Poje et Le Mariage de Mademoiselle Beulemans : intertextualité et enjeux linguistiques

Dans cet article nous nous proposons d’analyser d’une part l’intertextualité qui se crée entre Le Mariage de Mademoiselle Beulemans de Fonson et Wicheler (1910) et la bande dessinée Poje et Mademoiselle Beulemans (Carpentier, Maelbeek, Dognie, 2015) dans la mesure où cette dernière offre une vision nouvelle et ne se limite pas à l’adaptation de la pièce de Fonson et Wicheler : un récit enchâssé où la réalité de Poje coexiste avec la représentation du Mariage. D’autre part, nous nous intéresserons aux aspects linguistiques qui se font essentiels dans cette œuvre franco-belge offrant d’ailleurs trois versions différentes : française, bruxelloise et néerlandaise, nous cernant dans notre analyse aux deux premières

The ethical dative: Between writing and speaking

Utilisé intuitivement par les locuteurs, le datif éthique, un pronom non envisagé dans la structure verbale et qui dépasse d'ailleurs les limites de la syntaxe, devient une marque d'oralité pour caractériser le discours direct dans les textes écrits, notamment littéraires. Nous proposons donc que sa définition comme élément commun entre l'oralité et l'écriture passe actuellement par l'étude de son usage sur les réseaux sociaux, ainsi que sur les sites Internet repérés par l’application Sketch Engin, dans la mesure où ces deux supports donnent lieu à un type d'écriture conditionnée par la spontanéité inhérente au discours oral.Used intuitively by speakers, the ethical dative, a pronoun not contemplated in the verbal structure that goes beyond the limits of syntax, has often become a mark of orality to characterize direct discourse in written texts, especially literary ones. Therefore, we propose that its definition as a shared element between orality and writing should currently be analysed through the study of its use in social networks, as well as in some websites taken up by the Sketch Engine application, insofar, as both supports give rise to a type of writing conditioned by the inherent spontaneity of oral discourse.Utilizado de manera intuitiva por los hablantes, el dativo ético, pronombre no contemplado en la estructura verbal que sobrepasa los límites de la sintaxis, se ha convertido en numerosas ocasiones en una marca de oralidad para caracterizar el discurso directo en los textos escritos, especialmente literarios. Por lo tanto, planteamos que su definición como elemento compartido entre oralidad y escritura debe pasar actualmente por el estudio de su empleo en las redes sociales, así como en ciertas páginas de internet retomadas por la aplicación Sketch Engine en la medida en la que ambos soportes suscitan un tipo de escritura condicionada por la espontaneidad propia al discurso oral

Planeación tributaria en el impuesto sobre la renta y complementario para personas del sector minero

RESUMEN: La planeación tributaria como estrategia fiscal permite a las personas y empresas optimizar los recursos financieros en el desarrollo de su actividad. En el presente trabajo desarrollamos el concepto de planeación tributaria, las etapas a seguir en la implementación, plasmando un inventario de la normatividad vigente aplicable a las personas naturales, relacionamos algunos elementos de planeación tributaria y se propone una estrategia tributaria para una persona natural del sector minero para terminar con un caso aplicado, mostrando el ahorro en el impuesto comparativo con el antes y después de implementar la planeación tributaria. La aplicación de una estrategia legal, confiable y útil para las personas que se desempeñan en el sector contribuye al logro de los objetivos propuestos de optimizar el impuesto, ya sea por la disminución del impuesto en el periodo sin que implique un pago futuro o por el diferimiento para el pago futuro del Impuesto sobre la Renta y Complementario. ABSTRACT: Tax planning as a fiscal strategy allows individuals and companies to optimize financial resources in the development of their activity. In this paper we develop the concept of tax planning, the stages to follow in the implementation, capturing an inventory of the current regulations applicable to natural persons, We relate some elements of tax planning and propose a tax strategy for a natural person in the mining sector to end with an applied case, showing the savings in the tax comparative with the before and after implementing the tax planning. The implementation of a legal, reliable and useful strategy for persons working in the sector contributes to the achievement of the proposed objectives of optimizing the tax, either by the reduction of the tax in the period without involving a future payment or by the deferral for the future payment of the Income and Supplementary Tax

Recomendaciones dietéticas en la artritis reumatoide

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease that has a significant effect on patients’ physical, emotional, and social functioning. For decades, patients have used different diets to try to improve the symptoms of RA. The possible benefits of dietary therapy for rheumatoid arthritis are reviewed in this article. Nutritional objectives for RA, are to halt the loss of bone mass, promote healing of bone fractures and improving bone-associated inflammatory disorders and joints. In general, diets low in saturated fat, rich in polyunsaturated fats: omega 3 and omega 6, rich in complex carbohydrates and fiber are recommended.La artritis reumatoide es una enfermedad sistémica crónica, con gran impacto en la vida social, emocional y física de los pacientes. Desde hace décadas, se han utilizado distintas dietas para tratar de mejorar los síntomas de las personas que la padecen. En este artículo se revisan los posibles beneficios de la terapia dietética en la artritis reumatoide. Los objetivos nutricionales en esta patología son frenar la pérdida de masa ósea, favorecer la recuperación de fracturas óseas y mejorar los trastornos inflamatorios asociadas al hueso y a las articulaciones.  En general, se recomiendan dietas bajas en grasas saturadas, ricas en grasas polinsaturadas: omega 3 y omega 6, en hidratos de carbono complejos y fibra

Assessment of anti-malondialdehyde-acetaldehyde antibody frequencies in rheumatoid arthritis with new data from two independent cohorts, meta-analysis, and meta-regression

Autoantibodies are critical elements in RA pathogenesis and clinical assessment. The anti-malondialdehyde-acetaldehyde (anti-MAA) antibodies are potentially useful because of their claimed high sensitivity for all RA patients, including those lacking RF and anti-CCP antibodies. Choice of the initial antiretroviral treatment for HIV-positive individuals in the era of integrase inhibitors

BACKGROUND: We aimed to describe the most frequently prescribed initial antiretroviral therapy (ART) regimens in recent years in HIV-positive persons in the Cohort of the Spanish HIV/AIDS Research Network (CoRIS) and to investigate factors associated with the choice of each regimen. METHODS: We analyzed initial ART regimens prescribed in adults participating in CoRIS from 2014 to 2017. Only regimens prescribed in >5% of patients were considered. We used multivariable multinomial regression to estimate Relative Risk Ratios (RRRs) for the association between sociodemographic and clinical characteristics and the choice of the initial regimen. RESULTS: Among 2874 participants, abacavir(ABC)/lamivudine(3TC)/dolutegavir(DTG) was the most frequently prescribed regimen (32.1%), followed by tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF)/emtricitabine (FTC)/elvitegravir(EVG)/cobicistat(COBI) (14.9%), TDF/FTC/rilpivirine (RPV) (14.0%), tenofovir alafenamide (TAF)/FTC/EVG/COBI (13.7%), TDF/FTC+DTG (10.0%), TDF/FTC+darunavir/ritonavir or darunavir/cobicistat (bDRV) (9.8%) and TDF/FTC+raltegravir (RAL) (5.6%). Compared with ABC/3TC/DTG, starting TDF/FTC/RPV was less likely in patients with CD4100.000 copies/mL. TDF/FTC+DTG was more frequent in those with CD4100.000 copies/mL. TDF/FTC+RAL and TDF/FTC+bDRV were also more frequent among patients with CD4<200 cells//muL and with transmission categories other than men who have sex with men. Compared with ABC/3TC/DTG, the prescription of other initial ART regimens decreased from 2014-2015 to 2016-2017 with the exception of TDF/FTC+DTG. Differences in the choice of the initial ART regimen were observed by hospitals' location. CONCLUSIONS: The choice of initial ART regimens is consistent with Spanish guidelines' recommendations, but is also clearly influenced by physician's perception based on patient's clinical and sociodemographic variables and by the prescribing hospital location

Differential cross section measurements for the production of a W boson in association with jets in proton–proton collisions at √s = 7 TeV

Measurements are reported of differential cross sections for the production of a W boson, which decays into a muon and a neutrino, in association with jets, as a function of several variables, including the transverse momenta (pT) and pseudorapidities of the four leading jets, the scalar sum of jet transverse momenta (HT), and the difference in azimuthal angle between the directions of each jet and the muon. The data sample of pp collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV was collected with the CMS detector at the LHC and corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 5.0 fb[superscript −1]. The measured cross sections are compared to predictions from Monte Carlo generators, MadGraph + pythia and sherpa, and to next-to-leading-order calculations from BlackHat + sherpa. The differential cross sections are found to be in agreement with the predictions, apart from the pT distributions of the leading jets at high pT values, the distributions of the HT at high-HT and low jet multiplicity, and the distribution of the difference in azimuthal angle between the leading jet and the muon at low values.United States. Optimasi Portofolio Resiko Menggunakan Model Markowitz MVO Dikaitkan dengan Keterbatasan Manusia dalam Memprediksi Masa Depan dalam Perspektif Al-Qur`an

Risk portfolio on modern finance has become increasingly technical, requiring the use of sophisticated mathematical tools in both research and practice. Since companies cannot insure themselves completely against risk, as human incompetence in predicting the future precisely that written in Al-Quran surah Luqman verse 34, they have to manage it to yield an optimal portfolio. The objective here is to minimize the variance among all portfolios, or alternatively, to maximize expected return among all portfolios that has at least a certain expected return. Furthermore, this study focuses on optimizing risk portfolio so called Markowitz MVO (Mean-Variance Optimization). Some theoretical frameworks for analysis are arithmetic mean, geometric mean, variance, covariance, linear programming, and quadratic programming. Moreover, finding a minimum variance portfolio produces a convex quadratic programming, that is minimizing the objective function ðð¥with constraintsð ð 𥠥 ðandð´ð¥ = ð. The outcome of this research is the solution of optimal risk portofolio in some investments that could be finished smoothly using MATLAB R2007b software together with its graphic analysis
