    Perilaku agresif adalah bentuk perilaku yang dapat menyakiti orang lain dengan tujuan untuk pemeliharaan hidup perilaku agresif itu sendiri berasal dari proses kognitif yang terganggu .dalam kehidupannya peserta didik yang mengalami berbagai permasalahan dalam hidup salah satunya adalah perilaku agresif, sehingga diharapkan permasalhan peserta didiktersebut bisa di bantu penyelesainya oleh guru agar dapat mengatasi masalah dengan lebih mudah dengan bimbingan seorang guru yang akhirnya masalahperilaku agresif ini tidak mengganggu perkembangan dan pertumbunhanya. masalah pada penelitian ini adalah terdapatpeserta didik yang memiliki perilaku agresif. rumusan masalah adalah apakah konseling behavioral melalui teknik modeling efektif untuk mengatasi perilaku garesif pada peserta didik kelas VIII SMPN 07 Bandar Lampung 2016/2017? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui menurunya perilaku agresif peserta didik dengan konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling.Jenis peneltian adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode menggunakan design one group pretes –postes . sampel yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 10 peserta didik dari kelas VIII B smpn 7 bndar Lampung hasil dari skor tertinggi penyebaran angket perilaku agresif sebanyak 25 item. Angket yang digunakan sebagai prets dan psotes. Hasil rata-rata skor perilaku agresif sebelum mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling adalah 73,3 dan setelah mengikuti konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling menurun menjadi 47,2. dari hasil uji t dengan (df)=9 taraf signifikan 0,05 sebesar 2,262. Karena nilai thitung ≥t tabel (4,063 ≥ 2,262) , maka Ho di tolak dan Ha diterima yang berarti ada pengaruh efektivitas konseling behavioral dengan teknik modeling untuk mengatsi perilaku agresif pada peserta didik smpn 7 bandar Lampung . saran yang di ajukan peneliti yaitu kepada guru bimbingan dan konseling agar dapat melaksanakan pelyannna bimbingan dan konseling dengan menyertakan layannan konseling behavioral dengn teknik modelin dalam mengatasi perilaku agresif peserta didik

    Makna Priyayi dalam Novel Para Priyayi dan Jalan Menikung Analisis Struktural Semiotik

    This study aims to describe the structure and meaning of priyayi in the Novel Para Priyayi (PP) and Jalan Menikung (JM) by Umar Kayam. The method used descriptive, qualitative research forms, and structural semiotic approach. Data were collected by using the method of documentation through a semiotic reading of the model, namely the reading of heuristic and hermeneutic readings or retroactive. The research data validity is checked by reading novels carefully and repeatedly, until the determined function and its relevance in shaping the overall unity of the text\u27s meaning. The results showed that the PP and JM novel structure consists of two parts, namely the formal structure and narrative structure. The second narrative structure of the novel is not arranged in a linear manner. Meaning priyayi shifting, namely: in the novel PP, the term priyayi initially interpreted as a change in social standing vertically caused successfully complete school and become employees of the Dutch colonial government at that time, which is called the gupermen. The priyayi running the values priyayi firmly as a guideline daily life. In the novel JM, meaning priyayi became unclear. Occurs acceptance of modern elements along with the growth of culture. The values of priyayi in part is retained, but began to lose "soul"

    The Influence of Service Quality, Price and Promotion on Consumer Satisfaction

    Service quality is a comparison between the service perceived by consumers and the expected service quality for the level of excellence to meet consumer desires. Price is the value of a product in exchange for other products. Promotion is a specific strategy of personal advertising, sales promotion and public relations that a company uses to achieve its advertising and marketing objectives. consumer satisfaction is an assessment that the features of the product or service itself, provide a level of fulfillment related to pleasant consumption. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality, price and promotion on consumer satisfaction. The population in this study are consumers of the Wine Organizer, with 100 respondents obtained from the lemeshow formula. The data collection technique used in this study was by distributing it via google form. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results in this study explain that service quality affects consumer satisfaction, price affects consumer satisfaction, promotions affect consumer satisfaction

    Search for resonant top plus jet production in ttˉt\bar{t} + jets events with the ATLAS detector in pppp collisions at s=7\sqrt{s}=7 TeV

    This paper presents a search for a new heavy particle produced in association with a top or antitop quark. Two models in which the new heavy particle is a color singlet or a color triplet are considered, decaying, respectively, to t̅ q or tq, leading to a resonance within the tt̅ +jets signature. The full 2011 ATLAS pp collision data set from the LHC (4.7  fb-1) is used to search for tt̅ events produced in association with jets, in which one of the W bosons from the top quarks decays leptonically and the other decays hadronically. The data are consistent with the Standard Model expectation, and a new particle with mass below 430 Gev for both W′ boson and color triplet models is excluded at 95% confidence level, assuming unit right-handed coupling.United States.
