Komponen sekolah yang dapat dijadikan sebagai sarana pendidikan moral diantaranya adalah tata tertib sekolah. Tata tertib sekolah sebagai bentuk peraturan yang berlaku di setiap sekolah. Aturan tata tertib yang dibuat menuntut adanya penerapan kedisiplinan belajar di dalam pelaksanaannya, sehingga dalam pelaksanaan dan penegakan aturan tata tertib diperlukan upaya yang optimal agar siswa dapat mematuhi aturan yang berlaku serta dapat
membiasakan kondisi yang kondusif selama kegiatan pembelajaran berlangsung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kedisiplinan belajar berdasarkan tata tertib sekolah pada siswa kelas V di SDN 3 Menteng tahun ajaran 2019/2020.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 siswa kelas V dan guru kelas SDN 3 Menteng pada tahun ajaran 2019/2020. Data didapatkan dari observasi dan wawancara.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedisiplinan belajar SDN 3 Menteng masih kurang, yang dapat terlihat dari pelanggaran yang terjadi. Pelanggaran tersebut terjadi karena beberapa faktor, antara lain; (a) guru lebih banyak membicarakan hal di luar materi pelajaran, (b) guru fokus dalam menulis di papan tulis sambil menjelaskan materi pelajaran, juga siswa yang tidak membawa perlengkapan sekolah meminjam milik siswa lain, (c) guru sibuk mengoreksi pekerjaan siswa, dan (d) adanya siswa yang melanggar namun tidak ditegur atau diberi sanksi. Guru melakukan beberapa upaya untuk menanamkan kedisiplinan belajar kepada siswa, antara lain; (a) memberi keteladanan kepada siswa, (b) melaksanakan peraturan kelas, (c) memberi nasehat dan peringatan kepada siswa yang melanggar, dan (d) memberi hukuman atau sanksi kepada siswa yang melanggar. Guru masih mengalami kendala dalam menanamkan kedisiplinan belajar kepada siswa meliputi; (a) pemberian keteladanan kepada siswa tidak diikuti guru-guru yang lain, (b) siswa mengulangi pelanggaran yang sama walaupun sudah diingatkan, (c) siswa tidak mengindahkan sanksi atau hukuman yang diberikan

Kondisi pembelajaran yang ditemukan peneliti pada siswa kelas V SDN-6 Palangka adalah kurangnya penggunaan pembelajaraan. Media Audio Visual yang digunakan dalam memberi materi di sekolah untuk menarik perhatian siswa dan memperjelas materi yang di sampaikan. Pembelajaran cenderung hanya menggunakan metode mengajar yang telah tersedia pada buku guru. Sehingga siswa kurang bersemangat untuk mengikuti kegiatan belajar mengajar dan mengerjakan tugas menjadi kurang menarik dan kreatif. Kurangnya variasi metode pembelajaran menjadi salah satu penyebab hasil belajar siswa tidak efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar subtema 2 gangguan kesehatan pada organ peredaran darah siswa kelas V SDN-6 Palangka di kota Palangka Raya tahun ajaran 2019/2020.
Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, metode penelitian Quasi Eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pembelajaran media audio visual, sedangkan variabel terikat adalah hasil belajar siswa. Kelompok penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VA dan VB yang berjumlah 62 siswa. Data nilai pre-test dan post-test dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik tes dengan instrumen sebanyak 20 butir soal.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif pada penggunaan metode pembelajaran media audio visual terhadap hasil belajar subtema 2 gangguan kesehatan pada organ peredaran darahsiswa kelas V. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada t-test (uji-t) yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa dari hasil analisis uji-t diperoleh hasil sebesar 6,872. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa thitung = 6,872>ttabel = 2,000. Selisih rata-rata nilai pre-test dan nilai post-test di kelompok eksperimen sebesar 4,872
The effects of glare and inhomogeneous visual fields on contrast detection in the context of driving
An experiment was carried out to investigate how contrast threshold for target detection is affected by the presence of glare and by extraneous light sources using the method of ascending limits. The target was located at either a foveal or a peripheral (10° right) location, glare was adjacent to the foveal location, simulating the headlamps of an oncoming vehicle, and extraneous light sources were at either foveal or peripheral (10° right or left) locations. Contrast threshold for a foveal target without glare was affected mainly by the surrounding local luminance distribution. However, in the presence of glare and also for the peripheral target (both with and without glare) the global luminance distribution matters. Glare increased the contrast needed for detection of the foveal target, but this effect was reduced by the presence of extraneous light sources that were peripheral to the target. For peripheral targets, contrast threshold was also reduced by the presence of extraneous light at a non-target location and this effect was increased in the presence of glare. Glare equations tend to be based on tests using uniform, homogenous fields: these data indicate that, in the presence of extraneous light sources, the influence of glare is over-estimated
Elliptic flow of charged particles in Pb-Pb collisions at 2.76 TeV
We report the first measurement of charged particle elliptic flow in Pb-Pb
collisions at 2.76 TeV with the ALICE detector at the CERN Large Hadron
Collider. The measurement is performed in the central pseudorapidity region
(||<0.8) and transverse momentum range 0.2< < 5.0 GeV/. The
elliptic flow signal v, measured using the 4-particle correlation method,
averaged over transverse momentum and pseudorapidity is 0.087 0.002
(stat) 0.004 (syst) in the 40-50% centrality class. The differential
elliptic flow v reaches a maximum of 0.2 near = 3
GeV/. Compared to RHIC Au-Au collisions at 200 GeV, the elliptic flow
increases by about 30%. Some hydrodynamic model predictions which include

Higher harmonic anisotropic flow measurements of charged particles in Pb-Pb collisions at 2.76 TeV
We report on the first measurement of the triangular , quadrangular
, and pentagonal charged particle flow in Pb-Pb collisions at 2.76
TeV measured with the ALICE detector at the CERN Large Hadron Collider. We show
that the triangular flow can be described in terms of the initial spatial
anisotropy and its fluctuations, which provides strong constraints on its
origin. In the most central events, where the elliptic flow and
have similar magnitude, a double peaked structure in the two-particle azimuthal
correlations is observed, which is often interpreted as a Mach cone response to
fast partons. We show that this structure can be naturally explained from the

Controversy and consensus on the management of elevated sperm DNA fragmentation in male infertility: A global survey, current guidelines, and expert recommendations
Purpose
Sperm DNA fragmentation (SDF) has been associated with male infertility and poor outcomes of assisted reproductive technology (ART). The purpose of this study was to investigate global practices related to the management of elevated SDF in infertile men, summarize the relevant professional society recommendations, and provide expert recommendations for managing this condition.
Materials and Methods
An online global survey on clinical practices related to SDF was disseminated to reproductive clinicians, according to the CHERRIES checklist criteria. Management protocols for various conditions associated with SDF were captured and compared to the relevant recommendations in professional society guidelines and the appropriate available evidence. Expert recommendations and consensus on the management of infertile men with elevated SDF were then formulated and adapted using the Delphi method.
Results
A total of 436 experts from 55 different countries submitted responses. As an initial approach, 79.1% of reproductive experts recommend lifestyle modifications for infertile men with elevated SDF, and 76.9% prescribe empiric antioxidants. Regarding antioxidant duration, 39.3% recommend 4–6 months and 38.1% recommend 3 months. For men with unexplained or idiopathic infertility, and couples experiencing recurrent miscarriages associated with elevated SDF, most respondents refer to ART 6 months after failure of conservative and empiric medical management. Infertile men with clinical varicocele, normal conventional semen parameters, and elevated SDF are offered varicocele repair immediately after diagnosis by 31.4%, and after failure of antioxidants and conservative measures by 40.9%. Sperm selection techniques and testicular sperm extraction are also management options for couples undergoing ART. For most questions, heterogenous practices were demonstrated.
Conclusions
This paper presents the results of a large global survey on the management of infertile men with elevated SDF and reveals a lack of consensus among clinicians. Furthermore, it demonstrates the scarcity of professional society guidelines in this regard and attempts to highlight the relevant evidence. Expert recommendations are proposed to help guide clinicians
