Curso de Especial Interés: Victimología y CriminologíaEl objetivo de este trabajo fue la creación del manual Legal Psychologist in Psychosocial Contexts and University Psychological Services (LEPSYCOUS) el cual permite establecer el perfil disciplinar del psicólogo jurídico en contextos psicosociales y servicios psicológicos universitarios; en primer lugar la definición del perfil disciplinar del psicólogo jurídico permite delimitar las funciones del mismo en los subcampos de aplicación como lo son: la psicología Victimal, Criminológica y la Psicología de la Mediación y conciliación; en segundo lugar sirve como una guía de apoyo de tipo administrativo y legal para que el psicólogo jurídico, en su ejercicio pueda cumplir de manera correcta con las funciones tanto en los contextos psicosociales como en los servicios psicológicos universitarios. Los resultados de la encuesta demuestran la necesidad de contar con un producto como LEPSYCOUS, ya que este permite que el psicólogo jurídico desarrolle unas habilidades específicas a partir del conocimiento en el área beneficiando con esto a los usuarios que hacen parte de los contextos psicosociales y de las unidades de servicios psicológicos universitarios.108 p.RESUMEN 1. Retos de ser mujer trans en Colombia: aspectos asociados a sus condiciones de vida

Colombia es un país cisnormativo en el cual durante los últimos años ha cobrado relevancia las discusiones y acciones en pro del bienestar y la salud de las mujeres trans. De esta manera, en el presente artículo presentamos los retos de las mujeres trans asociados a sus condiciones de vida a partir de una revisión bibliográfica en Colombia de la literatura publicada entre 2010 y 2020. Los hallazgos dan cuenta de escasos estudios sobre las mujeres trans, así como las cualidades y procesos cotidianos de reproducción social que interfieren en el goce y protección de sus derechos asociados a las situaciones de estigma, discriminación y violencias que enfrentan por su identidad de género no hegemónica. Esto impacta negativamente en sus condiciones de vida, su salud y bienestar, y perpetúa las inequidades e injusticias que tienen que enfrentar y han enfrentado de manera estructural e histórica

El municipio y las fronteras interdepartamentales de Antioquia en las propuestas territoriales actuales

RESUMEN: El artículo pretende aportar elementos que posibiliten visibilizar las dinámicas históricas, socioeconómicas, políticas y administrativas que caracterizan a los municipios fronterizos interdepartamentales, en particular la de aquellos que no han ocupado un papel central en las actuales propuestas de planeación y ordenación del territorio que viene elaborando el Departamento de Antioquia, y que deben ser consideradas, ya que poseen unas características particulares que pueden ser de gran significado en las propuestas de ordenación del territorio, orientadas a la reducción de los desequilibrios municipales y regionales. Para ello, este análisis se fundamenta en el estudio de caso de los procesos de creación de los municipios de La Pintada, Vigía del Fuerte y Yondó y de las relaciones e interacciones socioterritoriales presentes hacia el interior y el exterior de Antioquia.ABSTRACT: This article aims to provide elements to make visible the historical, socio-economic, political and administrative dynamics that characterize the interdepartmental border towns, particularly those that have not played a central role in the current proposals of land use planning and ordering developed by the Department of Antioquia, but which should be considered because they have particular features that may have great significance in the land use planning and ordering proposals, aimed to reduce municipal and regional imbalances. For this purpose, the analysis is based on the case study of the creation processes of the municipalities of La Pintada, Vigía del Fuerte and Yondó and of the socio-territorial relations and interactions that occur inside and outside of Antioquia

Protección del Medio Ambiente en alojamientos rurales del Departamento del Quindío

Good environmental practices are conceived as actions taken to prevent or reduce the environmental damage generated by activities that man performs. The identification of the practices mentioned requires an in-house search of the sites dedicated to the activity of rural tourism, such as rural accommodation. The socialization of the findings, allows to incentivize social responsibility with the replica of actions of prevention and recovery of natural wealth. Good environmental practices contribute to the control of the pressure on the environment, ecosystems and natural resources by the aforementioned tourism activities, reducing exploitation purposes, which only pursue economic profit. The identification of good environmental practices in rural accommodation was carried out through observation visits and application of the questionnaire to owners and employees, information that is systematized for their respective analysis. The objectives of the work that enabled the elaboration of the article presented were: to identify good environmental practices carried out in rural accommodation in the Quindío department, to characterize the accounting management, or recognition of the costs that these practices generate, as well as to recognize the impact that cost knowledge has on the realization of them. The research is exploratory-descriptive and was conducted in rural accommodation in the Quindío department, selected from the database of COTELCO Quindío and the Chamber of Commerce of Armenia and Quindío. The responses obtained showed good environmental practices in the accommodation under study and it was found that operators recognize and apply regulations related to the above-mentioned good practices.Las buenas prácticas ambientales son concebidas como acciones realizadas por el hombre, para evitar o disminuir daño ambiental. Identificar dichas prácticas, precisa indagar en sitios dedicados a actividades del turismo rural. Socializar los hallazgos, permite incentivar la responsabilidad social con la réplica de acciones de prevención y recuperación de la riqueza natural. Las buenas prácticas ambientales contribuyen al control de la presión que ejercen las actividades turísticas, sobre el medio ambiente, reduciendo propósitos de explotación. La identificación de buenas prácticas ambientales en alojamientos rurales fue realizada mediante visitas de observación y aplicación de cuestionario, información que fue sistematizada para su análisis. Los objetivos que permitieron la elaboración del presente artículo fueron: identificar buenas prácticas ambientales realizadas en alojamientos rurales del Quindío, caracterizar el manejo contable o reconocimiento de costos que dichas prácticas generan y reconocer la incidencia de conocimientos de costos sobre la realización de buenas prácticas. La investigación es de tipo exploratorio-descriptivo, realizada en alojamientos rurales del Quindío, seleccionados de la base de datos de COTELCO Quindío y la Cámara de Comercio de Armenia. Las respuestas permitieron evidenciar la realización de buenas prácticas ambientales en alojamientos rurales encontrando que los operadores, reconocen y aplican normativa relacionada con dichas prácticas

Assessment strategies of palliative care development: A systematic review

Introducción. Dada la alta carga de enfermedades crónicas no transmisibles y el sufrimiento grave es importante estudiar los cuidados paliativos en los sistemas de salud pública. Objetivo. Analizar las estrategias de evaluación del desarrollo de los cuidados paliativos. Material y métodos. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de la literatura utilizando dos motores de búsqueda: pubMed y Embase, se seleccionaron artículos que evalúan el desarrollo en cuidados paliativos en al menos dos países. Se evaluó la calidad de los estudios según las fuentes de información utilizadas para la construcción de las estrategias de evaluación. Los resultados se presentan en una síntesis narrativa. Resultados. Se identificaron 15 estrategias de evaluación de los cuidados paliativos que comparten una estructura en común y se estableció una clasificación según su metodología en cuatro grupos: de registro, clasificación nominal, clasificación numérica y estrategias mixtas. Conclusiones. La clasificación de las estrategias de evaluación de los cuidados paliativos facilitará la elección del modelo más adecuado para las necesidades de cada contexto así como también la identificación de los medios necesarios para asegurar la implementación universal en los sistemas de salud.Introduction. Due to the high rate of chronic non-transmissible illnesses and the serious suffering they cause, it is important to study palliative care in public health systems. Objective. Analyze the strategies for the evaluation of the development of palliative care. Material and methods. A systematic review was made of the literature using two search engines: pubMed and Embase, and articles were selected that evaluate development in palliative care in at least two countries. The quality of the studies was evaluated according to the information source used to build the assessment strategies. The results are presented in a narrative synthesis. Results. Fifteen palliative care strategies that share a common structure were identified, and a classification was established according to their methodology in four groups: registration, nominal classification, numerical classification and mixed strategies. Conclusions. The classification of palliative care assessment strategies facilitates the choice of the most appropriate model for the needs of each context, as well as identification of the means necessary to ensure their universal implementation in health systems

La imagen y la narrativa como herramientas para el abordaje psicosocial en escenarios de violencia en los departamentos de Norte de Santander y Cauca.La construcción de este informe parte del estudio de los contenidos bibliográficos sintetizados en el desarrollo del diplomado de profundización de acompañamiento psicosocial en escenarios de violencia, contextualizado en nuestro país en diferentes territorios, una violencia presente por muchos años y que sigue latente, cuyas consecuencias implican la salud mental y física de muchas personas, quebrantando el tejido social de estos contextos sociales y demás sociedad; donde se presentan intereses de grupos legales como ilegales de tipo político y económico, que afecta la cultura y simbología en los diferentes ciclos de vida . Situaciones que deben propender a la no repetición, en el que dimensiona el rol de psicólogo al interior de grupos interdisciplinarios en dirección al restablecimiento de los derechos humanos como eje fundamental, cuyas herramientas de intervención psicosocial requieren generarse en forma participativa desde un enfoque narrativo analizando las subjetividades e intersubjetividades, que contribuya a la obtención de una nueva mirada crítica en las víctimas, con el objetivo de asumir su condición como sobrevivientes con recursos, habilidades, significados nuevos, bajo procesos de resiliencia que contribuyan a su dignidad, libertad y autonomía; de esta forma encontrando elementos en su pasado, para hacer uso de ellos en su presente y proyección futuro, aportando a su individualidad, familia y socialmente, reconstruyéndose el tejido social y a los procesos de paz. Siendo necesario trabajar con y para las comunidades mediante un enfoque diferencial.Building up this report takes off from the study of biographical studies summing up in the development of the course about “Profundización de Acompañamiento Psicosocial en Escenarios de Violencia” contextualized in different part of our country, a violence taking place through the years and keeps remaining, which consequences imply mental and physical health from many people, breaking up the social boundaries from these social environments and the rest of the society; where the legal and illegal political and economic interests are shown, changing the culture and symbology at different life ́s stages. There are situations that must avoid the repetition, where the psychological act is presented inside different interdisciplinary groups focusing on recovery of human rights as a main core, creating psychosocial tools as a participation from the narrative purpose analyzing the bias in all the aspects, contributing to get a new critical perception about the victims, achieving their condition as survivors with resources, skills, new meanings, under the resilience processes helping to their dignity, freedom and autonomy; in this way, finding elements from their past, to use them in their present and future lives, providing to their individuality, family and social development, rebuilding the social boundaries and the peace processes. La comprensión lectora desde la alianza fantasía y realidad

En el marco de las Becas por la Excelencia del Ministerio de Educación Nacional, el presente macroproyecto se propone fortalecer la comprensión de lectura de los estudiantes de siete instituciones del municipio de Medellín y una de Belén de Bajirá, aplicando diferentes estrategias de lectura planteadas de acuerdo al contexto. Estas estrategias se organizaron en secuencias didácticas que siguieron la alianza entre la fantasía y la realidad y se eligió como tema integrador los superhéroes. En cada grado de la básica primaria se aplicó una secuencia particular y se implementaron instrumentos de recolección de datos que permitieron hacer análisis de resultados de manera individual, luego por grado para posteriormente analizar la implementación de todos los grados escolares. Además de concluir frente a la implementación y los objetivos de investigación, se aporta a la metodología de investigación en macroproyecto.In the framework of the scholarships of the Ministerio de Educación Nacional, the present large-scale project proposes to strengthen the reading comprehension in seven schools in Medellín and one in Belen de Bajira taking into account the context at the moment to apply teaching-learning strategies. These strategies were organised in didactic sequences that followed the main topic which is reality and fantasy, and superheroes was chosen as the integrated theme. In each group of primary school was applied a particular sequence and was implemented a data collection instrument that allowed to analyze individual and general outcomes. This with the idea to put into practice the didactic sequences in all the school years. And finally, the idea of this large-scale project could help to future teacher to carry this out in their classrooms as a new innovative way to enhance the reading comprehension in all the students

The Research Journey as a Challenge Towards New Trends

The academic community of the department of Risaralda, in its permanent interest in evidencing the results of the research processes that are carried out from the Higher Education Institutions and as a product of the VI meeting of researchers of the department of Risaralda held in November 2021 presents its work: “The journey of research as a challenge towards new trends”, which reflects the result of the latest research and advances in different lines of knowledge in Agricultural Sciences, Health Sciences, Social Sciences and Technology and Information Sciences, which seek to solve and meet the demands of the different sectors. Treatment with tocilizumab or corticosteroids for COVID-19 patients with hyperinflammatory state: a multicentre cohort study (SAM-COVID-19)

Objectives: The objective of this study was to estimate the association between tocilizumab or corticosteroids and the risk of intubation or death in patients with coronavirus disease 19 (COVID-19) with a hyperinflammatory state according to clinical and laboratory parameters. Methods: A cohort study was performed in 60 Spanish hospitals including 778 patients with COVID-19 and clinical and laboratory data indicative of a hyperinflammatory state. Treatment was mainly with tocilizumab, an intermediate-high dose of corticosteroids (IHDC), a pulse dose of corticosteroids (PDC), combination therapy, or no treatment. Primary outcome was intubation or death; follow-up was 21 days. Propensity score-adjusted estimations using Cox regression (logistic regression if needed) were calculated. Propensity scores were used as confounders, matching variables and for the inverse probability of treatment weights (IPTWs). Results: In all, 88, 117, 78 and 151 patients treated with tocilizumab, IHDC, PDC, and combination therapy, respectively, were compared with 344 untreated patients. The primary endpoint occurred in 10 (11.4%), 27 (23.1%), 12 (15.4%), 40 (25.6%) and 69 (21.1%), respectively. The IPTW-based hazard ratios (odds ratio for combination therapy) for the primary endpoint were 0.32 (95%CI 0.22-0.47; p < 0.001) for tocilizumab, 0.82 (0.71-1.30; p 0.82) for IHDC, 0.61 (0.43-0.86; p 0.006) for PDC, and 1.17 (0.86-1.58; p 0.30) for combination therapy. Other applications of the propensity score provided similar results, but were not significant for PDC. Tocilizumab was also associated with lower hazard of death alone in IPTW analysis (0.07; 0.02-0.17; p < 0.001). Conclusions: Tocilizumab might be useful in COVID-19 patients with a hyperinflammatory state and should be prioritized for randomized trials in this situatio
