Self‐Healing Supramolecular Hydrogels for Tissue Engineering Applications

Self‐healing supramolecular hydrogels have emerged as a novel class of biomaterials that combine hydrogels with supramolecular chemistry to develop highly functional biomaterials with advantages including native tissue mimicry, biocompatibility, and injectability. These properties are endowed by the reversibly cross‐linked polymer network of the hydrogel. These hydrogels have great potential for realizing yet to be clinically translated tissue engineering therapies. This review presents methods of self‐healing supramolecular hydrogel formation and their uses in tissue engineering as well as future perspectives.Self‐healing supramolecular hydrogels are a novel class of biomaterials that offer unique advantages in tissue engineering. In this study, we developed an asset management system and warehouse management system, which are working together. Asset management system is software that is designed to help manage a persons or business assets, whether its equipment, software, or other resources. In asset management system, asset entrance can be realized; the assets which are taking places in this system can be moved from a place to another place and from a personnel to another personnel. User can also get the various kinds of reports about the assets in the system. Another remarkable property of the asset management system designed in this work is creating an opportunity to user to make an asset counting operation. Warehouse management system provides the user to control the entries and outlets of the warehouse. A product can be receive or return to the warehouse which is named entry operation, and a product can be shipped to the out of the warehouse which is named outlet operation are all could be under control by this warehouse management system. The systems are making their main operations independently. Moreover, both systems are in the communication to trade the products. This product trade can be realized by order to warehouse, ship to the region and return to the warehouse. To provide a secure and consistent structure between asset management system and warehouse management system, many of constraints and controls are launched during the operations. As a result of these complicated constraints and controls, these systems are working organized and properly.Yüksek LisansM.Sc

Opportunities and Challenges of Switchable Materials for Pharmaceutical Use

    No full text
Switchable polymeric materials, which can respond to triggering signals through changes in their properties, have become a major research focus for parenteral controlled delivery systems. They may enable externally induced drug release or delivery that is adaptive to in vivo stimuli. Despite the promise of new functionalities using switchable materials, several of these concepts may need to face challenges associated with clinical use. Accordingly, this review provides an overview of various types of switchable polymers responsive to different types of stimuli and addresses opportunities and challenges that may arise from their application in biomedicine

One-pot automated synthesis of quasi triblock copolymers for self-healing physically crosslinked hydrogels

    No full text
The preparation of physically crosslinked hydrogels from quasi ABA-triblock copolymers with a water-soluble middle block and hydrophobic end groups is reported. The hydrophilic monomer N-acryloylmorpholine is copolymerized with hydrophobic isobornyl acrylate via a one-pot sequential monomer addition through reversible addition fragmentation chain-transfer (RAFT) polymerization in an automated parallel synthesizer, allowing systematic variation of polymer chain length and hydrophobic-hydrophilic ratio. Hydrophobic interactions between the outer blocks cause them to phase-separate into larger hydrophobic domains in water, forming physical crosslinks between the polymers. The resulting hydrogels are studied using rheology and their self-healing ability after large strain damage is shown
