The providing legal validity of digital and analog documents

V dnešní "elektronické" době je téma této bakalářské práce, "Zajištění právní validity1 analogových a digitálních dokumentů", velmi aktuální. Právní validita dokumentů nesouvisí zdaleka pouze se státními úřady a veřejnou správou, ale dotýká se i samotných občanů. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je objasnit problematiku analogových a digitálních dokumentů a s nimi spojenou právní validitu (platnost). Legislativa v České republice mění právní validitu dokumentů pomocí zákonů, vyhlášek a nařízení a vzhledem k rostoucímu počtu těchto změn, je velmi obtížné se v této oblasti orientovat. V úvodní části práce bude vysvětleno, co se skrývá pod samotným pojmem dokument, jaká je jeho úloha a význam. Dále bude následovat problematika týkající se analogového dokumentu, včetně jeho právních náležitostí a jeho koloběhu v rámci spisové služby. Následně se přejde k podobné analýze elektronického dokumentu a k zákonným předpisům, na kterých je elektronický dokument postaven. Práce bude opřena především o zásadní zákonné normy a nařízení, vztahující se k eGovernmentu, který byl zahájen zákonem č. 300/2008 Sb., o elektronických úkonech a autorizované konverzi dokumentů. Představeny budou také následující specifikace, které eGovernment k této problematice přinesl. The legal validity of documents is not only related to state authorities and public administration but concerns citizens themselves. The aim of my bachelor's thesis is to shed light on the issue of analogue and digital documents and to the related legal validity. Legislation in the Czech Republic changes the legal validity of documents by means of laws, decrees and regulations and given the increasing number of these changes it is very difficult to orientate in this area. In the first part of the thesis it will be explained what is behind the concept of a document itself, and what is its role and meaning. In the next part it will be followed by the issues related to the analogue document including its legal requirements and its circulation in the file service. Subsequently, a similar analysis of the digital document and the legal regulations on which the digital document is built will be made. Total synthesis of all (−)-agelastatin alkaloids

The pyrrole-imidazole family of marine alkaloids, derived from linear clathrodin-like precursors, constitutes a diverse array of structurally complex natural products. The bioactive agelastatins are members of this family that possess a tetracyclic molecular framework incorporating C4–C8 and C7–N12 bond connectivities. We provide a hypothesis for the formation of the unique agelastatin architecture that maximally exploits the intrinsic chemistry of plausible biosynthetic precursors. We report the concise enantioselective total syntheses of all known agelastatin alkaloids including the first total syntheses of agelastatins C, D, E, and F. V obecné rovině jsem prostudovala RVP, některé ŠVP, zabývala jsem se tvaroslovím a metodickými postupy pro výuku učiva. Bachelor thesis The Documentary Cycle of Czech Television - The Czech Journal focuses on the first three series of this cycle (premiere between 2013 and 2015). Fifteen documentary films (Život a smrt v Tanvaldu, Rozezlení, Pančovaná republika, Spřízněni přímou volbou, Svobodu pro Smetanu, Dělníci bulváru, Gadžo, Zločin pana Chytila, Já, horník!, Obnažený národ, Pět zrození, Matrix AB, Ubytovny, Blízký daleký východ a Má vlast Afghánistán) are analyzed in terms of qualitative, quantitative, form and genre. In particular, exploring the genres of individual films is crucial for the work. The starting point for exploration is the genre fluctuations of the Czech Journal between the television journalistic reportage and the documentary film. The three chapters of the bachelor's thesis evaluate this topic first from a terminological point of view, then from a formal and ultimately analytical one. The methods used for the chosen examination are represented by quantitative content analysis of the films (list of identifying features, etc.), but especially by qualitative analysis. Mediální zprávy týkající se sexu obvykle realitu značně překrucují či nadsazují, aby vyvolaly určitou odezvu či senzaci. Takže lehce můžeme získat dojem, že chceme-li být sexy, musíme mít velká ňadra anebo že pouze zvláště přitažlivě vypadající muži stojí za případné sexuální úvahy. Překrucování a nadsazování často nacházíme v populárních časopisech i odborné literatuře, kde se dozvídáme o mnohočetných orgasmech, o tom jak dosáhnout hodinového orgasmu, o tom, jestli mají být zralé ženy spíše klitoridálně či vaginálně dráždivé. Je vyvíjen velký tlak na ženy v tom smyslu, že by měly mít "takový a takový" orgasmus a když ho prožívají jinak, tak je to nutně špatně, nemluvě o tom, když ho vůbec nemají. Zajímavé je, že odborníky na tomto poli jsou muži. Diskuse o tom, co prožíváme při orgasmu, co cítíme, co slyšíme, co vidíme, co si představujeme, co nás ovlivňuje, je stále ještě tabu. Ve své diplomové práci Ženy ve světě klasické kytary zkoumám situaci kytaristek z historické, feministické, geografické i současné perspektivy. V první kapitole popisuji, jakým překážkám musely ženy čelit v průběhu historie, až do doby, kdy se mohly svobodně rozhodnout, že se budou hudbě věnovat profesionálně. V druhé kapitole popisuji životní příběhy vybraných kytaristek, zejména z Evropy a Ameriky. V poslední kapitole nabízím kritický pohled na dramaturgii českých kytarových festivalů a uvádím příklady aktivit, které přispívají k příznivému klimatu pro ženské kytaristky. Hlavním přínosem mé práce je dlouhodobá rešerše, na jejímž základě jsem sestavila tabulku kytaristek narozených v průběhu 19. a 20. století, která dohromady čítá na 400 jmen
