Technical and tactical readiness of the team "Helios" (Kharkiv) in the 26th Ukrainian soccer championship in the first league

Purpose: to determine the model characteristics of the technical and tactical readiness of the team that participated in the Ukrainian championship of the first league in order to further improve and correct the training process. Material & Methods: the data were obtained using the method of expert evaluation, the calculation was carried out using the methods of mathematical statistics. Results: analyzed the average values of the registered values for 19 games. Analyzed various technical and tactical actions and their differences in the first and second halves, as well as individual indicators of the game players and the team "Helios" (Kharkiv). Conclusion: quantitative and qualitative (rejection rate) indicators were obtained both for team technical and tactical actions, and separately for each technical and tactical method for each game period

TAX BENEFITS FOR REGIONAL BUSINESS: NEED, SUFFICIENCY, EFFICIENCY

The article analyzes the tax benefits for the enterprises of Russia. Their analysis is carried out in the context of territorial affiliation of tax benefit. Tax benefits were granted as anti-crisis measures: promotion of entrepreneurship, reduction of informal employment, implementation of investment projects. Their granting was often characterized by haphazard nature. There were cases of abuse in the application of tax benefits. The entrepreneur must be ready to prove their right to benefits. Tax benefits have a triple effect: economic, fiscal-budgetary, social. The state tax policy allowed reducing the level of debt burden for 2016. Simultaneously, the increase in tax and non-tax revenues of the consolidated budgets was ensured. The authors analyze the regional and sectoral tax benefits. They are very diverse, especially for small businesses. This is due to socio-economic differentiation of regions. The magnitude of the regional tax burden is determined by the complex of factors: external and internal. The application of tax benefits is associated with big problems. First of all, this is a concealment of income. Secondly, there is a problem of “double” taxation. Difficulties are also associated with applying individual tax regimes: special economic zones, territories of advanced development. The problem of drawing “out of the shadow” of selfemployed citizens is very acute. There must be a special fee regime for them: there is no guarantee of employment for such citizens. The problems of regional taxation of entrepreneurial activity include, on the one hand, the availability and development of various benefits, and on the other hand, their nonsystem character, the impossibility of identifying and using various mechanisms in the aggregate, for example, the mechanisms for the development of entire industries and social directions in entrepreneurship. The authors emphasize that the conditions in which the modern economy of Russia is developing, actualize the task of analyzing the effectiveness of tax benefits

Evolution of regional development in context of ecological and economic security

The article describes the transformations taking place in the Russian regional economy. The research is based on the hypothesis that the regional economy develops according to the laws of cyclical development. The research is based on the theory of technologies and global economic structures of Yuri Glazyev. A special place is occupied by the identification of patterns of change in the phenomenon of region and the prediction of its institutional characteristics. The global economy is entering a new cycle of development driven by climate change. The place and role of the region as a special subject of economic relations is changing. The region's environmental and economic security becomes a condition for its competitiveness. The task was set and solved to analyze the main trends in the development of the ecological and economic security of the region, which can ensure the harmonization of interests of the regions and the federal center during the transition to a new technological structure. The authors formulated a conflict of interests caused by the state's development policy and the deterioration of the environment in the regions

Technological sovereignty in the Era of energy transition and implementation of ESG principles in regional industrial agenda

The world economy has entered an era of profound transformations associated with the fourth energy transition. The technological development of states should not only ensure technological sovereignty, but also comply with ESG standards. The purpose of article: based on the analysis of foreign and domestic scientific approaches to content of “technological sovereignty”, to formulate the author's definition, as well as to identify some concepts of investment industrial policy that meets the principles of ESG. Based on the study of patent activity in Russia, it is concluded that there is a critical “compression” of innovation activity, which, in the conditions of unprecedented sanctions, threatens national sovereignty and actualizes the task of forming a new model of economy. A number of positions are reasoned and proposed, which it is advisable to include in the new Concept of technological development of Russia for the coming years. The concepts of the regional technological agenda aimed at enhancing innovation activity and particularly relevant for traditionally “old-industrial” regions in the context of the transition to a new technological order are identified. It is argued that the technological development of industry should be based on a solid institutional foundation, in which ESG principles should be implemented

Economic expediency of production of composite materials made from metal nickel and super-hard materials and methods of its identification

The article considers a possibility of making composite materials from metal nickel and super-hard materials. It shows that such a product is available in the world market, but there is no information on technology of manufacture of such a product in open literature. It sets the issue of calculation of economic expediency and investment attractiveness of introduction of the said process into production, so that the methods of calculations would be clear for researchers who have no special education. Under the conditions of theforeign economic sanctions, respective Russian counter sanctions and the Russiandirection of a large scale import substitution it is necessary to start the activity in the fieldof the creation of the conditions for the modernization of agrarian technologies ofproduction, in the creation of highly qualified information and analytical services, in thetraining the personnel for the farming, in the increase of the arable surface for workingentrepreneurs doing business in the agricultural sphere. Such measures like the increaseand qualitative improvement of public grasslands and hayfields for cattle from privatesubsidiary farms, development of agricultural cooperation in gathering, storage,processing, formation of lots of goods and the selling of the production of farms andprivate subsidiary farms, development of the infrastructure and logistic provision of ruralareas will allow creating conditions for a competitive and balanced development of theagricultural business
