Force meajure and its influence on contract performance

Bakalaura darba mērķis: 1) pētīt, ko nozīmē jēdziens „nepārvarama vara” un tā nozīme mūsdienu līgumtiesībās; 2) noteikt, kādas ir nepārvaramas varas iezīmes; 3) noteikt notikumus, kurus var nodēvēt par nepārvaramu varu; 4) noteikt, kāda veida ietekmi un sekas nepārvaramas varas notikums var atstāt uz līgumu. Bakalaura darbā īpaši tiek izcelti pieci problēmjautājumi par nepārvaramas varas iezīmju robežu precīzu noteikšanu, zaudējumu atlīdzināšanu un alternatīvajiem līguma izpildes veidiem. Bakalaura darbā tika atbildēts uz visiem problēmjautājumiem, izstrādāta nepārvaramas varas definīcija, noteiktas tai raksturīgās iezīmes un gadījumi, ko var nodēvēt par nepārvaramu varu, kā arī noteikta nepārvaramas varas ietekme un sekas uz līguma izpildi.Bachelor thesis has been devoted to one of the most difficult civil law institution – force meajure. This research has been performed by using normative acts of countries, international contracts and also resources which are available in Latvian. Bachelor thesis goal is: 1) examine what is meaning of concept force meajure and its meaning in modern contact law; 2) define features of force meajure; 3) define circumstances which can be force meajure; 4) lay down what kind of effect and consequences force meajure has on performance of contact. In Bachelor thesis has been highlighted five issues about margins of force meajure features, compensation of damages and alternative performance of contracts. Bachelor thesis has been given all answers to questions, there has been given definition of force meajure, defined its characteristic marks and circumstances which can be force meajure, and also determined force meajure effect and consequences to contact performance

Analysis Improvement of the Apiculture Producer's Marketing Activities

Bakalaura darba tēma ir „Biškopības produkcijas ražotāja mārketinga darbības analīze un pilnveide”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir uz biškopības nozares un produkcijas analīzes pamata izstrādāt priekšlikumus biškopības produkcijas ražotāja- IK ‘’Mazkalnēni” darbības pilnveidei. Diplomdarbs sastāv no ievada un trīs nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, kā arī literatūras un avotu saraksta. Bakalaura darba nobeigumā ir priekšlikumi IK „Mazkalnēni” darbības pilnveidei. Autore iesaka, lai veicinātu vaska sveču virzīšanu tirgū un palielinātu ražošanas apjomus, jāiegādājas jaunas, neesošas vaska sveču formas, jauni medus produkcijas iepakojumi, kuri piesaistītu jau esošo pircēju uzmanību un piesaistītu jaunus pircējus. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 67 lapas. Tajā iekļauti 17 attēli un 15 tabulas.Darbam ir 2 pielikumi.The theme of Paper is „Analysis and Improvement of the Apiculture Producer`s Mar-keting Activities”. The aims of this work is based on analysis of bee-keeping industry and production, to develop proposals of apiculture producer IK Mazkalnēni activity improvement. The graduation work consist of an introduction, 3 chapters, conclusions, suggestions and the bibliography. The end of graduation work have recommendations for individual merchants „Maz-kalnēni” activity improvement. The author rocommends, to encourage vax candle and honey production volumes, to buy a new vax candles shapes and new honey production packages whitch attract the attention of the allready exsisting customers and attraact new customers. The graduation work contains 67 pages. There are 17 pictures and 14 tables. The paper contains appendixes
