Introduction. The culture of parents, family constellation and the atmosphere in the family, including psychological well-being of all its members have a great impact on forming of the identity of a child. The study of psychological well-being of parents with children with intellectual disabilities, allows us to select the most important areas of work with the family, effectively distribute the efforts of experts to meet the communication, medical, educational and other needs of families. The aim of this research is to analyze the state of psychological well-being of parents of the special boarding school children as a factor of their socialization. Methods. A standardized scale of subjective wellbeing (authors Perrudet-Badoux, Mendelssohn and Chiche, adapted by V. M. Sokolova) is used to determine the components of the psychological well-being of parents of mentally deficient children. The technique «A scale of subjective well-being» in author’s adaptation is applied to determination of the level of psychological well-being of school students. Results. 58 parents from 53 families and 60 children of early teenage age (12–13 years) having the diagnosis of F70 (minor mental retardation) or F71 (moderate mental retardation) participated in the research; it shows that the comprehensive social and psychological support of a family aimed at providing psychological well-being of parents (their legal representatives) in the conditions of correctional boarding school becomes a factor of positive socialization of the child with intellectual incapacity. Adult examinees with psychological problems are not found. The respondents do not have serious emotional problems, they are optimistic, not inclined to state claims, active, successfully interact with people around, most of them possess a positive self-assessment. These characteristics are explained by the comprehensive program of social and psychological maintenance of families conducted at school. It is concluded that interconditionality of psychological well-being of children and their parents can and must be supported and adjusted by the school.Scientific novelty consists in the development of ideas to ensure positive socialization of families with children with disabilities.Practical significance. The found results can be used in special education, the implementation of social and psychological support of students with intellectual disabilities and their families.

Due to the growing concerns related to the psychological well-being of students and teachers during a long and intensive online training, it becomes necessary for teachers, psychologists, practitioners to take measures to prevent threats to online communication and identify personal resources of psychological security in the online environment. The purpose of the study was to identify the communicative difficulties of long-term online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, and the personal resources of students and teachers that contribute to ensuring their psychological safety. The study was conducted in February-March 2022. The study sample included 132 students and 40 teachers of the Faculty of Psychology of the Russian State Social University (Moscow). The following techniques were used: “The test of hardiness” (S. Muddy, in the Russian-language adaptation of E.N. Osin, E.I. Rasskazova), “The scale of subjective well-being” (A. Perrudet-Badoux, G.A. Mendelssohn, J. Chiche, in the Russian-language adaptation of M.V. Sokolova), “Methodology for assessing the level of sociability” (V.F. Ryakhovsky), questionnaires “Difficulties of online communication” for students and teachers. The empirical data obtained were interpreted and processed using qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis, including: descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, Spearman correlation analysis. The study showed that during the long-term distance learning, students and teachers experienced significant difficulties in online educational communication, had low levels of subjective well-being, resilience and sociability. These personal qualities are systemic in nature, interrelated and can act as resources to ensure the psychological safety of subjects of education, prevention or coping with difficulties of online communication and hybrid forms of learning. The data obtained make it necessary for teachers to create psychodidactic conditions for a safe online educational environment in which students will be involved as subjects of education, will be able to freely share their opinions and not be afraid to make a mistake, will feel belonging to a group and protected from verbal aggression

In this work intensity of immunity to diphtheria on the basis of indicating antitoxic antidiphtherial antiboies level in the blood sera of healthy adults aged 20 to 51 and elder, living in England, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia and Finland is analyzed. Diphtheria disease incidence shift through the epidemic in 1993—1996 in Russia to the elder age groups had resulted in inclusion of obligatory adults revaccination each 10 years after the last revaccination of teenagers in 14 year in 1998. Chosen tactics of vaccinal prevention of diphtheria didn't find reflection in National prophylactic immunization calendars of other countries including European, except Finland. On the basis of the received analysis for optimization of diphtheria vaccinal prevention, authors offer: to transfer a revaccination of children from age of 18 months to age of 3—6 years (according to the scheme in Italy, England, Finland); to carry out vaccination of adults individually depending on antitoxic antibodies concentration in blood sera

In the article using the binomial distribution analysis of the intensity of рориlation antitoxic (AT) and antibacterial (AB) of immunity to diphtheria in terms of specific diphtheria antibodies in the sera of healthy adults aged 20 to 51 years and. older, living in Russia and. Italy. The latter, in contrast to Russia, during the epidemic was only a few cases of diphtheria. For the population of people from Italy the optimal parameters of tension antibody immunity (bimodal distribution of the concentrations of AT antibodies) are determined, whereas for the adult population of Russia experienced an abnormally high, overvoltages antibody immunity (lack of bimodal distribution). The level of concentration of antibody isotypes AB M, G, A in both countries match the total synthesis of immunoglobulin isotypes in the ontogeny of these: thus, in the sera of adults aged 20 to 40 years AB antibody IgG prevail. Low concentrations of antitoxin in the blood of most adults living in Italy, recharged high AB IgG in these same serum, and. optimal concentrations of AB IgM and. IgA. This indicates the possibility lifting the mass revaccination of adults, and. creating an individual approach to their boosters. Optimal bimodal distribution of AB antibodies in the population of healthy adults, both in Russia and. in Italy, is an additional protection to the diphtheria antitoxic resistance

A simple model for magnetic reconnection heated corona

We construct a simple model for a magnetic reconnection heated corona above a thin accretion disk in AGNs and Galactic black hole candidates(GBHCs). The basic assumptions are that (1) the magnetic reconnection heat is cooled down overwhelmingly by Compton scattering in the corona and that (2) thermal conduction is dominantly cooled by evaporation of the chromospheric plasma in the disk-corona interface before Compton cooling sets in. With these two basic equations as well as equi-partition of magnetic energy with gas energy in the disk, we can consistently determine the fraction of accretion energy dissipated in the corona without free parameters, and thus determine the temperature and all other quantities in both the corona and disk for given black hole mass and accretion rate. Then, we calculate the luminosity contributed from the disk and corona and the coronal flux weighted Compton yy parameter. It is found that, at a low luminosity (less than 0.1 Eddington luminosity) the spectrum is hard with energy spectral index of around 1, while at a high luminosity (larger than 0.1 Eddington luminosity) the spectrum can be either soft or hard. We also find that the situation is almost same for supermassive and stellar-mass black holes. These features are consistent with observations of AGNs and GBHCs.Comment: 8 pages including 2 figures. accepted by ApJ Lette

PURPOSE: To determine the effect of the drug-induced stress-relief tests on the corneal biomechanical properties in patients with newly diagnosed glaucoma. METHODS: The study included 68 patients (119 eyes) with newly diagnosed glaucoma. Corneal hysteresis (CH), corneal resistance factor (CRF), Goldmann intraocular pressure (IOPg), and corneal compensated IOP (IOPcc) were obtained using an ocular response analyzer (ORA) before and after the instillation of eye drops (Arutimol 0.5%, Cosopt, Azopt) for 49 eyes of 27 patients with normaltension glaucoma (NTG), 70 eyes of 41 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG). Tolerable intraocular pressure (tIOP) was determined on a Blood Flow Analyzer (Paradigm, USA). RESULTS: Drug-induced stress-relief tests with different drugs caused statistically significant changes in corneal biomechanical properties of the eye: after a significant decrease in IOPcc and IOPg corneal resistance factor (CRF) decreased and corneal hysteresis (CH) increased. CONCLUSION: When IOPg was used as a reference as opposed to IOPcc obtained on Ocular Response Analyzer, 34.7% eyes were be incorrectly qualified as normal-tension glaucoma (NTG). That proves the lower corneal resistance in NTG patients and can lead to underestimation of the true IOP level. Additional research of tIOP by Blood Flow Analyzer confirmed the NTG diagnosis in these patients.

Measurement of the cross-section and charge asymmetry of WW bosons produced in proton-proton collisions at s=8\sqrt{s}=8 TeV with the ATLAS detector

This paper presents measurements of the W+μ+νW^+ \rightarrow \mu^+\nu and WμνW^- \rightarrow \mu^-\nu cross-sections and the associated charge asymmetry as a function of the absolute pseudorapidity of the decay muon. The data were collected in proton--proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 8 TeV with the ATLAS experiment at the LHC and correspond to a total integrated luminosity of 20.2~\mbox{fb^{-1}}. The precision of the cross-section measurements varies between 0.8% to 1.5% as a function of the pseudorapidity, excluding the 1.9% uncertainty on the integrated luminosity. The charge asymmetry is measured with an uncertainty between 0.002 and 0.003. The results are compared with predictions based on next-to-next-to-leading-order calculations with various parton distribution functions and have the sensitivity to discriminate between them.Comment: 38 pages in total, author list starting page 22, 5 figures, 4 tables, submitted to EPJC.
