Stability of KdV equation in a network with bounded and unbounded lengths

In this work, we studied the exponential stability of the nonlinear KdV equation posed in a finite star shaped network. On each branch of the network we define a KdV equation posed on a finite domain (0, ℓ j) or the half-line (0, ∞). We start by proving well-posedness and some regularity results. Then, we state the exponential stability of the linear KdV equation by acting with a damping term on some branches. The main idea is to prove a suitable observability inequality. In the nonlinear case, we obtain two kinds of results: The first result holds for small amplitude solutions, and is proved using a perturbation argument from the linear case but without acting on all edges. The second result is a semiglobal stability result, and it is obtained by proving an observability inequality directly for the nonlinear system, but we need to act with damping terms in all the branches. In this case, we are able to prove the stabilization in weighted spaces

book to be publishedPaul Celans prominente Selbstbeschreibung als einsprachiger Dichter und die markante Mehrsprachigkeit sowohl seiner Lebenswelt als auch seines literarischen Schaffens sind als zwei Seiten seiner Schriftstelleridentität untrennbar miteinander verbunden. In der Öffnung seines Schreibens auf sprachliche Diversität und Alterität bei gleichzeitigem Festhalten an der deutschen Muttersprache liegt eine der Hauptquellen des „schicksalhaft Einmaligen“, das er für seine Dichtung beanspruchte. Wie kaum ein anderer Schriftsteller fühlte sich Celan existenziell an das Deutsche gebunden, doch gleichzeitig griff er wie kaum ein anderer in seinem Schreiben auf andere Sprachen zurück. Seine Übersetzungen und Selbstübersetzungen, sein exophones Schreiben, das in vielen veröffentlichten und nachgelassenen Texten zu beobachtende Code-Switching, sowie vielfältige sprachliche Inter- bzw. Transferenzen veranschaulichen eine für sein gesamtes Schaffen grundlegende Polyglossie. Die Bedeutung von Celans Schreibens ›zwischen‹ den Sprachen lässt sich direkt aus seinem Werk herleiten und anhand vieler Textbeispiele sowohl poetologisch als auch linguistisch veranschaulichen. In unterschiedlichen Formen und auf verschiedenen Ebenen sind dabei über ein Dutzend Sprachen in Phänomene des Sprachwechsel, der Sprachmischung und der Sprachreflexion involviert. Unter Rückgriff auf translatorische Verfahren, postdadaistische Schreibtechniken und in Anlehnung an die jüdische Sprachmystik benutzt der Dichter Mehrsprachigkeit zur Erzeugung einer „Vielstelligkeit des Ausdrucks“ mittels sprachlicher Superposition und translingualer Mehrfachcodierung. Auf diese Weise wird das Deutsche als Trägersprache der Judenvernichtung ›anreichert‹, verfremdet und dekonstruiert. Im Medium der Lyrik wird Celans translinguale Schreibpraxis mithin zum Ausdruck eines distanziert-kritischen, ja aporetischen Verhältnisses zur Muttersprache. Mit der vorliegenden Studie wird erstmals der Versuch unternommen, Paul Celans Mehrsprachigkeit in ihrer ganzen Breite und Tiefe darzustellen. Neben einer umfassenden Typologie der verschiedenen Schreibverfahren im Kontext seiner poetologischen Positionen – auf Basis zahlreicher Textbeispiele und Stellenkommentare – sowie einer exemplarischen Gesamtinterpretation des Gedichts „Huhediblu“, wird nicht zuletzt an ausgewählten Beispielen dargestellt, wie Celans Poetik und Praxis der ›Wortöffnung‹ zu einem der prägenden Einflüsse einer translingualen Gegenwartsliteratur wurde

It is composed of solidary, non-mobile elements, which tend only to an ephemeral plausibility and an artistic effect. The mask or makeup is independent of the disguise. Profils verbal et non verbal dans le Trouble Développemental du Langage et le Trouble du Spectre de l’Autisme. Apports pour le diagnostic différentiel

Les difficultés de langage sont souvent le premier motif de consultation pour un diagnostic d’un trouble développemental du langage ou d’un trouble du spectre de l’autisme. La question du diagnostic différentiel entre ces deux troubles est donc centrale, alors qu’il est parfois difficile de les distinguer sur la base des profils langagiers. Pour répondre à cette difficulté, l’objectif de cette revue de littérature est de mettre en parallèle les profils verbaux et non verbaux observés dans ces deux troubles. Il en ressort que si le domaine langagier ne permet souvent pas de différencier les deux troubles, les capacités non verbales peuvent être un bon indicateur pour le diagnostic différentiel. Les implications cliniques de ce constat sont discutées

Analytical Bounds for an Interval Kalman Filter

International audienceThis paper is concerned with analytical developments of results firstly introduced by the authors in [1]. These developments are devoted to the optimization of upper bounds of the interval covariance matrices appearing in the Interval Kalman Filter [2]. The proposed study is mainly highlighted through two aspects. Firstly, the optimization is further performed by considering a class of upper bounds and minimizing the traces of these bounds in two stages (in terms of a gain matrix and then with respect to a scalar parameter). Secondly, the paper provides conditions under which the optimal trace value is controlled and hence the proposed Algorithm in [1], namely Optimal Upper Bound Interval Kalman Filter (OUBIKF), is ensured to perform with stability (i.e. without width explosion of the resulting interval estimators). Also under these conditions, the OUBIKF Algorithm, having a similar structure of the Standard Kalman Filter (SKF), is ensured to get a smaller trace upper bound of the covariance matrices in the correction step than the one in the prediction step. Numerical simulations based on anautomotive model is performed to illustrate the developed results

Elle s’appuie sur l’enquête de référence en la matière, le Global Media Monitoring Project (GMMP). Dépassant les résultats de l’enquête, accessibles par ailleurs, il s’agit d’abord de s’interroger sur les conditions de production des chiffres ici fournis ; de proposer une analyse critique des résultats obtenus ; d’élargir le questionnement dans une perspective intersectionnelle, en prenant en compte des corpus originaux jusqu’ici inexploités ; et enfin, de s’interroger sur l’apport des intelligences artificielles en confrontant les processus de comptage manuels et automatisés
