    Concrete has advantages, including being able to be easily shaped according to needs, being able to carry quite heavy loads, being resistant to high temperatures, and having relatively low maintenance costs.     Legal protection for songwriters who want to create songs involves various legal aspects, especially related to copyright, contracts and consumer protection. On the other hand, there are many defaults that occur between songwriters and recording studios, this of course causes losses for the songwriter. The purpose of this research is to find out what legal aspects need to be regulated in the cooperation agreement between the songwriter and Inwaves studio regarding copyright and distribution of the songs produced and to find out the legal protection for songwriters in the music production service agreement at the Sragen Regency Studio. This research uses empirical judicial research whose main data source comes from interviews, and secondary data comes from the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia, the Civil Code, Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, the Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyright. This research discusses the legal aspects regulated in the cooperation agreement between songwriters and inwaves. There are several aspects that need to be protected in song copyright. Copyright protects several rights related to a work. Use of creative works without rights or permission is a copyright violation which can have legal consequences. Along with changes from year to year, the Copyright Law currently in effect is Law no. 28 of 2014 which is the foundation of copyright in Indonesia. In the context of legal protection for songwriters in Sragen Regency, the meaning of legal protection is related to things that take away people's rights, carried out by the community and the authorities.

    Effective asset management plays a crucial role in maximizing the potential of any organization by enhancing operational efficiency and effectiveness. In the educational context, managing assets such as learning equipment, technological devices, and physical facilities is essential to support a high-quality learning process. At SD Negeri Keden 2 Sragen, asset management is still conducted manually, leading to various issues such as inaccurate record-keeping, difficulty in tracking asset locations and conditions, and delayed access to information for decision-making.This research aims to develop a web-based asset management system to address these challenges, with the goal of improving accuracy in record-keeping, enabling effective asset tracking, and providing quick access to information. The research follows the waterfall methodology, encompassing stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and evaluation, followed by maintenance. The development of this system utilizes platforms such as the Laravel framework, Laragon as the database management system, and CSS Bootstrap for the user interface. The expected outcome is a system that facilitates real-time asset recording and tracking, thereby increasing transparency and accountability in asset management.In addition to testing through Blackbox Testing and performance evaluation using JMeter tools, this system is also evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS). The SUS provides a simple, yet reliable method to measure the system's usability by gathering feedback from end-users through a standardized set of questions. This method is essential to ensure that the system not only meets technical requirements but also provides a user-friendly experience. The result shows that this comprehensive approach to system testing can serve as a model for other schools looking to adopt technology in asset management, ultimately supporting the creation of more modern and efficient asset management practices in the educational sector

    Cluntang Village is the area with the highest production of roses in Boyolali Regency, so this high level of production makes farmers dependent on the rose harvest to meet their daily needs and to improve their welfare. Based on these conditions, this research aims to: 1) analyze the level of welfare of rose farmers in Cluntang Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency. and 2) analyze the influence of land area, labor, income and sales location on the level of welfare of rose farmers in Cluntang Village, Musuk District, Boyolali Regency. The research methods used were interviews and surveys with the population of Cluntang Village. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling with a sample size of 30 respondents. The data analysis used is scoring, descriptive analysis, and multiple linear regression. The research results showed that the number of 30 farmer respondents in the high level of welfare category was 23 people or 76.67% and the number of farmers in the moderate level of welfare category was 7 people or 23.3%. The results of the multiple linear regression test showed that income and labor partially had a positive and significant effect on the welfare of rose farmers. The influence of land area and sales location partially has no effect or has a negative effect on farmer welfare. The regression value shows that income has the highest influence with a regression value of 2.165. The results of the coefficient of determination can be interpreted as the land area variable (X1), workforce (X2), income (X3) and sales location (X4) has a simultaneous effect on the welfare variable (Y) of 66.3%. Meanwhile, the rest is explained by other variables that are not included in the equation and are not researched, which have an influence of 33.7%

    Rumah sakit merupakan sarana kesehatan dimana saat ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang signifikan untuk bidang bisnis jasa. Keuntungan yang didapatkan oleh rumah sakit tidak lepas dari pelayanan yang diberikan rumah sakit kepada pelanggannya. Rumah sakit diharapkan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang inovatif supaya dapat bersaing dan meningkatkan citra yang baik untuk rumah sakit. Persaingan pasar yang ketat di industri jasa kesehatan membuat manajemen dalam klinik Asy-syifa harus mampu melihat dan mengelola strategi pemasaran. Oleh karena itu manajemen harus mampu menganalisa segmentasi pasar yang akan menjadi pasar sasaran yang diinginkan. Klinik Asy-syifa yang saat ini sedang dalam peralihan untuk menjadi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Kudus mengharapkan segmen pasar yang lebih luas untuk menentukan pangsa pasar yang tepat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini guna mendiskripsikan proses analisis segmentasi pasar sebagai upaya pengembangan Klinik Asy-syifa menjadi Rumah Sakit Muhammadiyah Kudus. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif untuk mendapatkan gambaran pengguna layanan di klinik Asy-syifa.teknik pengumpulan data primer dari angket pasien dan data sekunder dari data personalia, Teknik Analisa yang digunakan triangulasi metode dan sumber data. Hasil menunjukan karaketeristik segmen dibagi menjadi 4 bagian yaitu geografis dimana pasien yang datang dari Kudus, demografis pasien dengan usia anak dan usia tua yang didominasi oleh perempuan, psikografis pasien lama, perilaku pasien yang puas dengan pelayanan dan tarif yang diberikan. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian tersebut karakteristik yang digunakan untuk analisis sementasi pasar dapat memberikan gambaran bagi Klinik Asy-syifa untuk data pengembangan menajadi Rumah Sakit

    Mining activities have made a major contribution to various aspects of life throughout the world. Coal, oil and gas mines provide energy sources, while mineral mines provide various raw materials for industrial purposes. The existence of potential natural resources which are then exploited to meet human needs and also human wealth is one various other factors that cause transfrom in land function in an area. Methodology used for the search is purpose sampling in which secondary data is obtained by downloading Google Earth 30m Bojonegoro Regency in 2018 and 2023, then a supplementary process is carried out with image data classification. Then the overlay continues with visual interpretation of the image to analyze land changes, and buffering to determine the cause of land changes due to mining activities or not. major data was get from distributing questionnaires to communities around the mining area to determine the impact of land changes from mining. Most of the people around the mining area work as farmers and have large areas of rice fields. However, after mining began, there were fewer and fewer rice fields and people chose to change professions to become traders and some shifted their land to empty land. Rice fields in Ngasem District are threatened with being wiped out due to mining activities. Farmers experienced a decline in income and decided to change professions as traders or other workers. The remaining rice fields are still being cultivated well by the owners and farm workers, however the water used to irrigate the fields is experiencing changes in water content

    Chicken is an animal that is useful for daily needs, especially in order to meet the human body's need for animal protein and at a relatively affordable price. To maximize results, high quality, regular feed is needed, a good housing system, as well as health care and disease prevention. The author here aims to create a tool that can provide more scheduled and measurable feed according to what is expected. The research carried out is expected to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of breeders in raising chickens. Some of the tools and materials that the author uses are Arduino, LCD, RTC DS3231, buzzer and infrared E18-D90NK 5V. In this test the author provides limitations in the form of a feeding schedule twice a day and the number of chickens used as research objects is 6. So the author got the average result for one meal for 6 chickens in the first week was 23 grams/meal and 60 grams/meal in the second week. The infrared sensor is placed on the feed cover and is set to detect objects up to a distance of 36 cm and if the sensor does not detect an object at that distance then the sensor will give a signal to the Arduino to turn on the buzzer, which means the feed is low

    Sunlight is a renewable natural resource that can be converted into electrical energy by utilizing solar panels. The current development in the use of solar panels has significantly increased. However, in their application, many solar panels are still positioned in a monotonous fixed direction, resulting in suboptimal sunlight absorption and less-than-maximum output. This research aims to improve sunlight absorption and maximize the output of solar panels by using a method that follows the sun's movement, ensuring the solar panels are always perpendicular to the sun. This method is implemented in a solar tracker device using an ESP32 equipped with Internet of Things (IoT)-based monitoring, enabling it to follow the sun's direction. The device employs a PZEM017 current and voltage sensor, a BH1750 light intensity sensor for real-time monitoring via the Blynk application, and a servo motor as the solar panel actuator. Before data collection, the sensors used were calibrated, resulting in average errors of 2.59% for current, 0.21% for voltage, 2.79% for power, and 1.16% for light intensity. Data collection was conducted every hour from 08:00 to 15:00 WIB over two days under cloudy and overcast weather conditions. Based on the solar tracking system test results, the average values obtained on the first day were 0.54 Amperes for current, 17.70 Volts for voltage, and 9.69 Watts for power. On the second day, the average values were 0.91 Amperes for current, 19.33 Volts for voltage, and 17.71 Watts for power. For the non-tracking system, the average values on the first day were 0.47 Amperes for current, 17.01 Volts for voltage, and 7.95 Watts for power. On the second day, the average values were 0.85 Amperes for current, 18.74 Volts for voltage, and 15.63 Watts for power. This study reveals that the solar tracker system, which can follow the sun's movement, results in higher solar panel output compared to the non-tracking system, thereby optimizing the panel's performance

    This research aims to determine the effect of adding a fan to the intake manifold on motorbike performance. This research uses an experimental method with the research object being a motorbike with standard carbureted conditions. This research uses an experimental method, a method used to test a new treatment or design by comparing before treatment and after treatment as a control. The effect of adding a fan to the intake manifold on motorbike performance is a decrease in torque from standard conditions of 9.92 Nm to 9.89 Nm for the 8000 rpm fan variation; and 9.81 Nm at 10,000 rpm fan variation. The power produced during testing decreased from standard conditions of 8.4 HP to 7.9 HP for the 8000 rpm fan and 10000 rpm fan variations. KBBS experienced a decrease from the standard condition of 0.226285714 Kg/hour.Hp to 0.196464768 Kg/hour.Hp on the 8000 rpm fan variation, and 0.186598376 Kg/hour.Hp on the 10,000 rpm fan variation

    Employee performance is very much needed for all employees both in the office and in the company. Employee performance is influenced by compensation and work motivation. The purpose of the study was to determine the role of compensation and work motivation on employee performance at the Office X of Surakarta City. The hypothesis of this study is that compensation and work motivation affect employee performance. Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance and work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance. The study was conducted using a quantitative method on 150 employees at the Office X of Surakarta City applying a purposive sampling technique with the criteria of a field employee, a minimum age of 18 years, and male gender. Data collection using employee performance scale tools, compensation scale, and work motivation scale. The results of multiple regression analysis showed a very significant relationship between Compensation and Work Motivation with employee performance in field employees of the Office X of Surakarta City with an F value of 237.712, R value = 0.764, and a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01). There is a very significant positive role between compensation and employee performance in field employees of the X office in Surakarta City with a value of r = 0.638, β = 0.277, t = 5.917, and p = 0.000 (p <0.01). There is a significant positive role between work motivation and employee performance in field employees of the X office in Surakarta City with a value of r = 0.698, β = 0.841, t = 14.907, and p = 0.000 (p <0.01). The implication of this study is that the X office in Surakarta City needs to pay more attention to work motivation in order to improve employee performance in field employees of the X office in Surakarta City as indicated by an effective contribution of 58.71% and compensation with a contribution of 17.67%
