Incidencia en el desarrollo humano en los egresados del programa de Confección Industrial en Ropa Exterior - formación dual - del Centro Manufactura Textil y Cuero de Bogotá del Sena

La presente investigación analiza la incidencia del programa de formación en Confección Industrial en Ropa Exterior bajo el modelo de formación dual que imparte el Centro Manufactura Textil y Cuero de Bogotá del Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje – SENA -, en alianza con empresas de sector Textil como es el caso de Permoda. Inicia con la evolución del concepto de desarrollo, centrándose en el desarrollo humano planteado por Sen (2000), posteriormente ubica la educación como una capacidad que permite el alcance de las libertades fundamentales para el desarrollo. Se analiza el papel del SENA en la propuesta y realización de la oferta de formación para el trabajo y se concluye bajo un Análisis de Componentes Principales (ACP), que el modelo de formación incide más allá del aporte a la empleabilidad y de la continuidad laboral de los egresados en las empresas donde se forman, teniendo en cuenta que el programa de formación logra potenciar las capacidades y libertades de los egresado

Huellas y devenir contable : construyendo las rutas del pensamiento contable

RESUMEN: El libro "Huellas y devenir contable", tiene como objetivo desarrollar una aproximación al estado del arte en las líneas de investigación del Grupo GICCO del Departamento de Ciencias Contables de la Universidad de Antioquia. Este texto expone los avances más notable en las diferentes líneas de investigación integradas desde tres ejes problémicos: Análisis contable (con sus líneas de investigación: costos y gestión, contabilidad y recursos públicos, análisis de procesos tributarios y contabilidad y finanzas), Desarrollo contable (que contiene las líneas de investigación: teoría contable, caracterización internacional de la contabilidad, educación contable, tecnología contable y desarrollo contable normativo) y control organizacional (contiene las líneas de investigación: control interno, procesos de auditoría y revisoría fiscal). La aproximación a las líneas de investigación se constituyen en un proceso que culmina con la construcción de los estados del arte, trabajo desarrollado por profesores y estudiantes integrantes de los grupos primarios de investigación; la aproximación a los ejes problémicos es un proceso de abstracción a partir de las líneas, trabajo desarrollado por el grupo integrador.Líneas de investigación contabl

Caminos contables : problemas y metodologías para el desarrollo de la investigación

RESUMEN: Caminos contables” es una hermosa metáfora para ilustrar que el proceso de generar y transmitir nuevos conocimientos es una forma de caminar, una manera de pensar y hacer, un estilo para moverse, con brújula en mano, por una densa cartografía de “eje problemáticos” en la búsqueda de respuestas propias. Esta forma de pensar la investigación, más allá de ser una tarea rígida, ejercida por enigmáticos profesores y tratada no pocas veces con exagerada pomposidad intelectual, es una vía que permite no sólo estimular el interés por resolver problemas, sino asegurar resultados ciertos, verificables, de alta calidad técnica y pertinencia académica. El texto tiene como propósito fundamental, de un lado darle continuidad a los estados del arte que se construyeron en las líneas de investigación del Grupo de Investigaciones y Consultorías en Ciencias Contables –GICCO, que quedaron plasmados en libro Huellas y Devenir Contable: Construyendo las rutas del Pensamiento Contable publicado en 2012 en el marco de los 50 años del Programa de Contaduría Pública de la Universidad de Antioquia; y por otro lado, desarrollar una aproximación a los problemas de investigación y las alternativas metodológicas para abordarlo desde los ejes problémicos y las líneas de investigación del Departamento de Ciencias Contables

The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors. Photography-based taxonomy is inadequate, unnecessary, and potentially harmful for biological sciences

The question whether taxonomic descriptions naming new animal species without type specimen(s) deposited in collections should be accepted for publication by scientific journals and allowed by the Code has already been discussed in Zootaxa (Dubois & Nemésio 2007; Donegan 2008, 2009; Nemésio 2009a–b; Dubois 2009; Gentile & Snell 2009; Minelli 2009; Cianferoni & Bartolozzi 2016; Amorim et al. 2016). This question was again raised in a letter supported by 35 signatories published in the journal Nature (Pape et al. 2016) on 15 September 2016. On 25 September 2016, the following rebuttal (strictly limited to 300 words as per the editorial rules of Nature) was submitted to Nature, which on 18 October 2016 refused to publish it. As we think this problem is a very important one for zoological taxonomy, this text is published here exactly as submitted to Nature, followed by the list of the 493 taxonomists and collection-based researchers who signed it in the short time span from 20 September to 6 October 2016

Reducing the environmental impact of surgery on a global scale: systematic review and co-prioritization with healthcare workers in 132 countries

Abstract Background Healthcare cannot achieve net-zero carbon without addressing operating theatres. The aim of this study was to prioritize feasible interventions to reduce the environmental impact of operating theatres. Methods This study adopted a four-phase Delphi consensus co-prioritization methodology. In phase 1, a systematic review of published interventions and global consultation of perioperative healthcare professionals were used to longlist interventions. In phase 2, iterative thematic analysis consolidated comparable interventions into a shortlist. In phase 3, the shortlist was co-prioritized based on patient and clinician views on acceptability, feasibility, and safety. In phase 4, ranked lists of interventions were presented by their relevance to high-income countries and low–middle-income countries. Results In phase 1, 43 interventions were identified, which had low uptake in practice according to 3042 professionals globally. In phase 2, a shortlist of 15 intervention domains was generated. In phase 3, interventions were deemed acceptable for more than 90 per cent of patients except for reducing general anaesthesia (84 per cent) and re-sterilization of ‘single-use’ consumables (86 per cent). In phase 4, the top three shortlisted interventions for high-income countries were: introducing recycling; reducing use of anaesthetic gases; and appropriate clinical waste processing. In phase 4, the top three shortlisted interventions for low–middle-income countries were: introducing reusable surgical devices; reducing use of consumables; and reducing the use of general anaesthesia. Conclusion This is a step toward environmentally sustainable operating environments with actionable interventions applicable to both high– and low–middle–income countries

Aporte de la formación dual al desarrollo humano de los operarios de confección

El artículo presenta los resultados de investigación del trabajo titulado “Incidencia en el Desarrollo Humano en los egresados del programa de Confección Industrial en ropa exterior - Formación Dual del Centro Manufactura Textil y Cuero de Bogotá del SENA”; el cual pretende identificar si existe o no, incidencia en el Desarrollo Humano desde el enfoque de Amartya Sen (2000), en los egresados del programa de Confección Industrial en ropa exterior - Formación Dual. Los hallazgos son importantes para visualizar el nivel de impacto de la formación más allá del alcance de habilidades técnicas. Para su análisis se utiliza la técnica estadística de reducción de factores (Análisis de Componentes Principales – ACP) que agrupa las variables en dimensiones (libertades fundamentales para el desarrollo humano) y las condensa en factores, que explican al máximo la información contenida en los datos
