Prof. Dr. Kuswaji Dwi Priyono, M.Si adalah guru besar bidang . Beliau lahir di Gunungkidul, 14 November 1963 lalu menempuh pendidikan sekolah dasar di SDN 1 Semanu (1975), sekolah menengah pertama di SMPN 1 Wonosari (1978), sekolah menengah atas di SMAN 1 Wonosari (1982), strata 1 di Fakultas Geografi UGM (1988), strata 2 di MIPA UGM (1998), serta strata 3 di sekolah Pascasarjana UGM (2012). Sampai saat ini, publikasi ilmiahnya telah dimuat di berbagai jurnal ilmiah dengan hak kekayaan intelektual sebanyak 3 buah
Tinjauan Terhadap Masa Kerja Dalam Perjanjian Kerja Waktu Tertentu Pasca Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi No. 168/PUU-XXI/2023
The development of the industrial sector in Indonesia contributes significantly to the national economy. However, the dynamics of industrial relations between workers and employers still face various challenges, particularly in the implementation of Fixed-Term Employment Agreements (PKWT). Before the enactment of the Job Creation Law, the provisions regarding PKWT were clearly regulated through Law No. 13 of 2003 on Manpower to protect workers' rights and prevent exploitation. However, changes introduced by the Job Creation Law provide flexibility that allows the extension of Fixed-Term Employment Agreements (PKWT) without time limits and without specific extension periods, potentially disadvantaging workers. Following the enactment of the Job Creation Law, many workers protested and filed petitions with the Constitutional Court. On October 31, 2023, the Constitutional Court issued Decision No. 168/PUU-XXI/2023 to improve the policies of the Job Creation Law deemed detrimental to workers. This study aims to analyze the provisions regarding the time limits for extending Fixed-Term Employment Agreements (PKWT) and their implications for workers' rights. Through this research, the author hopes to contribute both theoretically and practically to the development of fair and sustainable industrial relations in Indonesia
Urgensi Penerbitan Bill Of Lading Bagi Eksportir Dalam Proses Pengangkutan Barang Melalui Ekspedisi Muatan Kapal Laut (EMKL)
As time goes by, international trade activities are growing rapidly in Indonesia. Especially export activities that certainly require good quality and affordable freight services. Sea Freight Expedition (EMKL) is still the mainstay of exporters, because the shipping space is adequate and the prices offered are affordable. As a form of exporter responsibility for the client's goods to arrive at their destination safely, exporters need a document in the form of a Bill of Lading as a valuable document for the protection and security of goods on board. The purpose of this study is to determine the urgency of issuing a Bill of Lading for Exporters in shipping goods via Sea Freight Expedition (EMKL) and to determine the resolution of disputes between exporters and Sea Freight Expedition (EMKL) if there is a delay or damage in the process of transporting goods. This study was studied using a qualitative normative research method, by taking a statute approach and using secondary legal materials in the form of legal journals and other supporting data sources. The results of this study indicate that the Bill of Lading is very important for the parties bound by international trade agreements through sea shipping, as a valuable document that if not issued will cause various new problems. Settlement of disputes that occur between exporters and expeditions in the transportation process can be resolved through litigation or non-litigation. Both are in accordance with the agreement of the parties to find the fairest possible end
Gambaran Tingkat Pengetahuan Masyarakat Tentang Desa Siaga untuk Meningkatkan Kesehatan Ibu Hamil di Desa Kertonatan Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Kartasura
The Desa SIAGA Program is an approach that involves community participation with the aim of improving public health, including maternal health, and has been implemented since 2006. Although socialization has been carried out, many community members are still unaware of the existence of this program, so this is a serious concern. This study aims to evaluate the extent of community knowledge about Desa SIAGA in an effort to improve maternal health in Kertonatan Village, Sukoharjo. Using a quantitative descriptive method, the study was conducted in Kertonatan Village, which is the service area of the Kartasura Health Center, Sukoharjo, in May 2024. The sampling technique used was simple random sampling with a total of 107 respondents aged between 17 and 60 years. The questionnaire used consisted of 16 questions to assess the level of community knowledge about SIAGA Village. The data obtained were analyzed using univariate analysis with descriptive statistical tests of frequency and crosstabs. The results of the study showed that the majority of respondents were women (74 people, 69.2%), aged between 26-35 years (43 people, 40.2%), had a high school/vocational
high school education (65 people, 60.7%), and most worked as housewives (IRT) as many as 48 people (44.9%). From the results of the univariate analysis, it was revealed that 36 people (33.6%) had good knowledge, 56 people (52.3%) had sufficient knowledge, and 15 people (14.0%) had insufficient knowledge. This shows that the Desa SIAGA program has been running for quite a long time, but information and socialization of this program have not been fully distributed and still need improvement in the dissemination of information
Konstruksi Pemberitaan Penanganan Kekerasan Berbasis Gender Di Lingkungan Kampus Oleh Pemerintah Di Media Detik.Com
Gender based violence that occurs in the campus environtment is certainly in the spotlight of online media such as Detik.com. Online media plays a role as a communicator regarding the problem of gender-based violence in the campus environment. This study aims to analyze the construction of Detik.com in reporting on the handling of gender-based violence in the campus environment by the government. This study uses a qualitative method with a framing analysis by Robert N. Entman, namely define problems, diagnose causes, make moral judgement, and treatment recommendation. The research subjects were taken from the news texts of the online media Detik.com between 2023 and 2025. By using a purposive sampling technique that allows researchers to choose the most representative sample in the context of the study, namely news on the online media Detik.com regarding the government’s handling of gender-based violence in the campus environment. The results of the study show that Detik.com frames cases of gender-based violence that occur in the campus environment by emphasizing the sections and legal umbrellas that apply in Indonesia, making the case a serious case. This study also shows that through reporting on gender-based violence on campus, Detik.com is on the side of the victim by protecting the identity to maintain the privacy of the victim
Digital Trust Dan Regulasi Marketplace: Studi Kasus Fenomena Penipuan Di Facebook
Digital trust in online transactions, especially on the Facebook marketplace, has great potential in Indonesia. Despite regulations to protect consumers, fraud cases on this platform continue to rise, resulting in financial losses for users. There are criminals ostensibly selling on Facebook, who take advantage of system weaknesses to commit fraud. This phenomenon not only harms consumers, but can also damage the platform's reputation and hinder the growth of the digital economy in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the legal protection for consumers in transactions on the Facebook marketplace and identify the responsibilities of criminals who are motivated to sell on the Facebook marketplace. The research method used is juridical-normative with a statutory approach (The Statue Approach) as well as secondary data from literature reviews, including laws and other legal sources. This research analyzes three cases of fraud that occurred in the Facebook marketplace, involving perpetrators with different modus operandi, ranging from the sale of counterfeit goods to organized fraud syndicates. The results show that legal protection for consumers in the Facebook marketplace is still not optimal, with several violations of consumer rights. An inefficient complaint system and lack of account mechanisms exacerbate this situation. The liability of criminal offenders is regulated under the ITE Law, and the Criminal Code, where they can be subject to severe criminal sanctions, including imprisonment and significant fines. In addition, the perpetrator also has the responsibility to compensate the victim for the loss caused. This study concludes that to create a safer online transaction environment, Facebook needs to make improvements in its security and consumer protection systems, as well as stricter law enforcement against fraudsters. In addition, educating users about the risks and how to protect themselves when transacting is also very important to reduce the number of frauds on this platform
Pengaruh Anil terhadap Struktur Mikro dan Kekerasan pada Besi Cor Putih
In the metal casting industry, we often hear about a type of cast iron called white cast iron.
White cast iron is a type of cast iron that does not have graphite, so it has very hard but brittle
mechanical properties. This study was conducted to determine the microstructure before and
after the annealing process, as well as the hardness value of white cast iron. Metallographic
testing and composition testing were carried out using Scanning Electron Microscope - Energy
Dispersive X-Ray Spectroscopy (SEM-EDS), while hardness testing was carried out using the
Rockwell hardness method. The results of SEM raw material testing showed that in white cast
iron there were cementite (Fe₃C) and pearlite phases. While the results of SEM annealing
testing showed that in white cast iron there were cementite (Fe₃C), pearlite, and graphite
phases. The results of EDS raw material testing showed that in white cast iron the cementite
phase contained the element Fe (Ferro) of 84.3% by weight, the element C (Carbon) by 14.67%
by weight, and the element Cr (Chromium) by 0.7% by weight. Then, in the perlite phase, there
is a Fe (Ferro) element of 85.5% by weight, a C (Carbon) element of 13.2% by weight, and a
Si (Silicon) element of 1.2% by weight. The results of the EDS annealing test show that in the cementite phase white cast iron there is a Fe (Ferro) element of 83.8% by weight, a C (Carbon)
element of 14.5% by weight, and a Cr (Chromium) element of 1.6% by weight. In the perlite
phase there is a Fe (Ferro) element of 85.9% by weight, a C (Carbon) element of 12.7% by
weight, and a Si (Silicon) element of 1.4% by weight. Then, in the graphite phase, there is a Fe
(Ferro) element of 31.0% xii by weight, a C (Carbon) element of 38% by weight, a Si (Silicon)
element of 0.2% by weight, and an O (Oxygen) element of 30.8% by weight. The results of the
hardness test showed that the hardness value of the raw material specimen obtained an average
hardness value of 48.3 HRC. While the specimen that had been annealed obtained an average
hardness value of 38.5 HRC. So the annealing heat treatment process can reduce the value of
white cast iron
Evaluasi Kinerja Angkutan Umum ( Studi Kasus : Kinerja Angkutan Umum di Kota Salatiga )
To support the activities of the people of Salatiga City, of course adequate public
transportation facilities and infrastructure are needed, one of which is the availability
of city transportation (angkot). Currently, there are 17 routes in Salatiga City (BPS
Salatiga Municipality). Route deviations still occur in Salatiga urban public
transportation. Based on the description of conditions in the field above, it is deemed
necessary to conduct research on "Evaluation of Public Transport Network
Performance in Salatiga City". This research method is a dynamic survey and a static
survey. The purpose of this survey is to be used to analyze the actual performance of
each public transport service with fixed routes in the research area and assess whether
route deviations occur. The research results show that the performance of public
transport frequencies has met the public transport performance standards decided by
the Minister of Transportation Regulations, which can be seen from the peak frequency
obtained at 5 vehicles in 1 hour. For headway public transport performance in
conditions that are less than the public transport performance standards decided by the
Minister of Transportation Regulations, it can be seen from the average headway
obtained of 15.26 minutes compared to the standard, namely 10 - 15 minutes. The load
factor has met the standards obtained at 44.14% and the travel speed has met the public
transport performance standards seen from the peak hour travel speed obtained at
34.36 km/hour
Aktivitas Siber Pada Akun Instagram @Zaskiadyamecca Terhadap Palestina
The development of social media has created a new space for social participation through cyber activities, including in supporting humanitarian issues. Influencers now play a role not only in product promotion, but also in building public opinion and inviting real actions such as donating. This study aims to describe how Zaskia Adya Mecca's credibility as an influencer is formed through her cyber activities on Instagram which can play a role in building her followers' interest in donating to Palestine. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and documentation of Instagram content uploads. The analysis was carried out using Hovland's Source Credibility theory which includes three dimensions: trustworthiness, expertise, and attractiveness. The results of the study show that Zaskia's credibility is formed through consistency in raising the issue of Palestine, direct involvement in the field, and emotional closeness to her followers. Cyber activities carried out strategically and authentically also help shape positive perceptions and encourage donation participation from the audience
Pengaruh Anil Dan Pembentukan Lapisan Diamond-Like Carbon Tekanan 1,0, 1,2, Dan 1,4 Mbar Pada Permukaan Baja Tahan Karat AISI 410 Terhadap Struktur Mikro Dan Kekerasan
This study aims to investigate the effect of annealing treatment and the formation of Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) coating using the Plasma Chemical Vapor Deposition (PCVD) method on the microstructure and surface hardness of AISI 410 stainless steel. The annealing process was carried out at a temperature of 900°C for 30 minutes, followed by furnace cooling to improve the toughness of the material. After annealing, the samples underwent a surface treatment using DLC coating with pressure variations of 1.0, 1.2, and 1.4 mbar. The microstructure was observed using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM), and the coating thickness was measured for each pressure variation. Meanwhile, hardness testing was conducted using the Rockwell scale C (HRC) method in accordance with ASTM E18 standards. The results showed that annealing produced a microstructure consisting of ferrite and pearlite phases and decreased the material's hardness. The formation of DLC coatings through the PCVD process showed an increase in coating thickness with increasing pressure, with average thicknesses of 10.33 µm (1.0 mbar), 15.55 µm (1.2 mbar), and 16.43 µm (1.4 mbar), respectively. Increasing the PCVD pressure also had a positive effect on the surface hardness of AISI 410 steel, with the highest hardness achieved at 1.4 mbar pressure. Therefore, the combination of annealing treatment and DLC coating effectively enhances the hardness and surface performance of the material
