Homogenization of the acoustic transmission on periodically perforated plates interacting with potential mean flow

The paper is devoted to the homogenization of the acoustic waves interacting with background steady inviscid and irrotational flow in the neighbourhood of rigid peri- odically perforated plates. We present a model of an acoustic interface obtained by the asymptotic homogenization of a thin transmission layer in which the plate is embedded. To account for the presence of the mean flow, a decomposition of the fluid pressure and velocity in the steady and fluctuating parts is employed. This leads to a linearization and an efficient use of the homogenization method with the model order reduction effect. The acoustic perturbations of the velocity potential are governed by an extended wave equation depending on the advection velocity due to the mean flow. The coefficients of the homogenized interface depend on the flow. The derived model extended by natural coupling conditions provides an implicit Dirichlet-to-Neumann operator. Numerical simulations of wave propagation in a waveguide illustrate the flow speed influence on the acoustic transmission. Also geometrical features of the plate perforation are explored

La jeune histoire de la société québécoise témoigne de la rapidité des transformations induites par les conditions d'inscription d'une culture ancienne sur un nouveau continent. La société québécoise, devenue américaine, se détache des modèles européens qui l'ont historiquement et linguistiquement fait naître. Ce qui nous intéresse dans ce vaste contexte, c'est une réflexion sur la position et le rôle de la poète, romancière, enseignante et essayiste Louise Dupré qui dépasse les frontières du Québec. En effet, son livre Plus haut que les flammes, écrit un an après la visite des anciens camps d'extermination d'Auschwitz et de Birkenau, conduit à la reconstruction et à la renaissance de l'humanité. Notre objectif est d'identifier les techniques d'écriture qui permettent d'y parvenir à travers les étapes suivantes : par le déclin, la décadence de l'humanité qui a causé la mort des enfants perdus dans les camps, par la reconstruction et la renaissance de l'humanité - liées à notre mission de "trouver des échelles plus hautes que les flammes" afin de réapprendre à danser, à vivre. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ložiskových napětí a proudů ve strojích napájených z měniče frekvence. Cílem je vyhodnocení měření na motoru typu DK0BZ 0610-4X firmy VEM Sachsenwerk Gmbh. Práce je rozdělena do 3 částí. V první části je nastíněn obecný přehled problematiky ložiskových proudů. Dále je zde také vysvětleno, jakým způsobem mohou ložiskové proudy ovlivnit životnost stroje. Kandidáti na prezidenta v kyberprostoru - komparace politické komunikace před českými prezidentskými volbami v roce 2023

Hlavní pozornost diplomové práce je věnována fenoménu politického marketingu v éře internetu a sociálních médií. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních částí. První část slouží jako teoretický základ a podrobněji představuje politický marketing a jeho dílčí trendy, konkrétně negativní kampaň, personalizaci a depolitizaci politiky a užívání archetypů v politických kampaních. Druhá část představuje detailní metodologii, která je klíčová pro poslední část práce, jíž je část analytická. Metodologie blíže popisuje zvolenou metodu (obsahová analýza), definuje výzkumné otázky, specifikuje korpus dat, sběr dat a jejich následnou operacionalizaci. Metodologická část práce taktéž nastiňuje potenciální limity výzkumu. Třetí částí práce je analytická část, která je rozdělena na dvě dílčí části. První z nich nabízí základní informace o českých prezidentských volbách v roce 2023 a podrobně se zaměřuje na jeden z představených konceptů - stylizaci do archetypů u kandidátů, kteří před prezidetnskou volbou používali sociální síť Twitter. Druhou dílčí část tvoří analýza komunikace sedmi prezidentských kandidátů na Twitteru. Na základě metodologie bylo analyzováno celkem 1137 tweetů ze dvou sledovaných období. Hlavní důraz byl kladen na negativní kampaň, ale nikoliv výhradně. Součástí analýzy byly i další aspekty, jako je například depolitizace. Po každém z časových období je poskytnuto shrnutí, které zodpovídá příslušné stanovené otázky, jež jsou prostředkem pro naplnění cíle práce.ObhájenoThe main focus of this thesis is on the phenomenon of political marketing in the age of the internet and social media. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part serves as a theoretical basis and introduces more precisely the concept of political marketing, but also its sub-trends, namely negative campaigning, personalisation and depoliticization of politics, and the usage of political archetypes in political campaigns. The second part provides a detailed methodology that is crucial for the last part of this thesis, which is the analytical part. The chosen method is content analysis. The methodology describes the chosen method in detail, defines the research questions, specifies the corpus of the research, the collection of the data and the subsequent operationalization of the data. The methodology section also outlines the potential limitations of the research. The third part of this thesis is the analytical part, which is split into two sub-parts. The first sub-part presents basic data about the Czech presidential election of 2023 and closely focuses on one introduced concept - the usage of archetypes by presidential candidates who used Twitter in this election. The second sub-part is the analysis of the Twitter communication of 7 political candidates before the 2023 presidential election in the Czech Republic. Based on the methodology, in total, 1137 tweets from 2 time periods were analysed. The emphasis of the analysis was mainly placed on negative campaigning, but not exclusively. Other aspects, such as depoliticization, were also addressed. After each time period, a summary that answers the corresponding research questions is provided

Bakalářská práce s názvem Digitalizace a její využití ve vybrané společnosti jsou zanalyzovány digitální technologie v různých podnikových procesech. Na základě této analýzy jsou formulována doporučení pro vybranou organizaci a následně jsou zhodnocena z hlediska přínosů a nákladů. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou uvedeny základní definice digitalizace, včetně digitalizace v podnikání a digitalizace v jednotlivých firemních procesech. Dále je práce zaměřena na popis implementace, přínosy a rizika spojených s digitalizací v podnikání. V praktické části bakalářské práce je nejprve představena konkrétní společnost a následně je provedena analýza jejího současného stavu z hlediska digitalizace. Based on this analysis, specific recommendations are proposed and their benefits and costs are further evaluated

Předložená bakalářská práce se soustředí na analýzu prostředí výrobního závodu ABB s.r.o. v Jablonci nad Nisou, na jejíž základě jsou následně autorkou doporučeny návrhy pro možná zlepšení. Teoretická část vysvětluje základní pojmy spojené se strategickým řízením, strategií, vnitřním a vnějším prostředím podniku. Teoretická část práce obsahuje také doporučené nástroje a cesty k provedení strategické analýzy. V praktické části textu je stručně představen výrobní závod ABB s.r.o. a následně jsou veškerá teoretická hlediska aplikována do praxe. Jsou identifikovány silné a slabé stránky, hrozby a příležitosti podniku, které jsou sestaveny do SWOT analýzy.
