Relación entre los dibujos animados en el proceso de aprendizaje por descubrimiento de los niños y niñas del grado cuarto de la Institución Educativa Suroriental de Pereira

La televisión es el medio más accesible para los niños, puesto que se encuentra disponible en la mayoría de los hogares y no requiere de habilidades muy complejas para recibir la información que ofrece. Oír y mirar (ni siquiera escuchar y observar) son las acciones que necesita realizar su receptor en busca de la promesa de entretenimiento y compañía fácil. Es decir sólo con mantenerla encendida muchos espantan, o creen espantar, la soledad por lo tanto, la televisión es el único medio que desempeña la función no sólo de informar o entretener, sino además tiene el valor agregado de generar tranquilidad generando compañía. Este trabajo de investigación pretende analizar el proceso de recepción televisiva y la relación que existe entre este y el aprendizaje por descubrimiento de los niños y niñas de la institución educativa Suroriental (Boston) en la ciudad de Pereira. Este estudio de recepción ayudará a distinguir cuál es la influencia que ejercen los dibujos animados en el proceso de aprendizaje, el cual surge debido a que los niños(as) están expuestos al consumo de televisión, de tal manera que esto genera una necesidad de llevar a cabo una investigación que dé cuenta de este posible proceso

Control Global del Péndulo con Rueda de Reacción Empleado Redes Neuronales Artificiales y Linealización Extendida

In this paper describes the design and simulation of a two-stage hybrid controller for the inverted reaction wheel pendulum (RWP) is presented. In the first stage, the general pendulum arm modeling is performed through a nonlinear model to determine the stored energy in the plant, and using a strategy known as swing up energy regulation, the data required for the training of an artificial neural network are obtained. In the second stage, via a soft switching system, neuronal control is exchanged by a controller based on the extended linearization of the state variables, whereby the permanence of the pendulum in the region of operation is guaranteed. The control strategy proposed shows excellent performance against external disturbance phenomena and ensures the overall operation of the physical system. En este artículo se presenta el diseño y la simulación de un controlador híbrido de dos etapas para el péndulo invertido con rueda de reacción (RWP). En la primera fase se realiza el modelado general del brazo pendular a través de un modelo no lineal que determina la energía almacenada en la planta, y usando una estrategia de balance conocida como regulación de energía (RE), se obtienen los datos necesarios para el entrenamiento de una red neuronal artificial (RNA). En la segunda etapa, por medio de un sistema de conmutación suave, se intercambia el control neuronal por un controlador basado en la linealización extendida de las variables de estado (LEVE), con lo cual se garantiza la permanencia del péndulo en la región de operación. La estrategia de control propuesta, muestra un excelente desempeño ante fenómenos de perturbación externa y garantiza la operatividad global del sistema físico

Balance de 25 años de jurisprudencia de la Corte Constitucional

La Corte Constitucional de Colombia ha tenido un importante impacto en la vida social, cultural y política del país, a tal punto que, desde su creación, la jurisprudencia de este tribunal se ha convertido en un referente mundial acerca de las diversas materias sobre las que se ha pronunciado . Este libro presenta un balance de la jurisprudencia que durante sus primeros veinticinco años la Corte ha expedido. Con este fin, el magistrado Luis Guillermo Guerrero Pérez y los magistrados auxiliares Miguel Polo Rosero y Claudia Escobar García recogen los trabajos de expertos nacionales e internacionales, funcionarios del Estado y Miembros de la sociedad civil que se presentaron en el XII Encuentro de la Jurisdicción Constitucional, realizado en la ciudad de San Juan de Pasto entre el 27 y el 30 de septiembre de 2017. Estimating the global conservation status of more than 15,000 Amazonian tree species

Estimates of extinction risk for Amazonian plant and animal species are rare and not often incorporated into land-use policy and conservation planning. We overlay spatial distribution models with historical and projected deforestation to show that at least 36% and up to 57% of all Amazonian tree species are likely to qualify as globally threatened under International Union for Conservation of Nature (IUCN) Red List criteria. If confirmed, these results would increase the number of threatened plant species on Earth by 22%. We show that the trends observed in Amazonia apply to trees throughout the tropics, and we predict thatmost of the world’s >40,000 tropical tree species now qualify as globally threatened. A gap analysis suggests that existing Amazonian protected areas and indigenous territories will protect viable populations of most threatened species if these areas suffer no further degradation, highlighting the key roles that protected areas, indigenous peoples, and improved governance can play in preventing large-scale extinctions in the tropics in this century
