    Factores asociados al bienestar subjetivo en docentes chilenos

    Teachers are one of the main pillars of our society, multiple studies indicate that their subjective well-being is essential for a good performance of their duties. This research aims to identify the main protective and risk factors that affect teacher well-being in Chilean school teachers, through five descriptive-correlational studies. A probabilistic and stratified sample was used in 700 teachers who work in schools in urban areas of Chile. They answered a questionnaire made up of 16 characterization questions and 8 scales: Collective Efficacy in short format, Personal Well-being Inventory for Adults, Satisfaction with school, social well-being at school, Assessment of Burnout Syndrome, Perceived Discrimination, Satisfaction with life and Organizational Justice. According to the results, it can be established that the main protective factors of the subjective well-being of teachers are the vocation and enthusiasm for work. On the other hand, collective efficacy, by itself, would not be strongly related to well-being, but it is relevant when it works by mediating the perception of organizational justice. At the level of risk factors for subjective well-being, we found two dimensions linked to burnout: psychological exhaustion and guilt. Finally, discrimination based on age and sexual identity seems to have a strong impact on the well-being of Chilean teachers. Aquesta investigaci√≥ es proposa identificar els principals factors protectors i de risc que afecten el benestar docent en professors xilens d'educaci√≥ escolar, a trav√©s de la realitzaci√≥ de cinc estudis de car√†cter descriptiu correlacional. Es va utilitzar una mostra probabil√≠stica i estratificada de 700 docents que treballen a escoles en zones urbanes de Xile. Se'ls va fer respondre un q√ľestionari compost per 16 preguntes de caracteritzaci√≥ i 8 escales: Efic√†cia Col¬∑lectiva en format curt, Personal Well-being Inventory for Adults, Satisfacci√≥ amb l'escola, Benestar social a l'escola, Avaluaci√≥ de la S√≠ndrome de Cremar-se pel Treball, Discriminaci√≥ percebuda, Satisfacci√≥ amb la vida i Just√≠cia Organitzacional. Sestableix que els principals factors protectors del benestar subjectiu dels docents s√≥n la vocaci√≥ i la il¬∑lusi√≥ pel treball. D'altra banda, l'efic√†cia col¬∑lectiva per si sola no estaria fortament relacionada amb el benestar, per√≤ quan funciona mitjan√ßant la percepci√≥ de just√≠cia organitzacional si resulta rellevant. A nivell de factors de risc per al benestar subjectiu, trobem dues dimensions del burnout, el desgast ps√≠quic i la culpa. A m√©s, la discriminaci√≥ per edat i identitat sexual sembla impactar fortament al benestar dels docents xilens.     The production cross section of electrons from semileptonic decays of beauty hadrons was measured at mid-rapidity (|y| < 0.8) in the transverse momentum range 1 < pt < 8 Gev/c with the ALICE experiment at the CERN LHC in pp collisions at a center of mass energy sqrt{s} = 7 TeV using an integrated luminosity of 2.2 nb^{-1}. Electrons from beauty hadron decays were selected based on the displacement of the decay vertex from the collision vertex. A perturbative QCD calculation agrees with the measurement within uncertainties. The data were extrapolated to the full phase space to determine the total cross section for the production of beauty quark-antiquark pairs
