The structure of the agricultural enterprise as property complex joins all kinds of the property intended for its activity, including the ground areas, buildings, constructions, the equipment, raw material, the rights, requirements, debts, and also the rights to the designations individualizing the enterprise (trade marks) and other exclusive rights. According to the first part of Civil code of the Russian Federation the enterprise is considered not as the subject but directly as object of the civil rights. The urgency of a problem is strengthening by the fact that there is no researches under property in agriculture valuations taking into account features of branch. Creation of model of the property of the agricultural enterprise valuation, meeting the requirements of market economy and to features of branch is expedient.В состав сельскохозяйственного предприятия как имущественного комплекса входят все виды имущества, предназначенные для его деятельности, включая земельные участки, здания, сооружения, оборудование, сырье, права, требования, долги, а также права на обозначения, индивидуализирующие предприятие (товарные знаки), и другие исключительные права. В соответствии с частью первой ГК РФ предприятие рассматривается не как субъект, а непосредственно как объект гражданских прав. Актуальность проблемы усиливается тем, что исследований по оценке собственности в сельском хозяйстве с учетом особенностей отрасли пока нет. Целесообразным является создание модели оценки собственности сельскохозяйственного предприятия, отвечающей требованиям рыночной экономики и особенностям отрасли

In the article problems of Russian sugar market development are raised, situation in largest in Russia region on fabric sugar beet production - Krasnodar Territory is examined. Strong and weak sides of the processes arising in this sphere are marked. Directions for development through formation of cooperative model on the sugar market, providing parity and equivalence of exchange on the whole processing chain from production of seeds and sugar beet, processing till purchase by consumers are offered.В статье поднимаются проблемы развития рынка сахара в России. Рассмотрена ситуация в Краснодарском крае - крупнейшем российском регионе по производству фабричной сахарной свеклы. Выделены сильные и слабые стороны процессов, происходящих в этой сфере, предложены направления развития через формирование кооперативной модели на рынке сахара, обеспечивающей поддержание паритета и эквивалентности обмена по всей технологической цепи - от производства семян и сахарной свеклы, ее переработки до приобретения потребителями

The beta function of N=1 SYM in Differential Renormalization

Using differential renormalization, we calculate the complete two-point function of the background gauge superfield in pure N=1 Supersymmetric Yang-Mills theory to two loops. Ultraviolet and (off-shell) infrared divergences are renormalized in position and momentum space respectively. This allows us to reobtain the beta function from the dependence on the ultraviolet renormalization scale in an infrared-safe way. The two-loop coefficient of the beta function is generated by the one-loop ultraviolet renormalization of the quantum gauge field via nonlocal terms which are infrared divergent on shell. We also discuss the connection of the beta function to the flow of the Wilsonian coupling.Comment: 20 pages, 2 figures. Reference added, minor correction

Purpose of the study was to track permanent proteins of urine proteome in the 520-day isolation experiment at the IBMP Ground-Based Test Facility with controlled environmental parameters. Object of the investigation was urine sampled from 6 normal male subjects at the age of 25 to 37 years. Second morning aliquots were gathered during baseline data collection, on days 50, 93, 124, 153, 180, 251, 274, 303, 330, 371, 400 and 427 of isolation, and in 7 days after its completion. Samples were subject to chromatography-mass spectrometry; results were analyzed with the help of bioinformatics resources. The following 7 permanent proteins were observed in urine over the entire length of the investigation: epidermal growth factor, polymer immunoglobulin receptor, plasma serine protease inhibitor, protein AMBP, keratin, type II cytoskeletal 1, collagen alpha-1 (vi) chain, serum albumin

AbstractThe cross section of the process e+e−→3(π+π−) has been measured using a data sample of 22 pb−1 collected with the CMD-3 detector at the VEPP-2000 e+e− collider. 7956 signal events are selected in the center-of-mass energy range 1.5–2.0 GeV. The measured cross section exhibits a sharp drop near the pp¯ threshold. A first study of dynamics of six-pion production has been performed

Search for the associated production of the Higgs boson with a top-quark pair

A search for the standard model Higgs boson produced in association with a top-quark pair t t ¯ H (tt¯H) is presented, using data samples corresponding to integrated luminosities of up to 5.1 fb −1 and 19.7 fb −1 collected in pp collisions at center-of-mass energies of 7 TeV and 8 TeV respectively. The search is based on the following signatures of the Higgs boson decay: H → hadrons, H → photons, and H → leptons. The results are characterized by an observed t t ¯ H tt¯H signal strength relative to the standard model cross section, μ = σ/σ SM ,under the assumption that the Higgs boson decays as expected in the standard model. The best fit value is μ = 2.8 ± 1.0 for a Higgs boson mass of 125.6 GeV
