Typing schemes of two generations, or what's the role of our age in evaluation of strengers in everyday reality

This work's focus is on research of processes, which we absolutely naturaly and subconsciensely use in everyday reality to evaluate people and situations. It's conserne is describing this proces and furtheron researching the evaluation of unknown people in praxis, mostely from the point of view that evalution can be infuenced by the age of respondent. Main theoretical groung of this work is social constructivism, mostely because we have our statement towards most of all everyday situations and actions just because these exist, therefore are construct of that given society. Furtheron this work focuses on hierarchical organising of these valuating processes, as is typization and categorization and statement based on these. Most of all this work describes differences in evaluating unknown people using photographic interviews of two different age groups of respondents. Data analysis shows, that age and even sex of respondents really does matter in evaluating of unknown people

Actors in the transformation process of hospitals into joint stock companies in the Slovak Republic (2010-2011)

This thesis is focused on the transformation of hospitals into joint stock companies from 2010 to the end of 2011. It is primarily aimed at actors, their actions, positions, attitudes and interests in this process. Furthermore, it is concerned with the question of the public vs. private interests in terms of health protection, ensuring the availability and quality of healthcare. The transformation process of hospitals and the position of actors is explained by the combination of economic and public policy theory - neoliberalism, economic globalization, New Public Management and Advocacy Coalition Framework. We explain actions, attitudes and interests of actors in the transformation process of hospitals by using research methods such as an analysis of selected events in health care and research of actors' actions. These research methods are based on different methods of data collecting such as semi-structured and informal interviews, a questionnaire survey and the study of secondary sources. The main aim of this thesis is an analysis of the transformation process of hospitals into joint stock companies in context of selected events in health policy, with a focus on research of actors' actions, attitudes and interests in this process. Aktéři v procesu transformace nemocnic na akciové společnosti na Slovensku (2010-2011)

Anotácia Táto práca sa zaoberá procesom transformácie nemocníc na akciové spoločnosti, ktorý prebiehal v rokoch 2010-2011. Je zameraná predovšetkým na aktérov, ich jednanie, postoje a záujmy v tomto procese. Ďalej sa venuje otázke verejného vs. súkromného záujmu z hľadiska ochrany zdravia, zabezpečenia dostupnosti a kvality poskytovanej zdravotnej starostlivosti. V práci je využitá kombinácia ekonomických a verejne politických teoretických konceptov - neoliberalizmus, ekonomická globalizácia, New public management s teóriou advokačných koalícií. Použitím rôznych metód zberu dát ako napr. neformálne a pološtrukturované rozhovory, dotazníkové šetrenie, štúdium sekundárnych dát a využitím výskumných metód ako analýza vybraných verejno-politických udalostí a analýzou aktérov sme popísali a vysvetlili jednanie, záujmy a postoje aktérov v procese transformácie nemocníc na akciové spoločnosti. Cieľom tejto práce je analýza procesu transformácie nemocníc na akciové spoločnosti v kontexte hlavných verejno-politických udalostí zdravotnej politiky, so zameraním sa na výskum jednania, postojov a záujmov kľúčových aktérov tohto procesu.
