Diseño y gestión de estrategias para una eficaz comunicación entre el servicio de Atención Pre Hospitalaria de la Dirección General de Bomberos con los Hospitales destinos del MINSA, en el manejo de pacientes con emergencias obstétricas en Managua. Fase II

El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo contribuir a la disminución de las muertes maternas y neonatales, así como disminuir el tiempo de estancia intrahospitalaria de las pacientes con emergencias obstétricas en la ciudad capital, Managua. En el 2019, Managua se ubicó en el 5to lugar de muertes maternas a nivel nacional. Entre los múltiples factores que influyen en la mortalidad materna en Managua, identificamos que uno de ellos es la deficiente comunicación entre el servicio de atención pre hospitalaria de la Dirección General de Bomberos y los hospitales destino del Ministerio de Salud, esto debido a la ausencia de protocolos y procedimientos interinstitucionales que regulen la articulación de los dos servicios, a la falta de conocimientos estandarizados en el personal de atención pre hospitalaria y a la falta de equipos tecnológicos que permitan la comunicación entre la atención pre hospitalaria y los hospitales destino. El producto final del proyecto será brindar una eficaz atención a las pacientes con emergencias obstétricas en la ciudad capital, a través de una eficaz comunicación entre el servicio de atención pre hospitalaria de la Dirección General de Bomberos y los Hospitales destinos del MINSA, contribuyendo a disminuir en un 10% las muertes maternas en la ciudad de Managua. Biopharmaceutical profile of pranoprofen-loaded PLGA nanoparticles containing hydrogels for ocular administration

Two optimized pranoprofen-loaded poly-L-lactic-co glycolic acid (PLGA) nanoparticles (PF-F1NPs; PF- 39 F2NPs) have been developed and further dispersed into hydrogels for the production of semi-solid formu- 40 lations intended for ocular administration. The optimized PF-NP suspensions were dispersed in freshly 41 prepared carbomer hydrogels (HG_PF-F1NPs and HG_PF-F2NPs) or in hydrogels containing 1% azone 42 (HG_PF-F1NPs-Azone and HG_PF-F2NPs-Azone) in order to improve the ocular biopharmaceutical profile 43 of the selected non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), by prolonging the contact of the pranopro- 44 fen with the eye, increasing the drug retention in the organ and enhancing its anti-inflammatory and 45 analgesic efficiency. Carbomer 934 has been selected as gel-forming polymer. The hydrogel formulations 46 with or without azone showed a non-Newtonian behavior and adequate physicochemical properties for 47 ocular instillation. The release study of pranoprofen from the semi-solid formulations exhibited a sus- 48 tained release behavior. The results obtained from ex vivo corneal permeation and in vivo anti-inflamma- 49 tory efficacy studies suggest that the ocular application of the hydrogels containing azone was more 50 effective over the azone-free formulations in the treatment of edema on the ocular surface. No signs of 51 ocular irritancy have been detected for the produced hydrogels

Proyecto de implementación del protocolo de internet versión 6 en la empresa CLIG Gestiones Financieras

Con el agotamiento del direccionamiento IPv4 a nivel mundial y la limitación del crecimiento de las redes y nuevas tecnologías tales como IoT es necesario realizar la transición al protocolo IPv6. La no implementación del protocolo IPv6 implica la desconexión futura a los servicios de internet y a los servicios publicados por la empresa CLIG. La configuración del protocolo IPv6 se basa en hacer un inventario de todos los equipos que están conectados a la red, analizar su compatibilidad con el protocolo IPv6 y posteriormente asignarle como identificador único la dirección IPv6 para cada uno de los elementos conectados a la Red por medio de Internet, por lo anterior el desarrollo del proyecto está enfocado en aportar crecimiento de tráfico de datos al país y estar en el top número 5 de los países en Latinoamérica de adoptarlo.With the depletion of IPv4 addressing worldwide and the limitation of the growth of networks and new technologies such as IoT, it is necessary to make the transition to the IPv6 protocol. The nonimplementation of the IPv6 protocol implies the future disconnection of internet services and services published by the CLIG company. The configuration of the IPv6 protocol is based on making an inventory of all the computers that are connected to the network, analyzing their compatibility with the IPv6 protocol and later assigning it as a unique identifier the IPv6 address for each of the elements connected to the Network through Internet, therefore the development of the project is focused on bringing data traffic growth to the country and being in the top number 5 of the countries in Latin America to adopt it

Influencia de la oleorresina de Capsicum chinense en la vida útil de la carne de res empacada al vacío y almacenada en refrigeración

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of the application of Capsicum chinense oleoresin on bacterial growth in vacuum-packed and refrigerated beef. The oleoresin was extracted with ethanol and capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin were quantified by HPLC with a diode array detector. Two groups (G1 and G2) consisting of meat cuts (50 g) were evaluated: G1, application of 2.5 ml of oleoresin on the entire surface of each cut, and G2, control group. The meat cuts were vacuum packed and stored in refrigeration. Three samples from each group were withdrawn on days 0, 1, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 and 90 of storage for pH measurement and for the count of total mesophilic aerobes, total psychrotrophic aerobes, lactic acid bacteria and Brochothrix thermosphacta. The oleoresin yield was 12.53 ± 0.30%. The concentration of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin in the oleoresin was 1.39 and 0.54 mg/g, respectively. The pH in G1 remained at adequate levels for more days and bacterial counts were lower than in G2-control. Under the study conditions, the useful life for G1 was determined to be 70 days, while for G2 it was 56 days. It is concluded that Capsicum chinense oleoresin applied to vacuum-packed and refrigerated beef prolongs its shelf life.El objetivo del estudio fue evaluar el efecto de la aplicación de oleorresina de Capsicum chinense sobre el crecimiento bacteriano en carne de res empacada al vacío y refrigerada. La oleorresina se extrajo con etanol y la capsaicina y dihidrocapsaicina se cuantificaron mediante HPLC con detector de arreglo de diodos. Se constituyeron dos grupos (G1 y G2) que consistían en cortes de carne (50 g): G1 con aplicación de 2.5 ml de la oleorresina en toda la superficie de cada corte, y G2 grupo control. Los cortes de carne fueron empacados al vacío y se almacenaron en refrigeración. Se retiraron tres muestras de cada grupo los días 0, 1, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75 y 90 de almacenamiento para medición de pH y para el recuento de aerobios mesófilos totales, aerobios psicrótrofos totales, bacterias ácido-lácticas y Brochothrix thermosphacta. El rendimiento de oleorresina fue 12.53 ± 0.30%. La concentración de capsaicina y dihidrocapsaicina en la oleorresina fue de 1.39 y 0.54 mg/g, respectivamente. El pH en G1 se mantuvo en niveles adecuados por más días y los recuentos bacterianos fueron menores que en G2-control. Bajo las condiciones de estudio, se determinó que la vida útil para G1 fue de 70 días, mientras que para G2 fue de 56 días. Se concluye que la oleorresina de Capsicum chinense aplicada a carne de res empacada al vacío y refrigerada prolonga su vida útil

Efecto de los filtros morfológicos en los procesos de detección de objetos en movimiento

En los procesos de sustracción de fondo aplicado a la detección de objetos en movimiento, una de las etapas de mayor relevancia es la del filtrado por morfología, en donde se simplifica la imagen y se conservan la mayor parte de las características de forma de los objetos. Por ello, se realiza una comparativa entre las operaciones de dilatación, erosión, apertura, cierre y gradiente en imágenes de video con fondo estático, donde circulan personas en ambientes no controlados, con el objetivo de determinar su comportamiento en la detección y conteo de personas. El procesamiento de imagen se realiza en lenguaje Python y se utiliza el paquete especializado para visión por computadora OpenCV. Además, mediante Tkinter se desarrolló una interfaz gráfica de usuario con la que se ingresan los valores del tamaño y la forma del elemento estructural para el procesamiento. Al aplicar el filtrado morfológico por dilatación se obtuvo un acierto en las detecciones de 82.28 %, con la erosión el acierto fue de 81.86 %, mientras que, con las operaciones de apertura, cierre y gradiente el acierto fue de 83.69 %, 93.07 % y 87.69 % respectivamente

Además, se demuestra cómo confluyen para generar soluciones a la congestión judicial y maximizando la aplicación del principio de acceso a la justicia, como también la necesidad de transmutar e incorporar una herramienta indispensable que coadyuve al cumplimiento de los fines esenciales del Estado

Measurement of charm production at central rapidity in proton-proton collisions at s=2.76\sqrt{s} = 2.76 TeV

The $p_{\rm T}$-differential production cross sections of the prompt (B feed-down subtracted) charmed mesons D$^0$, D$^+$, and D$^{*+}$ in the rapidity range $|y|<0.5$, and for transverse momentum $1< p_{\rm T} <12$ GeV/$c$, were measured in proton-proton collisions at $\sqrt{s} = 2.76$ TeV with the ALICE detector at the Large Hadron Collider. The analysis exploited the hadronic decays D$^0 \rightarrow$K$\pi$, D$^+ \rightarrow$K$\pi\pi$, D$^{*+} \rightarrow$D$^0\pi$, and their charge conjugates, and was performed on a $L_{\rm int} = 1.1$ nb$^{-1}$ event sample collected in 2011 with a minimum-bias trigger. The total charm production cross section at $\sqrt{s} = 2.76$ TeV and at 7 TeV was evaluated by extrapolating to the full phase space the $p_{\rm T}$-differential production cross sections at $\sqrt{s} = 2.76$ TeV and our previous measurements at $\sqrt{s} = 7$ TeV. The results were compared to existing measurements and to perturbative-QCD calculations.
