      Semiotic examination and Stylistics in Both phonetic level and Syntactic level of sura nouh            Danesh Mohammadi Rakati *   Alireza Mohammad Rezaei **      Abstract      Stylistic is one of the important Methods in Linguistics, that many of the Linguistic researches about Quran are based on it. This article seeks to use statistical methods to explore the implications of language in Sura Noah, through the analysis at the linguistic level. According to the language of the sura Noah, we analyzed both phonetic level and syntactic level. Research findings indicate that increased use of bass phones and repetition of some sounds such as “R”, are coordinated with the overall context of sura. At the syntactic level, pronouns at the beginning of the sura, indicates the efforts of Noah to evoke emotions of his People, and at the end of the sura, pronouns indicate the efforts of Noah to distance himself from his people, because they rejected his invitation .     The Curriculum Development for Arabic language skills Needs to needs analysis (NA) and situation analysis (SA). NA examines the linguistic needs and SA examines Non-linguistic factors such as societal factors, project factor, institutional factors, teacher factors, learner factors. This work examines the Teachers and learners' perceptions as part of the teacher factors and learner factors, about communicative approach. The method of study is survey and the research tool is questionnaire. The study sample is consisted of two groups of students and teachers. The method of data analysis is quantitative. The main questions of this study are: A: Is there a gap between the communicative approach principals and Teachers and learners' perceptions? B: If yes, what are the perceptions that cause this gap? Results of the study indicate that there is a gap between the communicative approach principals and the Teachers and learners' perceptions and this gap are based on their commitment some of the traditional principles in language teaching
