El presente artículo tiene como objetivo principal presentar una historia crítica del ejercicio de la violencia a través del uso del discurso del derecho en México. La intención es analizar la manera en que las transformaciones en el ejercicio de la violencia jurídica se transformar a lo largo de la historia del uso del discurso del derecho en dicho país y la forma en que éstas se relacionan con los cambios en la manera en que se ejerce la dominación capitalista. A partir de esto, esbozar una metodología inicial para construir una historia crítica del derecho moderno, la cual, si bien se centra en un proceso histórico concreto, como lo es el mexicano, podría servir para explicar otros procesos de los distintos países de nuestra América.The present essay presents a critical history of the exercise of violence through the use of legal discourse in Mexico. The present essay presents a critical history of the exercise of violence through the use of legal discourse in Mexico. Derechos sociales y capitalismo em México y América Latina. Un acercamiento interdisiplinario desde la Critica Juridica

El objetivo del presente escrito es realizar un análisis introductorio del papel que los derechos sociales –y, por tanto, las constituciones— han tenido en el desarrollo del capitalismo en nuestro país y en nuestra región, tratando de encontrar una metodología por medio de la cual sea posible comprender la situación y el papel actual del uso del discurso del derecho. Por un lado, lo anterior implica la necesidad de contar con una metodología de carácter interdisciplinario por medio de la cual sea posible comprender lo jurídico, específicamente el uso del discurso del derecho, como parte de un conjunto de fenómenos y relaciones sociales más complejos en cuya reproducción o ruptura tiene un papel específico. Como se tratará de mostrar en el siguiente apartado, la crítica jurídica es un enfoque metodológico necesariamente interdisciplinario. Por otro lado, es necesario partir del materialismo-histórico, pues la producción y el uso mismo del discurso del derecho no se presentan sino en las relaciones dialécticas entre clases sociales. Lo anterior es especialmente cierto para los derechos sociales, mismos que representan, a la vez, las reivindicaciones de las clases subalternas movilizadas y un instrumento de control social, a través del cual las clases dominantes pueden legitimar la exclusión existente sin transformar las relaciones de explotación. En todo caso, es fundamental contar una metodología que, desde la comprensión de las contradicciones y las disputas entre clases sociales con intereses antagónicos irreductibles, permita observar el carácter dialéctico del derecho, y de los derechos sociales, marcado por la influencia que la capacidad de movilización y de dirección de cada una de las clases le imprime a las normas jurídicas existentes y a su aplicación

Advances and Trends in the Physicochemical Properties of Corn Starch Blends

Corn starch is one of the most widely used biopolymers in the world for various applications, due to its high production, renewable, low cost, non-toxic, biodegradable and provide great stereochemical diversity by presenting a complex structure with unique qualities that they depend on multiple factors to obtain special properties for a specific use and/or of interest. From the synthesis of the starch granule to its extraction for its subsequent use, it promotes innovative characteristics, presenting infinite functionalities applicable and/or as a substitute for synthetic polymers. However, some limitations of hydrophilicity, thermal and mechanical properties, rapid degradability and strong intra and intermolecular bonds of the polymer chains make their use difficult in the medium and long term. Enzymatic, chemical and physical methods continue to be used today, creating by-products such as polluting waste and which can be costly. Therefore, the polymeric modification of the starch granule is necessary to mitigate limitations and by-products, currently the use of starch blends is a promising trend to produce new and innovative desirable properties. This chapter describes the advances and trends in the physicochemical properties of corn starch blends Zea mays L. as a potential material, leader for its attractive properties and benefits that it has to offer, demonstrating that when combined with other starches from different botanical sources and/or molecular structure present unique and unequaled synergisms

Azimuthal anisotropy of charged jet production in root s(NN)=2.76 TeV Pb-Pb collisions

We present measurements of the azimuthal dependence of charged jet production in central and semi-central root s(NN) = 2.76 TeV Pb-Pb collisions with respect to the second harmonic event plane, quantified as nu(ch)(2) (jet). Jet finding is performed employing the anti-k(T) algorithm with a resolution parameter R = 0.2 using charged tracks from the ALICE tracking system. The contribution of the azimuthal anisotropy of the underlying event is taken into account event-by-event. The remaining (statistical) region-to-region fluctuations are removed on an ensemble basis by unfolding the jet spectra for different event plane orientations independently. Significant non-zero nu(ch)(2) (jet) is observed in semi-central collisions (30-50% centrality) for 20 <p(T)(ch) (jet) <90 GeV/c. The azimuthal dependence of the charged jet production is similar to the dependence observed for jets comprising both charged and neutral fragments, and compatible with measurements of the nu(2) of single charged particles at high p(T). Good agreement between the data and predictions from JEWEL, an event generator simulating parton shower evolution in the presence of a dense QCD medium, is found in semi-central collisions.
