The present work describes the international strategic plan that followed PAN PA’ YA! and HAMBURGUESAS EL CORRAL in the process of exporting products and formalizing international marketing. This is done the formation of alliances between companies and distributors in the market. By studying different theories of internationalization we can identify the process through which the Colombian companies began their operation abroad. PAN PA’ YA! dreamed of becoming one of the largest bakeries in Colombia. Today it is an integral business. Over the years, with the daily movement of the Colombian market, the company has strongly consolidated. Much of this success can be attributed to the expansion of markets to meet the needs of customers. Follows a pattern of internationalization in the big chains. Their products arrive ready for baking.
Similarly HAMBURGUESAS EL CORRAL, thanks to the original and unique style of its decoration, was born. This chain to be recognized and appreciated by customers as a mark of tradition that has sought to brand itself with the slogan "the original recipe.”This has resulted in a home-style concept. The commitment has been to satisfy the tastes, expectations, and needs of its

customers with excellent quality, this company strives for a model that consolidates internationalization abroad.
Finally, the process that the Colombian companies followed has been characterized to be a steps process which shows the details since the beginning, how they achieve their position in the Colombian market and then how they have been established in the international market. In consequence, the companies did an adequate market research with the special goal of satisfying the customers’ needs with original and innovate strategies

Application of Tensor Neural Networks to Pricing Bermudan Swaptions
The Cheyette model is a quasi-Gaussian volatility interest rate model widely
used to price interest rate derivatives such as European and Bermudan Swaptions
for which Monte Carlo simulation has become the industry standard. In low
dimensions, these approaches provide accurate and robust prices for European
Swaptions but, even in this computationally simple setting, they are known to
underestimate the value of Bermudan Swaptions when using the state variables as
regressors. This is mainly due to the use of a finite number of predetermined
basis functions in the regression. Moreover, in high-dimensional settings,
these approaches succumb to the Curse of Dimensionality. To address these
issues, Deep-learning techniques have been used to solve the backward
Stochastic Differential Equation associated with the value process for European
and Bermudan Swaptions; however, these methods are constrained by training time
and memory. To overcome these limitations, we propose leveraging Tensor Neural
Networks as they can provide significant parameter savings while attaining the
same accuracy as classical Dense Neural Networks. In this paper we rigorously
benchmark the performance of Tensor Neural Networks and Dense Neural Networks
for pricing European and Bermudan Swaptions, and we show that Tensor Neural
Networks can be trained faster than Dense Neural Networks and provide more
accurate and robust prices than their Dense counterparts.Comment: 15 pages, 9 figures, 2 table
A continuación,
Evaluation of the botanical composition of kikuyu and fescue grasslands associated with white clover during two seasons in the high valleys of Mexico
Objective. To evaluate the botanical composition of grasslands of kikuyu (Cenchrus clandestinus) compared to tall fescue (Lolium arundinaceum cv. Cajun II), each one in association with white clover (Trifolium repens cv. Ladino), in two independent experiments conducted during two seasons, autumn 2018 and winter 2019. Methodology. Two independent experiments under small-scale milk production system (SMPS) were established in the municipality of Aculco, State of Mexico, during autumn 2018 and winter 2019. The botanical composition of grasslands under intensive continuous grazing by breeding cows was evaluated. One grassland planted with tall fescue cv. Cajun II and the other invaded by kikuyu; each grassland was associated with white clover cv. Ladino. The botanical composition of both experiments was analyzed using a complete randomized experimental design.
Results. The kikuyu grassland recorded significant differences (p<0.05) with a higher proportion of forage during the winter 2018. Whereas the tall fescue cv. Cajun II grassland recorded a proportion of forage (p<0.05) higher than its proportion of dead tissue during autumn 2019.
Study Implications: The study of the botanical composition of mixed grasslands destined for livestock grazing allows to identify, propose and define strategies for forage production facing agroclimatic and management conditions in order to generate a better and higher forage yield.
Conclusions: The proportion of kikuyu was higher than that of tall fescue cv. Cajun II during the two seasons and years evaluated. This highlights the adaptability of kikuyu grass under agroecological conditions such as the absence of rains and high temperatures, coupled with the high stocking densities of the milk production systems in the study region

The Fourteenth Data Release of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey: First Spectroscopic Data from the extended Baryon Oscillation Spectroscopic Survey and from the second phase of the Apache Point Observatory Galactic Evolution Experiment
The fourth generation of the Sloan Digital Sky Survey (SDSS-IV) has been in
operation since July 2014. This paper describes the second data release from
this phase, and the fourteenth from SDSS overall (making this, Data Release
Fourteen or DR14). This release makes public data taken by SDSS-IV in its first
two years of operation (July 2014-2016). Like all previous SDSS releases, DR14
is cumulative, including the most recent reductions and calibrations of all
data taken by SDSS since the first phase began operations in 2000. New in DR14
is the first public release of data from the extended Baryon Oscillation
Spectroscopic Survey (eBOSS); the first data from the second phase of the
Apache Point Observatory (APO) Galactic Evolution Experiment (APOGEE-2),
including stellar parameter estimates from an innovative data driven machine
learning algorithm known as "The Cannon"; and almost twice as many data cubes
from the Mapping Nearby Galaxies at APO (MaNGA) survey as were in the previous
release (N = 2812 in total). This paper describes the location and format of
the publicly available data from SDSS-IV surveys. We provide references to the
important technical papers describing how these data have been taken (both
targeting and observation details) and processed for scientific use. The SDSS
website (www.sdss.org) has been updated for this release, and provides links to
data downloads, as well as tutorials and examples of data use. SDSS-IV is
planning to continue to collect astronomical data until 2020, and will be
followed by SDSS-V.Comment: SDSS-IV collaboration alphabetical author data release paper. DR14

Nightside condensation of iron in an ultra-hot giant exoplanet
Ultra-hot giant exoplanets receive thousands of times Earth's insolation.
Their high-temperature atmospheres (>2,000 K) are ideal laboratories for
studying extreme planetary climates and chemistry. Daysides are predicted to be
cloud-free, dominated by atomic species and substantially hotter than
nightsides. Atoms are expected to recombine into molecules over the nightside,
resulting in different day-night chemistry. While metallic elements and a large
temperature contrast have been observed, no chemical gradient has been measured
across the surface of such an exoplanet. Different atmospheric chemistry
between the day-to-night ("evening") and night-to-day ("morning") terminators
could, however, be revealed as an asymmetric absorption signature during
transit. Here, we report the detection of an asymmetric atmospheric signature
in the ultra-hot exoplanet WASP-76b. We spectrally and temporally resolve this
signature thanks to the combination of high-dispersion spectroscopy with a
large photon-collecting area. The absorption signal, attributed to neutral
iron, is blueshifted by -11+/-0.7 km s-1 on the trailing limb, which can be
explained by a combination of planetary rotation and wind blowing from the hot
dayside. In contrast, no signal arises from the nightside close to the morning
terminator, showing that atomic iron is not absorbing starlight there. Iron
must thus condense during its journey across the nightside.Comment: Published in Nature (Accepted on 24 January 2020.) 33 pages, 11
