged particles with resolution parameters R = 0.2 and R = 0.4. The reconstructed jets have been corrected for detector effects and the underlying event background. To calculate the nuclear modification factor, R-pPb, of charged jets in p-Pb collisions, a pp reference was constructed by scaling previously measured charged jet spectra at root s = 7 TeV.     The production cross section of electrons from semileptonic decays of beauty hadrons was measured at mid-rapidity (|y| &lt; 0.8) in the transverse momentum range 1 &lt; pt &lt; 8 Gev/c with the ALICE experiment at the CERN LHC in pp collisions at a center of mass energy sqrt{s} = 7 TeV using an integrated luminosity of 2.2 nb^{-1}. Electrons from beauty hadron decays were selected based on the displacement of the decay vertex from the collision vertex. A perturbative QCD calculation agrees with the measurement within uncertainties. The data were extrapolated to the full phase space to determine the total cross section for the production of beauty quark-antiquark pairs

    We report on the measurement of freeze-out radii for pairs of identical-charge pions measured in Pb-Pb collisions at √sNN = 2.76 TeV as a function of collision centrality and the average transverse momentum of the pair kT. Three-dimensional sizes of the system (femtoscopic radii), as well as direction-averaged onedimensional radii are extracted. The radii decrease with kT, following a power-law behavior. This is qualitatively consistent with expectations from a collectively expanding system, produced in hydrodynamic calculations. The radii also scale linearly with _dNch/dη_1/3. This behavior is compared to world data on femtoscopic radii in heavy-ion collisions. While the dependence is qualitatively similar to results at smaller √sNN, a decrease in the ratio Rout/Rside is seen, which is in qualitative agreement with a specific prediction from hydrodynamic models: a change from inside-out to outside-in freeze-out configuration. The results provide further evidence for the production of a collective, strongly coupled system in heavy-ion collisions at the CERN Large Hadron Collider

    Production of inclusive ϒ(1S) and ϒ(2S) in p–Pb collisions at sNN=5.02\sqrt{s_{\rm NN}} = 5.02 TeV

    We report on the production of inclusive ϒ (1S) and ϒ (2S) in p–Pb collisions at sNN=5.02 TeV at the LHC. The measurement is performed with the ALICE detector at backward ( −4.46<ycms<−2.96 ) and forward ( 2.03<ycms<3.53 ) rapidity down to zero transverse momentum. The production cross sections of the ϒ (1S) and ϒ (2S) are presented, as well as the nuclear modification factor and the ratio of the forward to backward yields of ϒ (1S). A suppression of the inclusive ϒ (1S) yield in p–Pb collisions with respect to the yield from pp collisions scaled by the number of binary nucleon–nucleon collisions is observed at forward rapidity but not at backward rapidity. The results are compared to theoretical model calculations including nuclear shadowing or partonic energy loss effects
