Los censos en el conocimiento de la realidad multilingüe de la Amazonía peruana

Analiza las preguntas de los Censos de Comunidades Indígenas de la Amazonía Peruana y los criterios tradicionales que han sido utilizados para formularlas. Luego, se propone la necesidad de priorizar el criterio de autoadscripción o autorreconocimiento, porque reubica al poblador indígena amazónico y a su comunidad, sino como verdaderos sujetos y agentes de desarrollo y guardianes del rico patrimonio etnolingüístico y cultural que los caracteriza. Finalmente, tomando en cuenta este criterio, se elaboró un cuestionario a fin de conocer directamente información sociolingüística de los pobladores de la comunidad de Churingaveni, que presentamos y que consiste en dieciséis preguntas de carácter etnolingüístico, aplicadas a los integrantes de dicha comunidad asháninka, ubicada en provincia de Chanchamayo, Junín.Tesi

Establecimiento de la competencia jurisdiccional para el internamiento preventivo en la Ley de Salud Mental y vulneración de los DDHH, Perú 2022

El objetivo de la presente investigación es establecer si el internamiento preventivo dentro de la Ley de Salud Mental N°30947, afectan derechos humanos de los pacientes que también tienen la condición de procesados. En la metodología se ha utilizado la técnica de entrevista, utilizando el instrumento, Guía de entrevista a especialistas en salud mental, así como, abogados (constitucionalistas, especialistas en derechos humanos, penalistas, especialistas judiciales). Ello para ratificar lo postulado como hipótesis de la investigación. Los resultados confirman la condición de indefensión en la que se encuentran las personas que sufren de algún trastorno de salud mental frente a la discrecionalidad de los jueces, así como la falta de implementación de medidas complementarias como la educación para combatir la estigmatización. Las conclusiones establecen que, si existe una afectación, que no se vienen cumpliendo los paradigmas internacionales para la intervención de los pacientes y que se hace necesario realizar una modificación en la Ley de Salud Mental con respecto a los supuestos para el internamiento preventivo, sobre todo en los casos en los que no exista convicción ni respaldo de una pericia médic

Estrategias de comunicación digital para fortalecer el posicionamiento de la empresa Encantada del distrito de Trujillo, 2021

La presente investigación tuvo por objetivo el proponer estrategias de comunicación digital para fortalecer el posicionamiento de la empresa Encantada del distrito de Trujillo. Como ya es de conocimiento, actualmente es considerado sumamente necesario que una empresa adapte su accionar empresarial al mundo digital y sepa responder adecuadamente a las nuevas necesidades y a los constantes cambios en los gustos y preferencias de su público objetivo. Por ello, es que se realiza una propuesta que permita que la empresa se adapte a este nuevo mundo por medio del adecuado empleo de herramientas digitales. La investigación es de diseño descriptivo simple con corte transversal, teniendo como técnica de recopilación de datos a la encuesta y como instrumento de recolección de datos al cuestionario conformado por 26 preguntas que fue aplicado a una muestra compuesta por 168 clientes actuales y potenciales de la empresa Encantada. Como resultado de la investigación, se encontró que la empresa mantiene actualmente un posicionamiento bajo en relación a sus principales competidores en el mercado trujillano de accesorios y bisutería y para poder fortalecerlo adecuadamente es necesario que implemente en su accionar empresarial el uso de estrategias de comunicación digital debidamente formuladas y contextualizadas a las nuevas exigencias de su público objetivo.The objective of this research was to propose digital communication strategies to strengthen the positioning of the company Encantada in the Trujillo district. DNA immunization in combination with effective antiretroviral drug therapy controls viral rebound and prevents simian AIDS after treatment is discontinued

AbstractDNA immunization in conjunction with antiretroviral therapy was evaluated in SIV-infected rhesus macaques treated with [R]-9-[2-phosphonylmethoxypropyl]adenine (PMPA). Macaques were immunized monthly with DNA vaccines expressing either SIV gag/tat or SIV gag/tat and 19 CD8+ T cell epitopes during 7 months of therapy. Half the animals from each group were additionally immunized before infection. Only 60% of the animals (4 controls, 20 vaccinated) responded to PMPA (ART responders). All 4 ART responder controls demonstrated viral rebound or CD4 decline after PMPA was withdrawn. In contrast, 17 of 20 vaccinated ART responders contained viral rebound for over 7 months after PMPA was withdrawn. Viral control correlated with stable CD4 counts, higher lymphoproliferation and an increase in the magnitude and breadth of the CD8+ T cell response. Immunizing before infection or with multi-epitopes enhanced these effects. These results demonstrate that DNA immunization during antiretroviral therapy may be an effective strategy to treat HIV infection

Middle Neolithic pits and a burial at West Amesbury, Wiltshire

Excavations on the south-eastern slopes of King Barrow Ridge, 1.5 km east of Stonehenge, revealed five pits, a grave and other features of Middle Neolithic date. Analysis of the pit assemblages and the partial inhumation interred in the grave has provided insights into lifeways in this landscape in the late fourth millennium cal BC. Evidence suggests that the area was visited by a pastoralist, mobile community on a semi-regular basis for a significant period, in late autumn or winter. Selected remnants of craft-working and consumption were deposited in pits, before deliberate infilling. These depositions repeatedly memorialised activity on the hillside at a time of contemporary activity elsewhere on King Barrow Ridge and at the future site of Stonehenge. Middle Neolithic pits are present in significant numbers across King Barrow Ridge, and alongside pits in the Durrington area, form one of the densest concentrations of such activity in the region. Long distance mobility is suggested by the possible Irish origins of the inhumation, the first Middle Neolithic individual excavated in the environs of Stonehenge. Whilst of significance for understanding the Middle Neolithic in the WHS and the region, this research also hints at the roots of Late Neolithic monumentalisation of this landscape

Engolo and Capoeira. From Ethnic to Diasporic Combat Games in the Southern Atlantic

This article provides a re-examination of the main Afrocentric narrative of capoeira origins, the engolo or ‘Zebra Dance’, in light of historical primary sources and new ethnographic evidence gathered during fieldwork in south-west Angola. By examining engolo’s bodily techniques, its socio-historical context and cultural meanings, the piece emphasises its insertion into a pastoral lifestyle and highlights the relatively narrow ethnic character of the practice in Angola. This analysis and the comparison with capoeira helps us to develop certain hypotheses about the formation, migration, and re-invention of diasporic combat games between southern Angola and coastal Brazil, and more broadly, to increase our understanding of how African cultures spread across the southern Atlantic

Differential cross section measurements for the production of a W boson in association with jets in proton–proton collisions at √s = 7 TeV

Measurements are reported of differential cross sections for the production of a W boson, which decays into a muon and a neutrino, in association with jets, as a function of several variables, including the transverse momenta (pT) and pseudorapidities of the four leading jets, the scalar sum of jet transverse momenta (HT), and the difference in azimuthal angle between the directions of each jet and the muon. The data sample of pp collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV was collected with the CMS detector at the LHC and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 5.0 fb[superscript −1]. The measured cross sections are compared to predictions from Monte Carlo generators, MadGraph + pythia and sherpa, and to next-to-leading-order calculations from BlackHat + sherpa. The differential cross sections are found to be in agreement with the predictions, apart from the pT distributions of the leading jets at high pT values, the distributions of the HT at high-HT and low jet multiplicity, and the distribution of the difference in azimuthal angle between the leading jet and the muon at low values.United States. Risk portfolio on modern finance has become increasingly technical, requiring the use of sophisticated mathematical tools in both research and practice. Since companies cannot insure themselves completely against risk, as human incompetence in predicting the future precisely that written in Al-Quran surah Luqman verse 34, they have to manage it to yield an optimal portfolio. The objective here is to minimize the variance among all portfolios, or alternatively, to maximize expected return among all portfolios that has at least a certain expected return. Furthermore, this study focuses on optimizing risk portfolio so called Markowitz MVO (Mean-Variance Optimization). Some theoretical frameworks for analysis are arithmetic mean, geometric mean, variance, covariance, linear programming, and quadratic programming. Moreover, finding a minimum variance portfolio produces a convex quadratic programming, that is minimizing the objective function ðð¥with constraintsð ð 𥠥 ðandð´ð¥ = ð. The outcome of this research is the solution of optimal risk portofolio in some investments that could be finished smoothly using MATLAB R2007b software together with its graphic analysis
