Purchasing decision stage decision process where the consumer actually purchases theproduct. Generated by the purchasing decisions of consumers would be more difficult, especially in acompetitive market because there are many options that make the consumer is free to make his choice.Allegations of factors that influence the purchase decision is brand awareness and quality of service. This study was conducted to determine the effect of brand awareness and quality of service onpurchasing decisions in Peacock Coffee Gajah Mada Semarang. In this study using the technique ofsampling non probability sampling with accidental sampling that can be taken 155 consumerrespondents Peacock Coffee Gajah Mada Semarang. The data analysis used is regression. The resultsshowed that the results of the t 19.591> t table 1.975 then kesdaran brand (X1) has a positive andsignificant impact on purchasing decisions (Y), the results of the t 21.302> t table 1.975, the qualityof service (X2) has a positive and significant impact on the purchasing decisions (Y). The resultsshowed that there was a positive and significant influence between brand awareness and servicequality together to purchasing decision

The government is responsible for meeting all the needs of decent health services for the community. The government's policy to meet the needs of the community in health services is the existence of the Social Security Administering Agency (BPJS) Health. In Kuantan Singingi Regency there is the only hospital with type C that is District General Hospital (RSUD) Teluk Kuantan which is a regional technical institution as health service provider in cooperation with Social Security Administering Body (BPJS) Health. The purpose of this study is to determine (1) Quality of service for participants BPJS Health at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Teluk Kuantan Year 2016. (2) Factors that affect the quality of service for participants BPJS Health at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Teluk Kuantan Year 2016. Type of research used is descriptive research using qualitative approach. Data analysis used is qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the quality of service for participants BPJS Health at Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Teluk Kuantan in 2016 can be said not good. Facts found in the field are facilities and infrastructure and medical support equipment is still inadequate, drug supply is also very limited, in providing services Doctors and Nurses are not friendly and still found differences in service provided by the hospital to patients BPJS Health. Service is also not timely and officers are still less responsive in serving patients. Factors affecting health services for patients BPJS Health in this hospital is the availability of facilities, human resources, funds and knowledge of the community

    Programming Abstractions for Data Locality

The goal of the workshop and this report is to identify common themes and standardize concepts for locality-preserving abstractions for exascale programming models. Current software tools are built on the premise that computing is the most expensive component, we are rapidly moving to an era that computing is cheap and massively parallel while data movement dominates energy and performance costs. In order to respond to exascale systems (the next generation of high performance computing systems), the scientific computing community needs to refactor their applications to align with the emerging data-centric paradigm. Our applications must be evolved to express information about data locality. Unfortunately current programming environments offer few ways to do so. They ignore the incurred cost of communication and simply rely on the hardware cache coherency to virtualize data movement. With the increasing importance of task-level parallelism on future systems, task models have to support constructs that express data locality and affinity. At the system level, communication libraries implicitly assume all the processing elements are equidistant to each other. In order to take advantage of emerging technologies, application developers need a set of programming abstractions to describe data locality for the new computing ecosystem. The new programming paradigm should be more data centric and allow to describe how to decompose and how to layout data in the memory.Fortunately, there are many emerging concepts such as constructs for tiling, data layout, array views, task and thread affinity, and topology aware communication libraries for managing data locality. There is an opportunity to identify commonalities in strategy to enable us to combine the best of these concepts to develop a comprehensive approach to expressing and managing data locality on exascale programming systems. These programming model abstractions can expose crucial information about data locality to the compiler and runtime system to enable performance-portable code. The research question is to identify the right level of abstraction, which includes techniques that range from template libraries all the way to completely new languages to achieve this goal

Gendered self-views across 62 countries: a test of competing models

Social role theory posits that binary gender gaps in agency and communion should be larger in less egalitarian countries, reflecting these countries’ more pronounced sex-based power divisions. Conversely, evolutionary and self-construal theorists suggest that gender gaps in agency and communion should be larger in more egalitarian countries, reflecting the greater autonomy support and flexible self-construction processes present in these countries. Using data from 62 countries (N = 28,640), we examine binary gender gaps in agentic and communal self-views as a function of country-level objective gender equality (the Global Gender Gap Index) and subjective distributions of social power (the Power Distance Index). Findings show that in more egalitarian countries, gender gaps in agency are smaller and gender gaps in communality are larger. These patterns are driven primarily by cross-country differences in men’s self-views and by the Power Distance Index (PDI) more robustly than the Global Gender Gap Index (GGGI). We consider possible causes and implications of these findings

Psychometric Properties and Correlates of Precarious Manhood Beliefs in 62 Nations

Precarious manhood beliefs portray manhood, relative to womanhood, as a social status that is hard to earn, easy to lose, and proven via public action. Here, we present cross-cultural data on a brief measure of precarious manhood beliefs (the Precarious Manhood Beliefs scale [PMB]) that covaries meaningfully with other cross-culturally validated gender ideologies and with country-level indices of gender equality and human development. Using data from university samples in 62 countries across 13 world regions (N = 33,417), we demonstrate: (1) the psychometric isomorphism of the PMB (i.e., its comparability in meaning and statistical properties across the individual and country levels); (2) the PMB’s distinctness from, and associations with, ambivalent sexism and ambivalence toward men; and (3) associations of the PMB with nation-level gender equality and human development. Findings are discussed in terms of their statistical and theoretical implications for understanding widely-held beliefs about the precariousness of the male gender role
