    A family is essentially part of the structure of a society, even the most important element, for it is considered to be the benchmark of the goodness of it. For the sake of that reason, to acquire a deep understanding about the philosophy of the intention of shariah laws is extremely important. This research is aimed to acquire two goals, i.e. firstly, to describe the intention of shariah in the case of the law of muslim family construction and its terminations. Secondly, to elaborate the levels of syariah intention from the side of its urgency (primary, secondary and tertiary), and relates to the five main principles of shariah intentions, i.e.: the preservation of religion, soul, mind, ancestry, and assets. The research using the method of istiqra’ and istinbath (literature and interpretation of al-Quran and sunnah evidences) which is by looking for the intentions of shariah behind the Muslim family laws and interpreting the relevant divine evidences accordingly. The results of the study shows that the law of muslim family constructions and terminations are sturdy and without contradictions inside. The decree of all shariah laws are aimed to be divine which is to actualize a happy family here in the world and in the day of judgement. The intentions of shariahs are not at the same levels, which some of them are characterized as primary, and others treated as secondary as well as tertiary. From this point of view for whom has responsibilities to educate muslim families must be aware this case and consider accurately.     Multi-scale analysis of the effect of loading conditions on monotonic and fatigue behavior of a glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) composite

    In this paper, two kinds of PPS/GF composite samples (PPS-0°, PPS-90°) were prepared with two different fiber main orientations related to the injection direction. A wide range of their properties were discussed. Using DMTA analysis, it was shown that the PPS/GF composite under study obeyed the time-temperature equivalence principle. Moreover, Perez model was verified and gave a good estimation of the viscoelastic properties of the PPS/GF. Monotonic and fatigue behaviors and fatigue life of PPS/GF were investigated. Fiber's orientation, applied amplitude and loading frequency effects were emphasized. Self-heating effect on fatigue strength was also analyzed. SEM fracture surface observations allowed analyzing, at the local scale, the main deformation mechanisms occurring during mechanical loading. No evident damage development was observed for both monotonic and fatigue loading. PPS matrix plasticity appeared to be the predominant deformation mechanism until a semi-ductile or semi-brittle final failure depending on the loading conditions and local microstructure

    The impact of gamification intention to use in e-learning through student attitude: evidence from Egyptian Private Higher Education Institutions (HIEs)

    The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many universities to move to online learning to sustain students’ education. Today’s Students are digital natives. They grew up with digital technologies and have different learning styles, new attitude to the learning process and higher requirements for teaching and learning. Indeed, there is a need to develop new e-learning models that transform education to sustain goals and achieve education’s objectives. Modern pedagogical paradigms and trends in education, reinforced by the use of ICT, create prerequisites for use of new approaches and techniques in order to implement active learning. Gamification is one of these trends as applying gamification in a non-gaming environment motivates students and also keeps them engaged in learning. The purpose of this research is to empirically investigate gamification intention to use in E-learning through student attitude in the Egyptian Private Higher Education Institutions (HIEs). This study proposes to integrate the personal characteristics including the dimensions (computer anxiety, enjoyment, self-efficacy) which extends the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) including dimensions (Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use). The objectives of this research are: to examine how gamification affects intention to use in E-learning, to identify how gamification affects student’s attitude, to investigate how student’s attitude affects intention to use gamification. Data in this study came from a survey of 4.3 acceptable responses. the results were analysed employing by Structural Equation Modeling technique (SEM) using Analysis Moment of Structures (AMOS) software. The main conclusions drawn from this study are: the direct effect between gamifications and intention to use gamification in E-learning is statistically significant, the direct effect between gamification and student’s attitude towards gamification is statistically significant, the direct effect between student’s attitude towards gamification and intention to use gamification in E-learning is statistically significant, and finally, student’s attitude mediates the relationship between gamification and intention to use Egyptian higher education institutions
