Conseils à l’officine pour la prise en charge de la gonarthrose

La gonarthrose, ou arthrose du genou, est une pathologie rhumatismale fréquente avec une forte prévalence vers 65 ans. Le cartilage sera le principal tissu touché par cette maladie néanmoins, elle va atteindre l’ensemble de l’articulation du genou (tissu synovial, os sous-chondral, ligaments, tendons, muscles). De nombreux traitements à la fois médicamenteux et non médicamenteux existent dans la prise en charge symptomatique de la gonarthrose ; aucun traitement curatif n’est encore référencé à ce jour. Le pharmacien d’officine va jouer un rôle important dans la prise en charge du patient atteint de gonarthrose. Il sera responsable de la délivrance des médicaments prescrits et des conseils associés, afin de garantir un bon usage du médicament ainsi qu’une observance du patient. Il pourra également conseiller de nombreux compléments alimentaires issus du domaine de l’homéopathie, de la phytothérapie, de l’aromathérapie ou de la micronutrition. Enfin, il est essentiel que le pharmacien apporte au patient de nombreux conseils hygiénodiététiques (perte de poids, activité physique, alimentation) et des conseils d’économie articulaire qui semblent indispensables, afin de limiter autant que possible la progression de la maladie. Η αναγνώριση ενός θύματος ως θύμα εμπορίας ανθρώπων και η προνοιακή μεταχείριση αυτού - Έρευνα με βάση την επίσημη εγκληματολογική στατιστική

Με τη μελέτη αυτή, ο συγγραφέας επιχειρεί την κριτική επισκόπηση του νομοθετικού πλαισίου στο πεδίο τής εμπορίας ανθρώπων για την αντιμετώπιση της οποίας παρατηρείται ιδιαίτερη κινητικότητα τα τελευταία χρόνια, τόσο σε διεθνές όσο και σε εθνικό επίπεδο. Στο πλαίσιο αυτό καταγράφεται, στο πρώτο μέρος της μελέτης, η εννοιολογική οριοθέτηση του εγκλήματος της εμπορίας ανθρώπων, αλλά και η άρρηκτη σύνδεση του διασυνοριακού χαρακτήρα τού εγκλήματος αυτού με την οργανωμένη εγκληματική δραστηριότητα. Ακόμη, παρουσιάζονται οι σύγχρονες μορφές τής εμπορίας ανθρώπων και αναφέρονται οι ουσιωδέστεροι παράγοντες και οι γενεσιουργοί αιτίες, που οδηγούν στην αδιάκοπη εξέλιξη και ανάπτυξη του φαινομένου. Ακολούθως, αναλύονται οι διεθνείς και ευρωπαϊκές κινήσεις για την αντιμετώπιση της εμπορίας ανθρώπων και λαμβάνει χώρα μία σύντομη αναφορά στο εθνικό νομοθετικό πλαίσιο, αλλά και στις σχετικές διατάξεις που άπτονται της προστασίας και της αρωγής των θυμάτων εμπορίας ανθρώπων από την κρίσιμη στιγμή που τα τελευταία χαρακτηρισθούν ως τέτοια. Το δεύτερο μέρος της παρούσης μελέτης περιλαμβάνει την εμπειρική προσέγγιση του φαινομένου τής εμπορίας ανθρώπων και την εγκληματολογική έρευνα, η οποία λαμβάνει χώρα διαμέσου της ποσοτικής προσέγγισης των παγκοσμίων διαστάσεων της εμπορίας ανθρώπων και της παρουσίασης ορισμένων στατιστικών δεδομένων για την προστασία των θυμάτων στα πλαίσια της ελληνικής πραγματικότητας, επί τη βάσει της στατιστικής τής αστυνομίας.In this study, the author presents a critical survey of the legislative framework in the field of trafficking in persons, where it has been observed a particular mobility during the last years both in Greece and internationally. In the first part of this study, the author observes, the conceptual crime’s delimitation of trafficking in persons, as well as the inextricable link between the cross-border nature of this crime and the organized criminal activity. Furthermore, the author states the modern forms of trafficking in persons, simultaneously with the most important factors and root causes, which lead to the uninterrupted development and increase of the phenomenon. Moreover, it is analysed the international and European movements to confront trafficking in persons and a brief reference to the relevant Greek legislative framework is to be pinpointed. The second part of this study includes an empirical approach to the phenomenon of trafficking in persons and the criminal research, which take place through the quantitative method of the international dimensions of this situation. Finally, the author presents and examines the statistical data relevant to the victims’ protection in the context of Greek reality, based on the official police crime statistics
