واقع تطبيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية في المستشفيات العامة في ظل جائحة كورونا دراسة ميدانية في مدينة طرطوس

هدفت هذه الدراسة لتبيان مدى واقع تطبيق جودة الحياة الوظيفية في المستشفيات العامة في مدينة طرطوس. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، من خلال استبانة تم توزيعها على عينة الدراسة والمؤلفة من(320) عامل بكافة تخصصاتهم الوظيفية من (فنية، إدارية، تمريضية، طبية) في الهيئات العامة للمستشفيات ضمن مدينة طرطوس، وتم استلامها باليد وإدخالها إلى برنامج التحليل الإحصائي SPSS25))، وإجراء الاختبارات لعينة البحث بالإضافة إلى اختبار الفرضيات، ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث ما يلي: أن هناك تطبيق مقبول لجودة الحياة الوظيفية في المستشفيات العامة في مدينة طرطوس وتتمحور أهم بنودها في ظروف العمل المعنوية، وجماعات العمل، وخصائص الوظيفة، والأجور والمكافآت، وطريقة الإشراف. أظهرت نتائج التحليل الوصفي لعينة الدراسة وجود مستوى مرتفع لجودة الحياة الوظيفية من ناحية ظروف العمل المعنوية، جماعات العمل، وخصائص الوظيفة في المستشفيات العامة محل الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج التحليل الوصفي لعينة الدراسة وجود مستوى منخفض لجودة الحياة الوظيفية من ناحية الأجور والمكافآت في المستشفيات العامة محل الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج التحليل الوصفي لعينة الدراسة وجود مستوى متوسط لجودة الحياة الوظيفية من ناحية طريقة الإشراف في المستشفيات العامة محل الدراسة

Implicature In Islamic Pragmatics A Case Study Of The Ḥanafī And Scholastics Al- Mutakallimīn

This research belongs to the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (uṣūl al-fiqh), concerned with the linguistic topic of uṣūl al-fiqh. The aim is to collect data and arguments surrounding the pragmatic perspective of implicature in uṣūl al-fiqh. Followed by an analysis, critique and a formulated model of implicature, that includes the principles of interpretation and a commentary on the different types of implicatures proposed by the uṣūl scholars. Of course, framing the data and discussing them theoretically will help us find out the foundations of interpretation in Islamic thought. This method will also enable us to examine and discuss the controversial opinions and streams being spread in the Islamic world. Modern pragmatics will be employed through its theoretical frames and its insights of implicature to help in framing, analysing and formulating the model. This research uses analytical methods to discuss the data and arguments derived from the uṣūl al-fiqh’s works. Additionally, the structural method used will frame the model of implicature. The research has formulated a model of implicature in uṣūl al-fiqh. We could conclude that the uṣūl scholars discussed different types of implicatures, like congruent implicature (mafhūm al-muwāfaqah), counter implicature (mafhūm al-mukhālafah) and analogical implicature, which is developed by investing in the topic of analogy (qiyās) in principles of jurisprudence PJ. We could define the features of each implicature and the principles that generate it, whilst identifying the reasons behind the different classifications of meanings in uṣūl al-fiqh. The research could frame a model in implicature by exhibiting the principles of implicatures, and their different types and properties in Islamic pragmatics
