Analysis of the Implementation, Use and Effectiveness of Information Systems and ICT in KEBEK s.r.o.

Cílem této práce je zaměřit se na jednotlivé podstatné informační systémy a informační a komunikační technologie společnosti Kebek s.r.o., zhodnotit jejich implementaci, jejich aktuální využití a efektivnost. Následně na základě získaných informací vytvořit doporučení dalšího rozvoje. A to nejen za účelem nalezení další cesty rozvoje, ale také nápravy nalezených negativních aspektů jednotlivých systému, případně doplnění chybějících prvků. Mými předpoklady k této práci je téměř 10 let praxe ve společnosti Kebek s.r.o. na postu správce informačních technologií, zkušenost z implementací většiny systému a technologií, které budou v této práci zmíněny, a především každodenní řešení situací, kdy se uživatelé daných systémů a technologií setkávají s problémy či nedostatky, které je omezují při práci, jejich práci ztěžují nebo zpomalují.The aim of this work is to focus on the individual essential information systems and information and communication technologies of Kebek s.r.o. company, to evaluate their implementation, their current utilization and efficiency. Subsequently, on the basis of the information obtained, to develop recommendations for further development. Not only in order to find another path of development, but also to remedy the found negative aspects of the individual system, or to complement the missing elements. My assumptions for this work are almost 10 years of experience at Kebek s.r.o. company working as Information technology manager, the experience from implementation of most systems and technologies that will be in this work mentioned. Prvi nalaz biljne stjenice Platycranus metriorrhynchus (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Miridae) u Hrvatskoj

The plant bug Platycranus (Genistocapsus) metriorrhynchus Reuter, 1883 (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Miridae: Orthotylinae: Orthotylini) is recorded from Croatia for the first time, based on specimens collected in the Biokovo Mountains (Central Dalmatia). The species was collected from Genista radiata (L.) Scopoli (FabaceaeVrsta biljne stjenice Platycranus (Genistocapsus) metriorrhynchus Reuter, 1883 (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Miridae: Orthotylinae: Orthotylini) po prvi puta je zabilježena u Hrvatskoj, na temelju primjeraka prikupljenih na Biokovu (središnja Dalmacija). Vrsta je prikupljena s biljke Genista radiata (L.) Scopoli (Fabaceae)

The February Class III price of$11.89 is the highest February price since 1998. The graph on the next page shows the current futures projections for 2004 compared to the Class III price for the last two years. It shows prices averaging more than $4 per cwt. higher than 2003 over the next 5 to 6 months

Catalogue of type specimens of Sternorrhyncha (Hemiptera) deposited in the National Museum, Prague, Czech Republic

Type specimens from the insect collections deposited in the Department of Entomology, National Museum, Prague, are currently being catalogued. In this part of the catalogue we deal with Hemiptera: Sternorrhyncha. This group is namely represented in the museum by the whitefl y collection of Jiří Zahradník and the scale insect collections of Jiří Zahradník and Josef Řeháček, while the psyllid material was mostly collected by Jiří Dlabola and other workers of the department and identifi ed by Marianna M. Loginova, Daniel Burckhardt and Pavel Lauterer (material from the expeditions of the National Museum to Iran in 1970s is particularly numerous and scientifi cally valuable). We list the types of 36 taxa (3 in Aleyrodomorpha, 3 in Coccomorpha, and 30 in Psyllomorpha), including holotypes or syntypes of 14 taxa (3 in Aleyrodomorpha, 2 in Coccomorpha, and 9 in Psyllomorpha)

Ploštice, křísi a mery (Hemiptera: Heteroptera, Auchenorrhyncha, Psylloidea) okolí Přebuzi v Krušných horách

Článek se věnuje faunistice polokřídlého hmyzu v okolí města Přebuz v západních Krušných horách. V letech 2010-2014 jsme tam potvrdili výskyt 118 druhů ploštic, 107 druhů křísů a 21 druhů mer. Oblast je pozoruhodná zachovalými vrchovišti, přechodovými rašeliništi, vřesovišti a horskými loukami, na kterých se vyskytuje řada specializovaných druhů řádu Hemiptera (46 z nalezených druhů je zahrnuto do Červeného seznamu ohrožených bezobratlých ČR). Nejvýznamnější jsou nálezy klešťanky Sigara scotti (Douglas et Scott, 1868) (Heteroptera: Corixidae), ostruhovníka Javesella bottnica Huldén, 1974 (Auchenorrhyncha: Delphacidae) a kříska Macrosteles fieberi (Edwards, 1889) (Auchenorrhyncha: Cicadellidae) – tyto tři druhy jsou v současnosti v České republice známé pouze z okolí Přebuzi (pro M. fieberi se zároveň jedná o první potvrzené nálezy v ČR). U 61 druhů uvádíme stručné informace o jejich rozšíření a ekologii, včetně některých dosud nepublikovaných nálezů z jiných oblastí České republiky.Based on a faunistic survey in 2010–2014 and a few previously published records, we report 118 species of Heteroptera, 107 species of Auchenorrhyncha and 21 species of Sternorrhyncha: Psylloidea from the environs of the town of Přebuz in the western part of the Krušné hory Mts. (= Erzgebirge) in western Czech Republic. The area is remarkable for well-preserved peat bogs, transitional mires, heaths and montane meadows and the occurrence of many habitat specialists among the Hemiptera. Forty-six of the species recorded are listed on the Red List of threatened invertebrates of the Czech Republic. The most noteworthy are the records of Sigara scotti (Douglas et Scott, 1868) (Heteroptera: Corixidae), Javesella bottnica Huldén, 1974 (Auchenorrhyncha: Delphacidae), and Macrosteles fieberi (Edwards, 1889) (Auchenorrhyncha: Cicadellidae) – these three species are currently known in the Czech Republic only from the Přebuz environs (for M. fieberi, we provide here first the confirmed records from the Czech Republic). The distribution and ecology of 61 species are briefly discussed in the paper and additional, hitherto unpublished records from other regions of the Czech Republic are supplied for some of them

Development of Actio Pauliana in Czech civil law in comparison to German and Austrian regulation

Vývoj pauliánské žaloby v českém civilním právu v porovnání s německou a rakouskou úpravou Tato práce se zabývá historických vývojem institutu odporu a porovnání mezi právní úpravou relativní neúčinnosti v právních řádech České republiky, Německa a Rakouska. Tento právní nástroj, který slouží k ochraně věřitele proti právním jednáním dlužníka, která zkracují uspokojení jeho vykonatelné pohledávky, prošel značným vývojem. Mezinárodní komparační část práce obsahuje vylíčení největších rozdílů mezi právními závěry soudů jednotlivých zemí a míří k posouzení, zda by některé ze závěrů německé a rakouské soudní praxe mohly být aplikovány i českými soudy. Část práce se rovněž zabývá právní úpravou neúčinnosti právních jednání v rámci úpadku dlužníka, která je v určitých případech odlišná od úpravy v občanském zákoníku a dále také ustanoveními o neúčinností právních jednání ex lege obsaženými v občanském zákoníku a insolvenčním zákoně. Poslední část práce porovnává institut odporovatelnosti dle "starého občanského zákoníku" s institutem relativní neúčinnosti dle současné právní úpravy po rekodifikaci soukromého práva, která byla inspirována odpůrčím řádem z roku 1931. Cílem této části je zhodnotit jaká právní úprava je pro věřitele příznivější, resp. zda (a jakým způsobem) by věřitel svou pohledávku před...Development of Actio Pauliana in Czech civil law in comparison to German and Austrian regulation This thesis deals with a historical development of the juridical institute of a contest and comparison of the legal regulation of relative ineffectiveness in Czech, German and Austrian legal system. This legal tool, which serves to protect the creditor against any legal act of the debtor, which prejudices the satisfaction of an enforceable claim of a creditor, has undergone essential changes during the time. The international comparative part of the thesis contains the biggest distinctions between the judicial conclusions of the courts in the respective countries and tries to evaluate whether some of the judicial conclusions of the courts of the above mentioned countries might also be applied by the courts in the Czech Republic. Part of the thesis also analyses the regulation of ineffective legal acts within the scope of the insolvency procedure of the debtor which is in some cases different from the regulation in the civil code and ineffectiveness of the legal acts, which are directly ineffective due to certain provisions in the civil code and insolvency act.
