Tato práce se zabývá dekódováním různých druhů čárových kódů v obraze. Vybrané druhy čárových kódů podrobně popisuje. Představuje přístup k dekódování lineárních i maticových čárových kódů. Praktická část se zabývá návrhem a implementací programové knihovny pro čtení vybraných typů čárových kódů v jazyce Java.This work deals with the decoding of different types of barcodes in the image. Selected types of bar codes are described in detail. Presents an approach to decode linear and matrix bar codes. The practical part deals with the design and implementation of software library for reading selected types of bar codes in Java.

Import 04/07/2011Předmětem bakalářské práce je návrh domova s pečovatelskou službou v Lázních Bohdaneč a s tím související vyřešení problematiky s navržením napojení inženýrských sítí, parkování, úprav okolí, odpadového hospodářství a mobiliáře. Na základě shromážděných poznatků o území a potřebách dané oblasti byl proveden rozbor současného stavu lokality. Bakalářská práce je vypracována v rozsahu architektonicko-urbanistické studie, jejíž textová a výkresová část respektuje základní požadavky vyhlášky č.503/2006 Sb. na obsah a rozsah dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby. Mým cílem bylo především vhodné skloubení účelnosti, funkčnosti a estetičnosti.The subject of bachelor thesis was to design a nursing home in Spa Bohdanec and resolve issues associated with designing the connecting utilities, parking, editing environment, waste management and street furniture. By gathering evidence about the needs of the area has been analyzed the current state of the area. The bachelor thesis is developed in a range of architectural and urban studies, the text and tracing part are respecting the basic requirements of decree n.503/2006. the content and scope of the application dossier for a decision on the location of buildings. Alternative investment funds

Účelem této diplomové práce je uceleně pojednat o právní úpravě alternativních investičních fondů v České republice. Diplomová práce je členěna do sedmi částí. První část se věnuje vymezení alternativních investičních fondů. Cílem této části je vysvětlit právní úpravu EU (přijetí a implementaci AIFMD). Na tuto část plynule navazuje část druhá, která popisuje aktuální právní úpravu ČR. Součástí této části je i podrobný popis věcné působnosti zákona o investičních společnostech a investičních fondech. Třetí část je věnována vybraným právním formám alternativních investičních fondů podle ZISIF. Jedná se především o podílový fond, svěřenecký fond, komanditní společnost na investiční listy (SICAR) a akciovou společnost s proměnným kapitálem. Čtvrtá část obsahuje definici jednotlivých subjektů zajišťující vybrané činnosti fondu. V této části je k dispozici popis osoby obhospodařovatele, administrátora, depozitáře či hlavního podpůrce včetně výčtu závazných pravidel týkajících se jejich činnosti. Nedílnou součástí těchto kapitol je rovněž vymezení postavení jednotlivých subjektů vůči sobě navzájem, tj. rozsah jejich práv a povinností. V případě alternativních investičních fondů je...The purpose of this diploma thesis is to comprehensively describe the legal regulation of alternative investment funds in the Czech Republic. The diploma thesis is divided into seven parts. The first part deals with the definition of alternative investment funds. The aim of this section is to explain the EU legislation (acceptance and implementation of AIFMD). This part is continuously followed by the second part, which covers the current legislation of the Czech Republic. A part of this section is also a detailed description of the material scope of the Act on Investment Companies and Investment Funds. The third part is devoted to selected legal forms of alternative investment funds according to ZISIF. These are primarily a unit trust, a trust fund, a limited partnership for investment certificates (SICAR) and a joint-stock company with variable capital. The fourth part contains the definition of individual entities ensuring selected activities of the fund. Draft Concept Of Model Situations In Close Combat As Part Of Special Physical Education In The Army Of The Czech Republic

Cílem tohoto článku je návrh koncepce modelových situací v boji zblízka ve specifických podmínkách Armády České republiky. Článek se zabývá návrhem koncepce modelových situací, které jsou v současnosti jednou z dominantních výukových metod v různých systémech sebeobrany. Výcvik boje zblízka v AČR je důležitým faktorem, ovlivňujícím hodnocení vojáka ve speciální tělesné přípravě. Návrh je podnětem pro další zkoumání a praktické využití při výcviku. Vychází ze zásad výcviku ve speciální tělesné přípravě a snaží se vytvořit základní rámec modelových situací boje zblízka pro příslušníky AČR, bez ohledu na jejich odbornost.The aim of this article is to introduce the issue of model situations in close quarters combat in specific conditions of military environment. The article describes the design of concept model situations. The model situations are currently one of the dominant teaching methods among different systems of self-defense. Close Quarters Combat Training in the Army is an important factor affecting the rating of a soldier in special physical training. The proposal is a stimulus for further research and practical applications within training. The proposal recommends principles of training in special physical training to create a basic framework of model situations of close quarters combat for the Czech Army regardless of their proficiency

Na základě shromážděných poznatků bude proveden rozbor problematiky současného stavu a lokality. Textová a výkresová část diplomové práce respektuje základní požadavky vyhlášky č.503/2006 Sb. na obsah a rozsah dokumentace k žádosti o vydání rozhodnutí o umístění stavby. Návrh adaptace byl proveden ve dvou funkčních variantách. První varianta je zpracována v diplomové práci podrobněji a řeší tak i problematiku napojení na technickou a dopravní infrastrukturu a ekonomické zhodnocení.The subject of the diploma thesis is an adaptation of the building in Prague 1, Bolzano st. 1679/3 by the form of volume study of the central medical home. Based on the collected information will be analyzed the current condition and locality issues. Text and drawing part of the diploma thesis respects the basic requirements of the standard č.503/2006 Coll. the content and scope of the application dossier for a decision on the location of the building. The proposed adjustment has been prepared in two functional variants. Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku využití znalostního managementu v malé organizaci, na identifikaci znalostních zdrojů a potřeb a nenásilném začlenění zásad znalostního managementu do každodenní práce organizace. Teoretická část této práce objasňuje základní pojmy a premisy znalostního managementu a nastiňuje jej jako disciplínu, která se prolíná ostatními manažerskými oblastmi. Praktická část práce se zabývá analýzou současné situace organizace, především pak z pohledu využívání znalostních zdrojů a jejich ohodnocení, a návrhem vhodného systému pro správu znalostí v dané organizaci.This master’s thesis deals about Knowledge management in a small organization, and identification of knowledge resources and needs and the integration of knowledge management principles into the daily work of the organization. The theoretical part explains the basic terms and assumptions of knowledge management and shows a multidisciplinary overlap of knowledge management. The practical part deals with analysis of current situation of organization, especially in terms of utilization of knowledge resources and their evaluation, and design an appropriate system for managing knowledge in the organization.

Práce obsahuje kompletní návrh prototypu vestavěného zařízení pro zobrazování informací z vozidla. Je popsán čip ELM327 a jeho základní použití. Popisuje také vývoj diagnostické zásuvky vozidel v Evropských zemích. Obsahuje kompletní popis návrhu schématu, desky plošných spojů a popis implementace firmware. Práce popisuje využití realtime operačního systému ve vestavěném zařízení.This work includes the complete design of a prototype embedded system for displaying information from a vehicle. ELM327 chip is described and its basic use. Work also describes the development of the diagnostic socket for  vehicles in European countries. Also contains a complete description of developing schematic, printed circuit board and firmware implementation. The thesis describes the use of realtime operating system in embedded system.

Bis-picolinamide Ruthenium(III) Dihalide Complexes: Dichloride-to-Diiodide Exchange Generates Single trans Isomers with High Potency and Cancer Cell Selectivity

A library of new bis-picolinamide ruthenium(III) dihalide complexes of the type [RuX2L2] (X=Cl or I, L=picolinamide) have been synthesised and characterised. The complexes exhibit different picolinamide ligand binding modes, whereby one ligand is bound (N,N) and the other bound (N,O). Structural studies revealed a mixture of cis and trans isomers for the [RuCl2L2] complexes but upon a halide exchange reaction to yield [RuI2L2], only single trans isomers were detected. High cytotoxic activity against human cancer cell lines was observed, with the potencies of some complexes similar to or better than cisplatin. The conversion to [RuI2L2] substantially increased the activity towards cancer cell lines by more than twelvefold. The [RuI2L2] complexes displayed potent activity against the A2780cis (cisplatin-resistant human ovarian cancer) cell line, with a more than fourfold higher potency than cisplatin. Equitoxic activity was observed against normoxic and hypoxic cancer cells, which indicates the potential to eradicate both the hypoxic and aerobic fractions of solid tumours with similar efficiency. The activity of selected complexes against non-cancer ARPE-19 cells was also tested. The [RuI2L2] complexes were found to be more potent than the [RuCl2L2] analogues and also more selective towards cancer cells with a selectivity factor in excess of sevenfold
