    The article analyzes the experience of the development of labor resources in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The country is a member of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Persian Gulf (GCC), which are characterized by high dependence on labor migrants, a large number of young people under 25 years old, and a low share of women's involvement in economic processes. Nevertheless, the experience of Bahrain is characterized by a unique approach to improving the quality of human capital. The multi-level principle of interaction between the state, society and business is embodied in the creation of the Tamkeen company, whose main goal is the development of national labor resources.El artículo analiza la experiencia del desarrollo de recursos laborales en el Reino de Bahrein. El país es miembro del Consejo de Cooperación para los Estados Árabes del Golfo Pérsico (CCG), que se caracteriza por una alta dependencia de trabajadores migrantes, un gran número de jóvenes menores de 25 años y una baja participación de las mujeres en Procesos economicos. Sin embargo, la experiencia de Bahrein se caracteriza por un enfoque único para mejorar la calidad del capital humano. El principio de interacción de varios niveles entre el estado, la sociedad y las empresas se materializa en la creación de la empresa Tamkeen, cuyo objetivo principal es el desarrollo de los recursos laborales nacionaleВ статье анализируется опыт развития трудовых ресурсов Королевства Бахрейн. Тем не менее, опыт Бахрейна характеризуется уникальным подходом к повышению качества человеческого капитала.     Research of the Influence of Decomposition of Wastes of Polymers with Nano Inclusions on the Atmosphere

    We studied the processes of thermo-oxidative decomposition of polymer synthetic waste material with nanoparticles on the example of one of widely spread polymers – synthetic nitron fiber.We carried out a study on the migration of decomposition products and nanoparticles into the environment on a simulation model. We heated the nitronic fibrous material in the temperature range of 150...300 ºС in the presence of oxygen. We stretched the material under investigation until the appearance of fiber breaks. The time of the experiment varied from three to thirty minutes. The REM image of nitron nanofibres obtained by heating the material to 200 °C for 25 minutes demonstrates that fibers are densely packed nanothreads of different length with diameters from 50 to 150 nm. This indicates instability and fragility of the material obtained and the possibility of manifestation of quantum-dimensional effects.We experimentally established gaseous substances, which were released during thermo-oxidative decomposition of polymers, and their concentration, depending on the process temperature on the example of a nitron. Thus, we can consider ammonia and hydrogen cyanide as substances-indicators of latent processes of combustion (smoldering) of materials in a body of a landfill. We need to have a high-precision method of gas analysis to prevent the development of an emergency, since the release of substances occurs already at 100 °C, but in low concentrations.     Practice of Geobotanical Indication of Forest Growth Conditions in the Steppe and Wooded Steppe Ecotone in Central Mongolia

    The forest conditions in the Central Aimag of Mongolia, located in the southern part of the Baikal catchment area, near the southern border of the forest-steppe subzone, were examined within the framework of this study. The field materials collected in the summer 201–2018 at the Zuunmod Model polygon serve as the core of the study. An ecosystem map of the Model polygon with the scale 1:50 000 and the Key plot with the scale 1:5 000 was drawn up using World Viеw-2 satellite imagery data (2016). The proven method of botanical indication of forest growth conditions is as follows: identification of the ecologic and coenotic groups of plant species, calculation of the moisture coefficient based on the ratio of the number of species included in the groups characterizing the extreme conditions of the moisture gradient and distribution of communities in accordance with the values of the gradient in the ecological series. Communities of stages of ecological series serve as indirect indicators of the forest conditions: Stage I: Кu 2, sufficient humifying for tree growth. The stages also correspond to the landscape conditions and the character of the vegetation cover
