La incorporación de las TIC en la vida de los adolescentes: reconducción de malos hábitos

The new information and communication technologies were incorporated naturally, anarchically and at high speed in society. To a greater extent they penetrated the young people attracted by the market offer and the vertiginous advances in devices and social networks as new forms of intercommunication. The young people developed many management skills, but without adequate training for good use, this is generating serious problems in the cognitive and attitudinal development of many adolescents. Considering that the educational system and its professionals: educators, psychologists and sociologists must assume the responsibility of a comprehensive and healthy education of their students, this paper presents the lines of a cross-sectional project to detect bad habits and establish appropriate training models that lead to and / or generate healthy behaviors in children and adolescents. The situation of those born in this century is contextualized, taking as a reference documents that attest to the trends in the use of technologies among young people that allow establishing a diagnosis and presents some of the action proposals aimed at designing training models competencial to incorporate them into curricular plans of all educational levels and in the degree of Teacher Trainin

Activar la mente y aprender haciendo: elementos clave para ser competente informacionalmente

Bearing in mind the trends, challenges and technological advances discussed in the Horizon Report 2014, which affect education and lead us to define profiles for teachers and students that are adapted to the demands of a digital society in continual change, in the Horizon 2020 framework digital/information competences are defined as strategic and horizontal for adapting to the pace of the times, and they affect all the actors in the educational system. In this context, the aim of this research is to launch a process of evaluating the training programs delivered by university libraries in these competences, comparing them to the DIGCOMP and ACLR Frameworks. The objectives proposed are: 1. to analyse the degree of correspondence and the need for adaptation. 2. to evaluate the degree of integration and application of the training actions in digital/information competences in the teaching programs, as well as analysing the teaching methods used. The conclusion reached is that these competences are not so necessary in classrooms when teaching methods are more behavioural than constructivist, which prevents the students from developing capacities for creation, innovation, cooperation and intellectual autonomy. Alert minds that learn by doing, for which the acquisition of these competences is essential

Adquisición de competencias en información mediante e-Learning : una responsabilidad compartida entre docencia y biblioteca

The article shows the framework, process and assessement of an e-learning course on information comptences. The course is based in European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). The course was the product of a strong collaboration between teaching and library staff. This collaboration promoted the acquisition of abilities in information, technology use and group working. It promoted n the students an attitude of cooperation and control of their own learning. The results were achieved across three systems of assessment: quantitative, qualitative and a global satisfaction test, in which every agent took part. The assessment process resulted in determining strong points, weak points and proposals of improvement. The exercise of joint self-appraisal and shared responsibility was promoted.Se presenta el marco, el proceso y la evaluación de un curso en e-learning sobre competencias informacionales basado en los principios del nuevo sistema crediticio europeo. Se trata de una experiencia colaborativa entre docencia y biblioteca orientada a fomentar en el alumnado la adquisición de las siguientes competencias: habilidades informacionales, uso de tecnología, trabajo en grupo e intergrupal fomentando la actitud de cooperación y el control del su propio aprendizaje. Se exponen los resultados a través de tres sistemas de evaluación: cuantitativa, cualitativa y de satisfacción global, en la que intervienen todos los agentes participantes, determinándose los puntos fuertes y débiles así como las propuestas de mejora en un ejercicio de autoevaluacion conjunta y de responsabilidad compartida

Proyecto de un servicio virtual de información y aprendizaje para una biblioteca universitaria temática

This Project offers a virtual information and learning service as an alternative to the traditional system from the Teacher Training School in Lugo. Considering the recent changes regarding organization and methodologies in education, which emphasize the acquisition of competences, we are trying to facilitate the development of an Informational literacy program through the design of this “permanent learning classroom”. Trabajando juntos: Hacia un modelo común de evaluación de la formación en competencias informacionales

Se presenta un proyecto de trabajo compartido entre cuatro universidades: La Laguna, Zaragoza, Alicante y Santiago de Compostela alrededor de un modelo común de formación en competencias informacionales. Para ello, comenzamos contextualizando el proyecto, describiendo el modelo de curso establecido en el convenio de cooperación, analizamos su puestaen marcha en el curso académico 2010/2011 y los resultados obtenidos de manera individual y global, exponemos el método de trabajo seguido y finalizamos planteando los retos de futuro

“Pasapalabra” de la Psicología Clínica 2: Una herramienta de aprendizaje basada en el juego

El objetivo general del proyecto de innovación “Pasapalabra” de la Psicología Clínica 2: Una herramienta de aprendizaje basada en el juego era potenciar el aprendizaje activo de términos y conceptos relativos a la Psicología Clínica a través de una herramienta basada en las nuevas tecnologías y el juego. Se basa en el popular concurso “Pasapalabra”, concretamente en la prueba final denominada “El rosco”, en la cual el/la participante debe averiguar palabras a partir de su definición y teniendo como pista la letra inicial de la palabra o una letra contenida en ella. Este proyecto surgió como la continuación del proyecto de innovación concedido en la convocatoria PIMCD 2018-2019. Su propósito era dar continuidad, profundizar y divulgar el proyecto “Pasapalabra” de la Psicología Clínica

A Fundación Pública Urxencias Sanitarias de Galicia-061 é a encargada de proporcionar, desde o momento que ocorre a emerxencia, un control da situación, unha primeira avaliación e unha asistencia sanitaria que logre salvar o maior número de vidas e volver á normalidade o antes posible. Para isto, a actuación sanitaria debe seguir unha metodoloxía perfectamente establecida, xa que as actuacións organizadas son as mellores ferramentas de traballo. Así pois, é necesario posibilitar normas de actuación o máis protocolizadas posible, para poder traballar nas mellores condicións de seguridade e manter unhas directrices xerais, onde cada persoa coñeza tanto a súa función como a do resto dos componentes do equipo, procedendo, ademais, á súa identificación funcional mediante signos externos (uniformidade, carteis, identificación, etc.); para facilitar o entendemento e a coordinación de todos os implicados en resolver a situación acaecida. Con este fin, preséntase o Plan de emerxencias que a continuación se expón, nun afán de dar sempre a mellor e máis axeitada resposta; obxectivo primordial desde que a FPUS de Galicia–061 se instaura como responsable da medicina prehospitalaria na nosa comunidade autónoma.La Fundación Pública Urxencias Sanitarias de Galicia-061 es la encargada de proporcionar, desde el momento en que ocurre la emergencia, un control de la situación, una primera evaluación y una asistencia sanitaria que logre salvar el mayor número de vidas y volver a la normalidad lo antes posible. Para esto, la actuación sanitaria debe seguir una metodología perfectamente establecida, ya que las actuaciones organizadas son las mejores herramientas de trabajo. Así pues, es necesario posibilitar normas de actuación lo más protocolizadas posible, para poder trabajar en las mejores condiciones de seguridad y mantener unas directrices generales, donde cada persona conozca tanto su función como la del resto de los componentes del equipo, procediendo, además, a su identificación funcional mediante signos externos (uniformidad, carteles, identificación, etc.); para facilitar el entendimiento y la coordinación de todos los implicados en resolver la situación acaecidad. Differential cross section measurements for the production of a W boson in association with jets in proton–proton collisions at √s = 7 TeV

Measurements are reported of differential cross sections for the production of a W boson, which decays into a muon and a neutrino, in association with jets, as a function of several variables, including the transverse momenta (pT) and pseudorapidities of the four leading jets, the scalar sum of jet transverse momenta (HT), and the difference in azimuthal angle between the directions of each jet and the muon. The data sample of pp collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV was collected with the CMS detector at the LHC and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 5.0 fb[superscript −1]. The measured cross sections are compared to predictions from Monte Carlo generators, MadGraph + pythia and sherpa, and to next-to-leading-order calculations from BlackHat + sherpa. The differential cross sections are found to be in agreement with the predictions, apart from the pT distributions of the leading jets at high pT values, the distributions of the HT at high-HT and low jet multiplicity, and the distribution of the difference in azimuthal angle between the leading jet and the muon at low values.United States.
